Can somebody tell me about this guy? I see him outside the City Market all the time? What are the pictures of? How much are they? My God, he has enough rings in his face to start a jewelry store! And look at the size of those earrings!
I dont think he has piercings and tattoos because he WANTS to be noticed, he is just expressing himself, its what he wants to look like. I have a few piercings and one tattoo because they mean something to me.

I believe he has been diagnosed with the" I love to be noticed "syndrome.

expressing yourself is just for teenagers? Oh thats right, once you hit middle age you aren't supposed to have any expresssions:)
