Many of you have sent me an email asking me if I pissed in my bed because I sent you an update so early in the morning!
Well? There’s a reason for this wake up update?
Yesterday, I contacted the professor at Saint Thomas and asked him if I could attend the class where the issue of Ritalin will be debated?
He told me to be there at 8:30am! I took a shower and found a ride to Saint Thomas University.
I sent you people the interview with the MLA because I had no time to write any update! I was going to be busy all day! Hey? That’s good for me!!!! Keeps me out of trouble!
I located the class but there was only one itty bitty problem?
The class was for 8:30pm in the evening! My God? Was I ever disappointed! Up early in the morning so what am I going to do the rest of the day?
So get ready for an long winded update about many different issues.
I received an email yesterday that the video camera didn’t worked good so therefore we had to do the interview all over again!
I told the young girls to meet me at 1:00pm in front of the Legislature! I tried to set up an interview at the Library but to no avail!
I finally located a politician who let us use his office for 10 minutes.
While waiting for the interview? I asked the young girls if they ever visited the Legislature? It was their first time. We signed the book and walked in!
The people at the Library were too busy to chat because they were getting ready for a big launching of a stamp today and I was there this morning and My God there’s a lot of high class people walking in there! Too high class for this dude!!
Going back to the two girls? The atmosphere wasn’t a good one and things could have turned very very very ugly in the hallway of the Legislature!
I bumped into the Sergeant At Arms < very nice guy > in the hallways and I knew if was busy!
I quickly introduced him to the young girls but suddenly a Commissionaire name – Andre intervened and raise his voice in front of the girls that I was somewhere that I wasn’t suppose to be?
I said- Excuse me???? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???
The Sergeant At Arms told me that every is fine and quickly left the area!
The girls were not impressed by this Commissionaire degrading me like this? Something is not right in that legislature?
I really hate people from Quebec trying to degrade me in public!
They always say- Hey? I’m working!!!
You know what??? Andre < Commissionaire> can go back to Quebec where he belongs because we New Brunswickers are SURE not allowed at the Government House in Quebec!!!!
Something is fishy at the Legislature and just maybe those Quebecers want me out of there?
Who knows and stay tune!

This morning, I made another stop over at the Ombudsman office and gave him some papers by saying- Hello there! My name is Charles LeBlanc and I wish to apply for a job as a child advocate!
I don’t have the degrees but I know what I’m talking about! Of course this office isn’t run like those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission where those racists C.U.P.E. members are appointed for life!
Mind you? I don’t know if you could stand me around from 8:00aqm till 4:00pm five days a week so therefore since I’m not protected by the Union like those racist members of the commission? It will not take you long to show me the door!...lol…
Yesterday, the Ombudsman told the MLA’S yesterday that he could maybe take care of the Child advocate department!
It’s a new title which will cost $500.000 a year to run so Bernard Richard is trying to help the province by saving a few bucks!
Speaking of Child Advocate? I heard a good one yesterday?
There’s this individual who’s on Social Assistance and decided to attend a class at Community College to upgrade their education!
In the class are parents who’s on social Assistant!
Guess what? All the parents in that classroom? All their children are on Ritalin!
Can you imagine that one? I said it before and I’ll say it again! The % of kids on Ritalin is larger within the poor population!
I will investigate this issue in more details and I’ll let you know!

Young girl dies at Memramcook school
Times & Transcript Staff
An autopsy is expected to be performed today on a young girl who collapsed and died yesterday at the Abbey Landry School in Memramcook.
The girl, believed to be 12 years of age, began feeling ill and collapsed in the classroom at about 2:30 p.m.
Memramcook fire and rescue said one teacher rushed to begin CPR while waiting for rescue and ambulance personnel who were only a few minutes away. The emergency response team took over CPR on the way to the hospital and used a defibrillator several times to try and revive the youngster.
An unconfirmed report said the girl had been feeling ill earlier this week but felt good enough to return to school yesterday.
Grief counselling is expected to be available at the school today for teachers and classmates.
Abbey Landry School is a kindergarten to grade eight school.
Yes, this is sad because the Father used to go out with my Sister and I used to play hockey with the guy!
My deepest Sympathy goes out to the family! Why? Why? Why? Why do some people die so young?
I just can’t understand it but there must be a better world that this one??? That’s for sure! Did you vote on my poll about God on the left hand side? If not? Please do! Ok…What else????

On Grand Manan, ferry service is ongoing issue, but recently the closure of the sardine cannery is a big problem with loss of 180 jobs. Also, we lost a doctor off Grand Manan a year or so ago, which is a problem. For Campobello, border issues for the commercial shipments from Canada, through US, back into Canada on Campobello, a problem. Deer Island, problems between aquaculture and commercial fisheries. For Campobello and Deer Island, proposed LNG terminal for Pleasant Point, Maine, is an issue. Issues for Fundy Isles, tend to be different than other ridings.
4 - Is Ritalin a problem?
Not sure; I have been told about it a bit, but I am not sure how widespread its use is. Didn’t know much about it at all, but Charles, you have made us all more aware of it.
5 - Prescription drug problem?
I think there is abuse of prescription drugs with significant number of people addicted. Seems to be a growing addictions problem.
6 - Irvings owning all newspapers?
It is always nice to have competition, however, it would be hard for someone to start up another daily newspaper in our small New Brunswick market.
7 - Re-offer?
Quite possibly; I will reserve that decision until closer to the likely time of an election.
8 - Party change policies?
That is up to the thoughtful determination of the party to make a difference in the lives of the people of New Brunswick.
9 - Are the Liberals Pro-Irving?
It will depend on the issue or circumstance. There will be things that the Irvings will want to do that we will support; there will be times that we disagree with the position of the Irvings.
10 - As Premier Will Shawn Graham show up during a protest??
I believe that Shawn Graham, as premier, will have the courage to talk directly with people who are protesting in front of the legislature.

RITALIN IN A SPRAY BOTTLE????
Ok...last evening, I met up with two young cute girls from Saint Thomas University. They wanted to interview me. I guess their class are debating the
issue of Ritalin.
Half of the class has to tell the rest of the students why Ritalin is needed and the other half will explain the reason that Ritalin is over prescribed!
Now? Which side do you believe that I would be on????...lol....
The girls picked me up and we did our interview via video at Boston Pizza! My God? They make good pizza at that place.
What I really found interesting is that after the interview, the girls asked the young workers at the pizza place - Is Ritalin over prescribed?
You should have seen the look at the young people faces!
It reminded of my protest! Today’s youths knows and understand there’s a problem
with prescription drug and that’s exactly what they told the girls!
They also told the girls that in one case at the Oromocto Elementary school. A teacher walks around with a plastic bag and inside are many little bags
full of ritalin for the students! She said that they give the kids their Ritalin at noon! Mind you? I did hear in the past that Ritalin was really over prescribed in that school! I wonder why? Is it because these kids are from Military parents? No discipline so they drugged them!
But the Lord Government don’t care so I guess that the drugging and killing of our young children will continue till the next provincial election!
The girls did asked me some darn good questions and I was rusty because I haven’t talked about it for a while in front of a video camera but they did tell
me they learned a few things about Ritalin from our debate!
Hey? To educate the public on this emotional issue is my goal in life and I will not stop until the issue is address by those bureaucrats!
They are going to make a presentation this week to the school class and I pray that the professor in that class would invite me over to witness these kids make their presentations? It sure would be interesting to listen to both side of the issue! I am going to send that professor an email asking him for permission to sit down behind the class and listen!!!

I believe that I will have to once again make a complain to the Atlantic Press Council on this issue!

As your site, and Recall Bernard Lord, gave me a great idea to express my thoughts about political life I thought that I would let you know that I am planning on shutting down Bernardlordsucks within the next day or two. I do feel bad about it as it has been getting a lot of hits for the short time that I have had a counter and between your site and mine we covered a lot of items.
First of all, there is no political pressure on me to do this as I have never heard a word about it from any member of any party.
A couple of factors come into the reasoning. One is that there are four people that I have involved in my site and the majority think that we have made people aware of what was going on. The second is that there are a lot of Liberal supporters that can start their own site if they had the courage. Third, is that I truly think that Woodstock's MLA, David Alward, believes (and I do not agree with him) that the Waterville site is the best. And fourth, the big reason is that if the Liberal party can not win the next election on what we have said in our blog sites then they do not deserve to be in government. They should have buried the government by now.
So friend, I am sorry to leave you alone in your fight but I wish you the best of luck and will still be visiting your site often. I still hope to meet you at the Legislature some day soon.

NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION SHOULD HELD THEIR HEADS IN SHAME TODAY!!!!!
My nerves are shot today and I don’t know the reason? I’ve been on sleeping pills < prescribed bymy doctor > for the last 5 years. Maybe it’s getting to me? Who knows?
As usual, I went to church yesterday and I said to myself that I’ll be good this week because it’s the week before Easter but all this change when I was taking a shower this morning.
I heard on CBC Radio that today is - March 21th! It’s International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination!!!!
Poor Charlie, he just can’t let go!
He can’t even have a shower in peace!!!! I believe that it has nothing to do with my ADHD! Me mother is from Glasgow, Scotland. Maybe this is where the problem lies? There’s nothing more stubborn than a darn Scotsman!
Yes, I hope that those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission held their heads in shame today because they should!
They agreed with J.D. Irving that minorities can be treated like dirt so therefore the witch-hunt against minorities continue in the Irving Empire!
As the racist Supervisor- Brian Grant from Gulf Operators told all his workers that no or frogs should be allowed to work within the Irving Empire!!!

I heard on CTV that Bernard Lord was in Montreal for the P.C. Convention. The last provincial P.C. Convention I’ve attended? I had a blast! I got drunk and had a good time. Mind you, I didn’t write about anything during that Convention.
Mike Duffy < CTV > told the television audience that some members of the P.C. Party were upset because once they came to the room to meet Bernard Lord?
They had to pay 6 to 8 bucks a beer? My God? I bet the room emptied pretty quickly! As I said in the past and I’ll say it again!
The people around the Premier are not up to par of what’s going on in the real world! I remember when Bernard Lord first got elected! He told me that the issue of Ritalin must be studied in this Province.

I quickly phoned the Premier’s office and the guy who took my call didn’t or couldn’t say the word - Ritalin! He said- ADSH???? Not ADHD!!! He didn’t have a clue what I was talking about!!!!

Last week in Saint John? They held their famous Job Expo! I remember attending that little gathering around 5 years ago. Bernard Lord was there and Norm MacFarlane < then Cabinet Minister >
The Premier said - Look at all the people coming to the job expo! There must be
thousands??? Isn’t this a success????
I said to myself - Thousands of people are looking for work and this is good news???

Over the weekend, I once again volunteered at the Soup Kitchen and hundreds showed up for their meals!
I don’t have the exact amount but all I can say is that there’s a lot of hungry people out there! As I told someone Sunday - If I see and hear all these people who are going hungry? I hear all this in a small City! So therefore?

I heard on CTV that Bernard Lord was in Montreal for the P.C. Convention. The last provincial P.C. Convention I’ve attended? I had a blast! I got drunk and had a good time. Mind you, I didn’t write about anything during that Convention.
Mike Duffy < CTV > told the television audience that some members of the P.C. Party were upset because once they came to the room to meet Bernard Lord?
They had to pay 6 to 8 bucks a beer? My God? I bet the room emptied pretty quickly! As I said in the past and I’ll say it again!
The people around the Premier are not up to par of what’s going on in the real world! I remember when Bernard Lord first got elected! He told me that the issue of Ritalin must be studied in this Province.
Once he got elected?
I quickly phoned the Premier’s office and the guy who took my call didn’t or couldn’t say the word - Ritalin! He said- ADSH???? Not ADHD!!! He didn’t have a clue what I was talking about!!!!
Months later, Bernard Lord finally came out of the Centennial Building and told me -Ritalin???? I don’t know what you are talking about Charlie!!!!
Last week in Saint John? They held their famous Job Expo! I remember attending that little gathering around 5 years ago. Bernard Lord was there and Norm MacFarlane < then Cabinet Minister >
The Premier said - Look at all the people coming to the job expo! There must be

Over the weekend, I once again volunteered at the Soup Kitchen and hundreds showed up for their meals!
I don’t have the exact amount but all I can say is that there’s a lot of hungry people out there! As I told someone Sunday - If I see and hear all these people who are going hungry? I hear all this in a small City! So therefore?

GOOD NEWS FROM SAINT JOHN!!!!!
GOOD NEWS FOR SAINT JOHN!!!!

I have received good news toward the battle against VLT,s The City of Saint John has (50) less machines since the smoking ban has come into effect.
This information has been received through a very reliable source ( Information passed on to me ) Involving a conversation between a Bar Owner an employee and
a video lottery machine technician.
This is a great start to the possible demize of these machines,There has also been at least 6 failed businesses due to the smoking ban which translates into the loss of some of that count.
I am also waiting on a call from an owner of a popular Family Resturant to confirm Information passed on to me by that same person as to the volentary removal of his machines as well!!
As soon as I have that conversation I will pass that along!

AROUND 150 PEOPLE SHOWED UP FOR PEACE RALLY!!!!!!
At around 1:00pm. I showed up at the peace rally in front of City Hall in Fredericton.
I would say there must have been 150 people present.
Many of these people were young citizens who truly believe in peace.
Protester after protester would climb the stairs at City Hall and give a speech!
The organiser would asked – Is there anyone else who which to speak? Come on up and speak out!
Guess what?

The Raging Grannies showed up and began to sing to the audience and I might add that they were pretty good! They are very good!
From 150 people? I would say that maybe only ten poor people showed up for free food!
Mind you, the poor in this city are very well fed!
Don’t forget, if the same protest would have been located in Saint John? I would guess that people in the hundreds would show up for their free meals because the Soup Kitchen in Saint John only feeds the poor once day and this is not enough for a person to eat!

March 18 (Bloomberg) -- A treatment for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder in children may cause damage to DNA that can raise the risk of cancer, according to a study of 12 children to be published in Cancer Letters.
The children, who took the drug methylphenidate for three months, had an average three-fold increase in the number of chromosomal aberrations, abnormalities in DNA that while often harmless sometimes lead to cancer, said researchers led by Randa El-Zein of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Other types of DNA damage also increased significantly, the study said.
U.S. sales of the medication, better known by the brand name Ritalin, sold by Novartis AG and in generic versions, have surged in recent years, increasing 500 percent from 1990 to 1999, the report said. More studies are needed to determine whether the medicine, which has been used for more than 50 years, actually raises cancer risk, researchers said.
``The lack of research on the long-term effects of methylphenidate use in humans warrants great concern,'' the researchers concluded. ``At present, it is not clear what the long- term effects would be for children who took methylphenidate 10 or 20 years ago or for those who are currently being treated with this drug.''
Related Drugs
Studies also may be needed to see whether related drugs such as Shire Pharmaceuticals Group's Adderall XR, pulled from the Canadian market because of sudden deaths, have similar risks, the study said. Shire, based in Basingstoke, England, is also developing a methylphenidate patch called Methypatch with Miami- based Noven Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Johnson & Johnson of the U.S. sells a longer-acting version of Ritalin called Concerta. Kathy Fallon, a company spokeswoman, declined immediate comment.
``We see no increased risk of cancer in the currently available literature, but we're taking the study seriously and we'll further examine the results,'' Novartis spokesman John Gilardi said in an interview.
Shares of Novartis fell 55 centimes, or 1 percent, to 56.15 Swiss francs in Zurich trading. Shire's shares dropped 4 pence to 583 pence in London. Johnson & Johnson fell 8 cents to $66.91 at 10:43 a.m. New York time in New York Stock Exchange composite trading.
Approximately 3 percent to 5 percent of children in the U.S., or about 2 million, are diagnosed with ADHD, according to the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

In addition to chromosomal aberrations, the study measured a type of DNA damage called sister-chromatid exchanges, in which broken strands of paired DNA reconnected improperly. Researchers also examined damage in which fragments of DNA called micronuclei fail to incorporate into the cell nucleus during cell division.
Among the 10 boys and 2 girls, who were an average of 8 1/2 years old, sister-chromatid exchanges increased 4.3 fold after taking the drug and the presence of micronuclei rose 2.4 times, the researchers said.
``People should keep in perspective it's a very small study,'' Shire spokeswoman Jessica Mann said in an interview. ``Methylphenidate has been used for decades safely and effectively.''
The company, which generates about 40 percent of its revenue from Adderall, plans to seek U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval of Methypatch at mid-year, Mann said. Adderall XR generated $606.7 million in sales last year.
Although the study was small, investors should be aware of it because of the magnitude of the effect and heightened awareness of drug safety since Merck & Co.'s Vioxx painkiller was pulled from the market on Sept. 30, said Corey Davis a JP Morgan analyst in New York, in a note to clients yesterday.
``We see little impact on Shire's Adderall XR given that it is not a methylphenidate, but perhaps a more direct negative correlation to Methypatch,'' the note said.

I just received a lot of emails about the story that Ritalin causes Cancer.
Well? This is what I have been saying for the last 5 years. Many kids came to me and said - I don’t like taking Ritalin because it hurts my tummy!

This morning on talk of the Town on CFBC, I gave credit to the Irvings!
Many callers were phoning in to voice their concern of the future LNG Plant!
They were saying that the Iirvings would board in a helicopter and leave the area if the area would be ready to explode?
Well? I phoned the host and told the audience that I hope that you’re sitting down because I’m going to praise the Irvings!
I reminded the host of the explosion at the Refinery < one worker died > every workers ran from the Refinery and shouted to the people- RUN RUN RUN WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!
Did the Iirvings run to their nearest helicopter? Of course not!
THEY’RE NUTS!!! Arthur, Kenneth and J.K. Irving were helping the firefighters to put down the fire!
Personally if I would be a Billionaire? I would have left the area! I guess they follow their memo! They live by the sword? They shall die by the sword! The Iirvings are nuts!!!! ..lol..

I went to the food bank in this City this week. It was the first time that I ever went to that needy place in the Capital!!!!
I must tell you that I was very surprised by the huge lined up at this needy place. This is the Capital of New Brunswick and it goes to show you people are hurting!
Saint John is much worse than the Capital so therefore it makes you wonder???
The amounts of meals being given to the poor in the Capital is in the hundreds on a daily basic and that’s too bad!
I heard a sad story, in a certain village in this Province?
The food bank are making certain that everyone on the streets knows who the poor people are.
They give the poor families food but in a Sobey’s bag????
There’s only one problem with this gesture?
THERE’S NO SOBEY’S in the area for miles!
It’s bad enough to go to these places and asked for help but being degraded in public? That’s a total different ballgame! Too bad so sad!!
Speaking of poor! I wonder if the welfare rate is going to go up during the next Provincial budget? How much? $20.00????
Bernard Lord is going through a public relation nightmare lately! He told New Brunswickers that the citizens can afford a rate hike in their power bills!
He also told New Bbrunswickers a few days ago! Let me see if I can locate the story in the internet? Can’t find it but he did say that he will not try to stop the taxes break that the City of Saint John are giving to the Irvings!
I also told the host of the talk show that many people would not show up for a protest against the Irvings propose tax break because someone from the Irving Gestapo Security staff will show up with a video camera and everyone would run home because many Saint Johners have love ones who works for the Irvings!
The host didn’t agree with me and I did see this sort of action in the past! The cameras are out there and the Irvings will put these people who dares to speak out on a black list and this is sad!

I also told the host of the talk show that many people would not show up for a protest against the Irvings propose tax break because someone from the Irving Gestapo Security staff will show up with a video camera and everyone would run home because many Saint Johners have love ones who works for the Irvings!
The host didn’t agree with me and I did see this sort of action in the past! The cameras are out there and the Irvings will put these people who dares to speak out on a black list and this is sad!

green jacket for this occasion. Which reminds me of
one story that happen to me around 12 years ago.
During the good old days that people could write
letters to the editor on any issues?
I wrote a short letter < hard to believe > of why
would the Irish population be proud to celebrate Saint
Patrick Day?
I was confused because it was an era that babies,
kids and families were being shot dead in Ireland!
Well? The editor- David Williams called me into
his office and told me that he couldn't print that
letter because I could end up hurt?
I told the Editor that I wasn't afraid! < Guess
that I haven't change >
Anyway, the letter wasn't printed and these days
the violence in Ireland is not as bad as it used to be
so Happy Saint Patrick day!

Once I heard this news? My mind went back in time.
He was first hired by the Evening Times Globe <
Irving paper > in 1995!
I was upset because he came from the States so I
wrote a letter telling the public that surely we have
Canadian columnists in this Province so therefore we
shouldn't have American columnists in our paper!
At the end, I found Marty a very nice guy!
I even visited the guy in Saint Martin's! He had a
nice home.
He left for the States and I haven't chat with
this guy for many years.
I emailed him a letter but I never received a
reprisal.
Maybe it's because that my email was a little
harsh!
I told Marty that things have change in the
newspapers business during these last few years and if
he dedicated his life and soul to the Irving Empire
before he walked in his office?
He must have said to himself - What the hell
happened since I left Canada because I was very well
known for my letters to the Editor but all this came
to a sudden halt once the Irvings gave the orders that
my letters should not be printed!
Hiiii Irving!!!!
Oh well? I wish him luck and I don't blame him for
not replying to his email because the Gestapo at the
Irving Empire and tracking where the emails go on the

the bars and look for people who drank too much!

Despite the cold temperatures, Saint John man Charles
LeBlanc continues
to camp out in front of the Legislative Building on
Queen
St. in Fredericton, N.B.
LeBlanc has lived in his tent for more than 120 days.
He is protesting the use of Ritalin on young children.
Leblanc is worried
about the long-term and short-term effects of the
. Ritalin is used
to treat attention deficit disorder (ADD) and
attention deficit hyperactive
disorder (ADHD).
LeBlanc has kept in contact with various politicians
and Premier Bernard
Lord about the issue. He says he wants to see the
government set up a committee to go around the
province and study the problem with Ritalin.
“I’m not getting anywhere just by talking to them, and
unfortunately this is
the only way I know how to get the message out, and
hopefully they would listen. It has been 120 days so
far so I guess they don’t listen to good.”
LeBlanc has been writing articles in the Telegraph
Journal since he found out he had ADHD five years ago.
“I knew there was something wrong with me, but I
didn’t know what it was,” says LeBlanc. “I was always
hyperactive, and I loved to be the centre of
attention.”
After he started writing articles he received many
phone calls from
concerned parents.
“I’ve received so many phone calls from parents
complaining about how their kids are treated in
school. “They say they’re labeled, they’re called
idiots and stupid,” says LeBlanc.
LeBlanc says he wants these kids to be treated with
respect and dignity. He
watched a CBC documentary last year called Learning
Curves. The crew filmed
inside classrooms in St. John’s, Newfoundland, but in
New Brunswick they
were not allowed in the class. One of the film crew
carrying a recorder
that picks up the noise, a teacher was heard yelling
and screaming just to
be heard.
“There is so much noise in the classroom that a child
with true ADHD is
easily distracted. So what do they do instead of
having smaller
classrooms, they these kids.”
LeBlanc has been in contact with a Saint John
pharmacists, whose name
he would not release.
“We calculated that one pharmacy in Saint John, N.B.
gives out 5,000
pills a year,” says LeBlanc.
LeBlanc says the is over prescribed, and there is
the danger that
the mental disorder is often misdiagnosed for bad
behavior.
“Until there is a public inquiry to go around the
province and study
the issue, I’m not going anywhere.”
Other newspapers that have covered LeBlanc’s story,
and the public have
questioned how reliable his information and facts are.
“I have 7.000 people who have signed my petition. I
went to a shopping
mall in Dieppe and collected 230 names in three and a
half hours. Where do I
get my sources? How can I collect that many names if
there is not a
problem.”
LeBlanc says he gathers information through television
documentaries
and newspaper articles. Most of his information comes
from directly
speaking to the public.

During these last 72 hours there has been three store robberies in the Capital and a judge sentence the thief to 5 years in prison for his crime.
The defence lawyer told the judge that his client was on Dilaudid and he blamed the Province for his action!
The police forces are begging the Government to act on the prescription drug problem in this Province.
Hey? I warned the Lord Government 5 years ago and now everything is out of control!
I had a straight forward conversation with my priest last weekend. The issue was the situation of the poor in this Province.
I often hear this pharse- Hey Charlie? There always have been poor people since the beginning of time!!!
I wanted to know if the situation is much worst these days because of the drug problem?
He quickly answered - Well? People do have choices???
It’s not too often that I disagree with a Priest but I replied - Hey? In my younger days, we tried Cocaine, LSD, Magic Mushroom, Acide and other drugs but these days it’s a total different ballgame because if a family member gets injured?
The Doctor prescribes Pain Killer and at the end? They become a victim!
It also starts with Ritalin and go on to higher drug!
You wait in 10 years from now? We are going to be living in a poor state of affair because the Lord Government will go down in history for ignoring the drug problem in this Province.
I didn’t get my facts yet on the decision for the standing committee to do a study on the issue of Ritalin but I will let you know!
I found a old Reader’s Digest book and the date was December 1998! In the front cover - The pill Teachers push!
I read that story in the past and it’s all about Ritalin!
The year was 1998 and in 2005 the situation is much worse!!! Bernard Lord don’t seem to care but I won’t say anything until I get the facts!

The Irvings can go around and assault minorities because they have the backing of those racists members of the Commission?

Boy? The talk show on CFBC was really out of control this morning! One caller said- The mayor should be assassinated because of his dealing with the Irvings!

Andre replied- That’s the Russian Flag!
I told Andre- I know exactly what a Russian flag is but it’s suppose to be red, white and blue???
It was the old Communist Flag of Russia! I was certain that the communists have took over the Legislature but at the end, they told me that they filmed a part for the CBC Movie Hockey series 1972!
But you know what? Would a communist system be better for the poor in this Province?

On CFBC, some caller called in and said the exact same thing that I wrote about!
He said - One of these days, someone is going to cross that thin line and go on a rampage! Well? The host was scared and many callers called in afterwards to express their fear!
Well? If the Government don’t start treating the poor with respect, it could happen?
Some girl told me during the weekend that she got a job so her voice could be heard?
What??? You mean if you don’t work? Your voice is not heard? You mean those bureaucrats especially them at Family Services ignores the poor citizens pleas???
The Government is making certain that the less fortunate don’t have a say because they installed open cubicles in the Capital so the whole floor can heard your personal problems!

Speaking of poor? Over 150 meals were served at Noon yesterday!
Anyway? The woman on the phone told me to be at the Shelter and she’ll pick me up!
Hey? I have no money so a few bucks would help me to get by till the end of the month!
I prepared myself and showed up at the Shelter but the girl already picked up two men who were just standing there. I believe she taught they were me and my friend.
I was a little down because I sure could have used those few bucks but anyway, I turned around and proceeded to go home until I heard a soft voice---Hi Charlie!!!
It was the Japanese girl from Saint Thomas. It was the same girl who interviewed me a few months ago about my protest and ADD/ADHD!

It was Doctor Dennis Furlong who used to be the minister of Education and Health before the last Provincial Election! I haven’t chat with this guy for over 3 years!
I introduced the Doctor to the Japanese reporter and I was very very very stern in saying that this man said on a talk show that Ritalin was Over prescribed!!!
Let me see if I can locate his words? FOUND IT!!!

Charles was saying. Is Ritalin a quick fixes?
Dr. Furlong - Ohhh Yes, I think Ritalin is over
prescribed and I think that’s an issue for the Medical
Profession. It’s only prescribed by the Medical
Profession. However? I , myself even seen now teachers
who send parents and children to my office suggesting
they should be on Ritalin and because not all of them
all on because not all of them are truly hyperactive.
Well? You have to have an accurate diagnosis in order
to at least some hope that the therapy is going to
work because for over activity disorders and active
kids Ritalin will have no affect.
Denis Melanson - OK…and that’s the last word we’ll
hear about Ritalin tonight!!!!
You have to understand that this Doctor told these words to the audience as a private citizen and not as an elected official!
I wasn’t done with the Doctor and continue to push my issue near the shelter while the cold winds was racing by! It was cold!!!!
I told him that he said that Ritalin have been around for 50 years but the part that I find very interesting is that in the late 70s when I was in High School?
I was totally out of control and not one person suggested to me Ritalin?
I would have been the perfect candidate for Ritalin but then again?
I would have been called - Stupid or idiotic but then again? I was called this anyway especially by my own Father and he always gave me some candies after a beating!
So the situation got much worst! It was a total losing battle and I haven’t been living with my parents for the last 25 years! You can just imagine the hatred going on within the household with a child with ADHD! OK CHARLES FORGET THOSE BAD FLASHBACK!!!!

He quickly told me that they was absurd!
I told him my situation and these are orders given to the Government by this racist Commission!!!

In closing, the poor Japanese girl wanted to interview a homeless person and I knew that she could asked the wrong person so I didn’t want her to be in trouble because these people are the outcast of society!
I refuse to follow this route! I told her that I would give her a helping hand so I walked in the Shelter and asked around if anyone wanted to do an interview but no luck until I mentioned a cute Japanese girl is standing outside in the cold wind waiting for someone to give their sad tales!

RELAY FOR LIFE IN OROMOCTO!!!!
Also, the RELAY FOR LIFE is kicking off the 1st ever event for Oromocto this WEDNESDAY (not Thursday), March 16 at the Hazen Centre, starting at 7pm. My mom Debbie, a breast cancer survivor, has entered a family team called "Debbie's Dream Team" with me, Jeff+Cathy, Jody + Krista, my aunt Louanne+Brian, cousin Ellen and stepfather Dave.
I DON'T......
I don’t feel like writing today so therefore you readers have a break from my straight forward mouth! Here’s an opinion from two different individual of their opinion on the issue of Dilaudid and VLT’S!
Here’s one -
I would like to examine the locations that are available to help in recovery of these addictions.
I'm aware that the city of Fredericton has an addiction centre within reach of the larger portion of that city for residential recovery and also for out-patient appointments on most addictions as well as being fairly handy to most bus routes.
An area that I am familiar with would be Saint John and this is to say the least a different story.
First there is no shelter that can be used for people who have lost everything do to VLT’S/cocaine/methadone/crack/or any such addiction that completely takes all and the detox centre as we know is very limited on the amount of allowable bed rest that can be provided.
As far as out-patient appointments that has always been a major problem since it's beginning as buses are very limited to that location being 3 times a day compared to 8-10 appointments a day
depending on length then there is the problem of getting a hold of the connections to get a bus pass at the very least to get you to the westside of
the city If you can see your way through that bureaucratic mess and manage to get one.
The next step would be to hopefully be one of the lucky ones to get your appointment near the incomming or outgoing bus so you don't have
to walk the Manawagonish road for 20-25 minutes plus the 15 minute walk along Manchester Road both ways and as we all know you will most likely
not be able to afford a taxi cab if you've lost everything Now that in itself presents it's own set of problems because none of the proceeds
from VLT’S goes to transportation to this location unless again you
manage to get lucky through some other government agency.
You may be involved with that might be able to pull some strings or get past that red tape and pull off a miracle as again the government does NOT give these centres any proceeds for a badly needed shuttle bus or something to that effect.
As for the Methadone clinic? Here’s another view
Its also sad to hear that they are only taken 20 new patients for Methadone when we know that there is so many that need help.
Since these pills are highly addictive (heroin) and were only given to patients who were dying we see what changes that the government made by allowing these pills to be prescribed to people in pain.
The Oxy-Contin pills should of NEVER been allowed to be prescribed for pain because there was too much risk in doing so.
We now have the outcome of this decision and its everywhere.
Big Cities are not the only ones with this burden and it makes one wonder why the government had allowed these legal heroin pills to be prescribed by Doctors that had no or very little training on Narcotics.
This was the verdict of the Robert Mailman inquiry and that was a shock to many addicts and their families to why it was allowed to ever happen this way.
We have seen what these pills have done to our society in a short 10 years and how much money that Pruda Pharma and the Government has made.
The help has been very slow coming for the money that was made on them. When we think of addicts , most think of a down and out person,
who in ignorance think that its the addicts fault, we are now seeing is not always their fault because it doesn't even take a week to be addicted
to these pills for some people.
We have Grandparents, Mothers, Fathers, Sons, Daughters, injured workers, people in accidents, who are now addicts and they need the voice of the people to help them and by helping them we will be helping our society and community.
A methadone clinic must open in downtown Saint John because this is where the major problem lies.
Here’s one -
I would like to examine the locations that are available to help in recovery of these addictions.
I'm aware that the city of Fredericton has an addiction centre within reach of the larger portion of that city for residential recovery and also for out-patient appointments on most addictions as well as being fairly handy to most bus routes.
An area that I am familiar with would be Saint John and this is to say the least a different story.
First there is no shelter that can be used for people who have lost everything do to VLT’S/cocaine/methadone/crack/or any such addiction that completely takes all and the detox centre as we know is very limited on the amount of allowable bed rest that can be provided.
As far as out-patient appointments that has always been a major problem since it's beginning as buses are very limited to that location being 3 times a day compared to 8-10 appointments a day
depending on length then there is the problem of getting a hold of the connections to get a bus pass at the very least to get you to the westside of
the city If you can see your way through that bureaucratic mess and manage to get one.
The next step would be to hopefully be one of the lucky ones to get your appointment near the incomming or outgoing bus so you don't have
to walk the Manawagonish road for 20-25 minutes plus the 15 minute walk along Manchester Road both ways and as we all know you will most likely
not be able to afford a taxi cab if you've lost everything Now that in itself presents it's own set of problems because none of the proceeds
from VLT’S goes to transportation to this location unless again you
manage to get lucky through some other government agency.
You may be involved with that might be able to pull some strings or get past that red tape and pull off a miracle as again the government does NOT give these centres any proceeds for a badly needed shuttle bus or something to that effect.
As for the Methadone clinic? Here’s another view
Its also sad to hear that they are only taken 20 new patients for Methadone when we know that there is so many that need help.
Since these pills are highly addictive (heroin) and were only given to patients who were dying we see what changes that the government made by allowing these pills to be prescribed to people in pain.
The Oxy-Contin pills should of NEVER been allowed to be prescribed for pain because there was too much risk in doing so.
We now have the outcome of this decision and its everywhere.
Big Cities are not the only ones with this burden and it makes one wonder why the government had allowed these legal heroin pills to be prescribed by Doctors that had no or very little training on Narcotics.
This was the verdict of the Robert Mailman inquiry and that was a shock to many addicts and their families to why it was allowed to ever happen this way.
We have seen what these pills have done to our society in a short 10 years and how much money that Pruda Pharma and the Government has made.
The help has been very slow coming for the money that was made on them. When we think of addicts , most think of a down and out person,
who in ignorance think that its the addicts fault, we are now seeing is not always their fault because it doesn't even take a week to be addicted
to these pills for some people.
We have Grandparents, Mothers, Fathers, Sons, Daughters, injured workers, people in accidents, who are now addicts and they need the voice of the people to help them and by helping them we will be helping our society and community.
A methadone clinic must open in downtown Saint John because this is where the major problem lies.

Hey? Remember a few weeks ago? The guy who was arrested for sending treating email to a few politicians? Well? Here’s his story-

SAINT JOHN - A former federal Conservative candidate in New Brunswick charged with making death threats against municipal politicians in Gatineau, Que., has been found unfit to stand trial following a psychiatric evaluation, the Crown says.
Serge Landry, 39, who is originally from Caraquet, was released to the custody of a Quebec hospital after his hearing Thursday. He is also barred from contacting the mayor and councillors of Gatineau.
"He was found not criminally responsible," said Guy Loisel, the Crown prosecutor who oversaw Landry's case.
An administrative tribunal that oversees wards of the province in Quebec will judge when Landry can be released from hospital and under what conditions.
He had been charged with three counts of uttering death threats and two counts of criminal harassment against the mayor and councillors of Gatineau, which lies across the Ottawa River from the federal capital.
Landry was the Conservative candidate for the federal riding of Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe in the 2000 general election. He came in third.
So? He’s not fit to stand trial eh? You know what? As God is my witness I hope it doesn’t happen in New Brunswick but the question is not if someone will cross that thin line and attack the New Brunswick Legislature but when???

I often wondered why is the reason our Judges don’t have any protections here in Canada!
I remember seeing a Judge walking outside of the courthouse in Saint John to his vehicle!
The problem was that the parking space had his name on it!
Isn’t that scary? But this is Canada and we don’t go around shooting Judges but I’m afraid this might change in the very near future because people are desperate for help and on a few occasions they might do some desperate acts!

His name is Brian Grant and he still working with that racist company – Gulf Operators!

Those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission told the Irvings that they can continue their witch hunt against the minorities in this Province!
They sent me a letter- Sorry? We agreed with the Irvings!
But did you know that those racist members are not screen once they are appointed to these commission? The Chairperson is a girlfriend of a former defeated P.C. MLA!!!
Just a few days ago, a couple of people were appointed to a Commission without being screen!
The funny part is that we have a convicted thief who is on the Human Rights Commission and he stole from the Irvings in the 80s and now is on the Commission looking after the Irvings interest!
Look at my case during the protest in front of the Legislature?
It took 50 days for the Irving media to cover this story?
People like me would say- HEY??? I’M HERE!!!! PLEASE COVER MY STORY!!!
But the Irvings media are following orders from J.D. Irving to ignore certain citizens and I am one of them!
As a matter of fact? Ever since Peter Huggert came to the Capital! I haven’t had my column printed!
See what I mean?????
But going back to ignore certain individuals? These people will cry out for the media to listen to their concerns but will be ignore at any cost!
Than suddenly? There’s a shoot out with people being shot!!!
Then the media will run to the scene and cover the trouble individual issues! But it will be too late!
This is the reason that Ottawa must investigate the way that the Irvings are running this province like a communist State and must be put to a stop before it’s too late!
As I wrote in the past, it will not be done by a straight forward individual like myself but the quiet type!
Take a close look at the Welfare office in the Capital?
These social workers are degrading the poor people who asked for help in their open cubicles!!!
They degrade them in front of the whole floor and God knows what goes through these poor people heads???? You cannot continue treating people like dirt and expect them not to retaliate???
As I said at the beginning of this update! It’s not the question of if the Legislature will be attack but when and I pray that I am dead < opps wrong word > on this issue!!!

Ok…I listened to the talk show < CFBC > this morning aired from Saint John!
The first caller was complaining that he could NOT survive on $264.00 an month!
So I decided to call in and they made me wait for 20 minutes and thank God for that because while I was on the pay phone, someone was using the other payphone beside me and raise his voice to someone that he couldn’t survive on $264.00 an month!
Coincidence? It can only happen to Charles!
I did mention the issue of the missing teethes and it wasn’t right for Family Services to ignore this issue!
The host said - Hey Charles? I got to pay for my own teethes!!!
This is different because they only make $264.00 an month! Poverty is getting much worse in this Province and the government must act on these issues as soon as possible. It’s not only the poor but the working poor also!!!
I strongly believe that someone is going to cracked up!!!
I once again heard that the staff at Family Services are asking some very loud and private questions in these open cubicles in Fredericton.
This is their entire long term plan to discourage poor people from applying for help!
IT’S NOT RIGHT!!!! THE POOR PEOPLE IN THIS PROVINCE DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY!!!!
Asks these darn questions in a private room and stop degrading the people in public!
If this trend continues??? Someone is going to cross that line and innocent people could get hurt???
It sure won’t be a long mouth citizen like me but it will be the quiet type!

This was bought up last year when the police announced that people were taking a course and they gave the citizens a free brand new computer!
There was a long line up I guess and all these computers ended up in the Pawn Shop!
All the junkies were lined up to get hold of that computer so they could sell it to get their fixed!
I am certain that you’re talking about millions of Dollars that the Lord Government lost???
I wonder what happen to that story? Maybe someone can tell me?
The amount of meals being served at the Soup Kitchen is way up!!!
Usually the busiest time is noon and less in the evenings but the amount stays the same.
It’s too bad that someone gave the orders not to give me the amount being served at the Soup Kitchen. I can tell you that it’s over 100 meals each time!
This is not good because it’s only the beginning of the month so the question is why?
If you believe that the Capital is bad? Saint John is much worst!
The power rate is going up! The water rate is going up and at the end? The poor will suffer!!!!
Don’t any of these bureaucrats in the Capital have a heart? Something must be done!
The Irvings just made the top 200 on the Billionaires Forbes list and I think they are number#106!
Their headquarters are in Saint John New Brunswick and the City has the biggest and largest poor population!
Sort of reminds you of Paris France when Marie-Antoinette told the peasants- Let them eat cake!
The Irvings can do what ever they want because they have control of the bureaucrats, the Compensation Board, those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission, all the newspapers and they are training young journalists to follow the Irving Way!
This is all part of the Final Solution! Speaking of final solution?
They caught the guy who killed the Judge’s Husband and mother in Chicago!
From what I’m told, the courts ignored his concerns!
I guess that he had Cancer and the doctors disfigured his face!
In closing, He blamed the bureaucrats and cross that thin line!!!!
Are New Brunswickers immune to this?
It’s just a matter of time?
As God as my witness? I don’t wish no harm on anyone but you can just push a Human Being so far!

IS CUTTING OF THE HANDS A GOOD THING????
Yesterday, someone described me pretty good!
He said - You Charles? You wake up in the
morning and you wonder which directions you’re going
to go today???
He’s so correct on that Statement!
I have so many issues that I wish to confront.
You never know where I’m going to end up???
I was at City Hall this morning so stay tune for
that one!
Ok…I have so many issues, I wish to comment about
because Tim Smith took all my time during the last 48
hours but it was worth every minute!
Lay back! Get a beer or coffee because this could
be a long one!
Hey? As I wrote in the past, it is during this
period that my mind isn’t flying all over the place. I
am at ease! The grammar might be terrible but I am at
ease.
Ok..Here we go….
Check out the result of the last poll we had and I
must give credit where it’s due because a person can

that job because it would keep me busy but I’m too old

I might add that we do have a major problem here!
The individual said - I have been on welfare for

This is not true! I was collecting U.I.C. or E.I
until the middle of my protest in 2003 and in the
middle of the protest I applied for Welfare!
I worked for the Irvings most of my life and I
don’t believe that the racist management of the Irving
Empire will give me a proper reference.
I really don’t care what people say about me to
degrade me because it’s my faith in God that keeps me
going!
There’s a reason for everything and I am a strong
believer on that issue!
Lets not forget one thing here? When my day of
Judgment arrive? He cannot say that I didn’t try to
help my fellow Human Being and that’s the only thing
that I care about!
Crucify me in your comments if you wish but I
really don’t care!
All I wish to do is to debate the issues in
hand!
You cannot write letters to the Irving papers
because they won’t print them! So therefore new
Brunswickers can’t freely voice their concerns!
As I said on many occasions? I wish that a huge

at once!
Everyone is gathered at the Gate and the Irvings
would be behind me.
Would the Irvings push me aside and say - Excuse
me? I am Irving! Let me through!
I am not certain but I believe that Saint Peters
would say - Hey? You take a number like everybody else
and lets see how much good or harm you cause while you
were on the planet Earth!
I am not sure about this issue? Hey? Maybe the
Irvings also have the power in the higher places also?

Speaking of Irving? The Mainway Gas station on
King street in Fredericton scares me!
The staff there are wonderful workers and they
are truly good employees but they are located in the
rough part of the City!
During the late swift? There’s only one worker
working in that store and I might add that it was
robbed on a few occasions!
For the life of me? I cannot understand why
there’s only one employee present! It’s not safe to
have a young worker working alone!
Down the States or big Cities they are protected
by a bullet proof window but not here and this is good
a very good thing. We’re not like the big Cities but
the amount of money Irving Oil is making? You would
believe they would have two employees for their
safety!
Why wait to act on this issue after someone gets
killed? Doesn’t make any sense!
Speaking of people crossing the line! Yesterday
at the Legislator in Toronto. Someone droved out front
and cause a rampage.
He put Gasoline on his clothes and burned
himself!
Now? First you have four R.C.M.P. Officers who
were shot dead last week and now this?
When is something like this going to happen in
this Province??? < I pray it doesn’t happen! >
Halifax is totally out of control with its many
robberies and murders and it’s just a matter of time
till it happens in this Province.
Why wait?
We must confront the issue of prescription drug
right now and not later!!!

A few months ago, I had an interesting
conversation. I was introduced to this cute girl and
she was from the Middle east and told me that she was
a Muslim.
I said to myself - OK….this should be
interesting.
I decided to debate of the issue of the Muslim
faith!
I asked- Where did it come from that once
someone dies? He’s guaranteed 20 virgins in heaven????
Well? She told me that it wasn’t true! This story
only surface during the last few years! She explain
that it’s just a mist so therefore there’s no true to
this story!
Ok..so I continue on and asked - In your part of
the world? You steal? They cut your hand off! Here in
Canada? You break into six homes? They put you on
probation for six months! What’s makes us say that our
system is better than yours?
She told me that the cutting of the hands isn’t
true and once again it’s just stories!
But Really? If it’s true? The crime of stealing
must be way down because they don’t wish to get
caught!
I continue to say- These stories must be true
because I did hear this on the news?

This is not true! I was collecting U.I.C. or E.I
until the middle of my protest in 2003 and in the

I worked for the Irvings most of my life and I
don’t believe that the racist management of the Irving
Empire will give me a proper reference.

degrade me because it’s my faith in God that keeps me

There’s a reason for everything and I am a strong
believer on that issue!
Lets not forget one thing here? When my day of

Speaking of Irving? The Mainway Gas station on
King street in Fredericton scares me!
The staff there are wonderful workers and they
are truly good employees but they are located in the
rough part of the City!
During the late swift? There’s only one worker
working in that store and I might add that it was
robbed on a few occasions!
For the life of me? I cannot understand why
there’s only one employee present! It’s not safe to
have a young worker working alone!
Down the States or big Cities they are protected
by a bullet proof window but not here and this is good
a very good thing. We’re not like the big Cities but
the amount of money Irving Oil is making? You would
believe they would have two employees for their
safety!
Why wait to act on this issue after someone gets
killed? Doesn’t make any sense!
Speaking of people crossing the line! Yesterday
at the Legislator in Toronto. Someone droved out front
and cause a rampage.
He put Gasoline on his clothes and burned
himself!
Now? First you have four R.C.M.P. Officers who
were shot dead last week and now this?
When is something like this going to happen in
this Province??? < I pray it doesn’t happen! >
Halifax is totally out of control with its many
robberies and murders and it’s just a matter of time

A few months ago, I had an interesting
conversation. I was introduced to this cute girl and
she was from the Middle east and told me that she was
a Muslim.
I said to myself - OK….this should be
interesting.
I decided to debate of the issue of the Muslim
faith!
I asked- Where did it come from that once
someone dies? He’s guaranteed 20 virgins in heaven????
Well? She told me that it wasn’t true! This story
only surface during the last few years! She explain
that it’s just a mist so therefore there’s no true to
this story!
Ok..so I continue on and asked - In your part of
the world? You steal? They cut your hand off! Here in
Canada? You break into six homes? They put you on
probation for six months! What’s makes us say that our
system is better than yours?
She told me that the cutting of the hands isn’t
true and once again it’s just stories!
But Really? If it’s true? The crime of stealing
must be way down because they don’t wish to get
caught!
I continue to say- These stories must be true
because I did hear this on the news?

IT HAS BEEN QUITE AN EXPERIENCE BEING WITH TIM SMITH FOR 24 HOURS!!!!!!!
By the way? Global News is doing a three part series on VLT’S during the next few days and Tim Smith will be interviewed by Global News! Look for it!!!
Ok……it’s been quite a last 24 hours in the Capital.
I met Tim Smith < You can see his picture in my photo album. He’s number#3> at the bus station and we went for a nice Tim Horton’s Coffee!
My God? Does that guy ever love his coffee?
We walked around and made a stopover at the Legislature. I introduced the guy to the people at the Library and I knocked at the Sergeant At Arms door and asked him where could two protesters set up a tent to protest? All in the fun!
I decided to introduced him to the Ombudsman – Bernard Lord.
Before walking in the building, I asked Tim - Do you know what that building is? He didn’t have a clue???
It was the building of those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!
He knew of them from my updates! We had a good laugh when I told him of the time that I showed up in front of that building with a Blowhorn!
It shook the building and it didn’t take long for those racists members to come out of the building with a white flag! I might stop calling them –Racists and call them Irving Employees! What do you think?
Anyway, I introduced him to Bernard Richard and expected the conversation to last a few minutes because I know that the Ombudsman is a very busy individual.
My God? Tim and Bernard debated the issue for over 10 minutes and it was interesting!
I’ll let Tim tell you what they debated about if he wants too?
At around 4:15pm, I bought Tim to my place and something bad happen! I won’t go into the details at the moment. I’ll write more about this issue during the next few days. It had nothing to do with Tim Smith. It was my caretaker and this morning, I found out some interesting facts about this issue so stay tune!
At 5:30pm, Tim was hungry so we went at the Soup Kitchen. I was surprise to notice that this activist is very popular with the boys!
You see? Tim has no money and when he was protesting in front of the Legislature during the cold winter winds of January? He stayed at the Shelter.
Afterwards, he stopped at the shelter and asked if he could sleep in that needy place over night?
The guy told Tim that the place was full during the last three days so he couldn’t promise anything but he did tell Tim that the Fredericton Police could put him in the lock up over night!
Hey? Tim didn’t care where he stayed? As long that he stayed in a place that was warm!
We visited a friend’s place and at 7:00pm we walked in the heavy rain to Rogers Television for his one hour of fame.
Tim asked me - Are we going to walked by a Tim Horton’s?????
My God? The guy must have drank ten cup of coffees during the day and I was a close second!
My God, was I ever hyper with all that caffeine and sugar in my body???
Thanked God that Tim had an umbrella because the rain just came down very very very heavy!
Once we arrived at the building, I noticed the producer of the show standing outside and of course being Charles the agitator?
I shouted- Hiiiiiiiiii Lord!!!!!
The individual just walked away! I was still upset that the staff took orders from the Staff at the Premier’s office not to let me confront the Premier on a talk show!
Minutes later, I bumped into the same individual again and said- Hiiiii Lord!!!!
Well. The person told me that it was a mistake! They totally forgot about me! I replied - Come on now? You don’t expect me to believe that one???? I have been calling that show for the last 5 years???
Anyway….I dropped the issue but not totally! That’s for later.
Denis Melanson < host > showed up and was he ever in bad shape! He looked terrible. He has problem with his knee and he only had a couple of hours sleep!
I was more worried about the host being ok than the guest?
Once inside the producer told Tim Smith that he couldn’t wear a white t-shirt because the colour wouldn’t show on Television.
Poor Tim didn’t have an extra shirt so the producer gave the brown sweater off his back to the activist.
The producer told me that he was busy so I could sit in the producer’s chair! I said- No problem! Now? Listen to me Staff??? When Charles LeBlanc phones in? Tell him that we will get back to him but we won’t!!! Hiiii Lord!!!!!
We had a good chuckle and I guess that will be the end of the Hiiii Lord story!
I was going to confront the Premier himself on this issue with a good Hiii Lord but why bother? If he wishes to listen to his staff and don’t take calls from me? Then so be it?
Hey???? I am only talking about moi moi moi here!!!

The show went great! I was surprise of the way that Denis Melanson can change his attitude. Before the show? He looked half dead but once the music started and he began to introduce his guest? He changed just like night and day! My God? What an actor? I don’t know how he does it? He should receive an Oscar for that kind of acting???
I predicted 15 calls but he got 13 callers!
The show could have went on for one more hour. No problem whatsoever because people or addicts were calling in telling the audience of their own personal problems with the VLT’S!
Lets not forget one thing? It’s not everyone who has the guts to phone a talk show! The producer said that Tim Smith acted like an expert and they will do a follow up!
We all felt that Tim Smith did a superb job!
One more surprise was right around the corner.
The Producer asked Tim if he wanted to stay in a Motel?
My God? That was awfully nice of the producer to offer him a place to stay?
He stayed at the Silverwood Motel! I gave Tim a little hug and they droved the Protester at the guest house!
I met the guy this morning at Tim Horton’s! DOES THAT SURPRISE YOU???????? TIM HORTON’S TIM HORTON’S TIM HORTON’S! ,,,lol,,, We went to the Rentalsman office and had a very good interesting chat about the issue of the caretaker in my building!
You readers are going to be very surprise of the stories that I’m going to write about during the next few days!
It was 11:15am and the bus was ready to go!
I asked Tim Smith if the Government doesn’t do anything of the issue of the VLT’S? Will he be coming back to the Capital?
He said - That’s a known fact! I’ll be back to continue the fight!
I guess the guy isn’t going nowhere!
I gave the guy a hug! That’s not my style to hug people but I feel a little bond with the Guy!
Minutes later, he was on his way back to Saint John while the sun began to shine!!!
Tim Smith should be congratulated for a job very well done and lets pray that the Lord Government will listen and act on his concerns?
