Charles, do you have any idea why this guy is scrubbing the sidewalk? They can't really do that on a regular basis do they?
King's Place is in charge of the sidewalk.There was a little mess so the guy with the mop came out.I just happen to be at the right place at the right time....lol
yes that guy go's out there and scrubs deck everyday, lots of gum on the sidewalks..
