I say the quicker they get rid of those old firetraps the sooner the people of the South end of Saint John can go to bed and not worry about what they will be waking up to. Two thirds of those houses are old and in need of coming down. I have worked in many of them and I wouldn't not sleep in them on a bet. The people deserve better and now.
Well considering they did have house insurance, you don't know what your talking about and maybe you shouldn't be commenting on things that you don't know. One of the buildings was just renovated and it's appearance was very acceptable, therefore there was no need for it to be torn down, and people should not be commenting on what they don't know.

ReplyDeleteMore residents too stupid to have house/apartment insurance. I don't feel sorry for people that have zero common sense.

ReplyDeleteSomebody is lying then, because on ATV news that evening, the reporter clearly stated the families DID NOT HAVE insurance.
