IS THE TELEGRAPH IRVINGS JOURNAL AFFRAID OF THE BLOGGERS???

I get a kick of the Telegraph Irving Journal. In today's paper? They dedicated their whole editorial section to bloggers. They told the readers that bloggers should get their facts straight!...lol...I believe it's the Irvings who should get their views straight. For a good start? They should allowed Anti-Irving letters in their promotional Newspapers.

THE LORD GOVERNMENT COULD BE DEFEATED BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!

During my six months protest in front of the Legislature. I noticed many close calls between the citizens of the Capital and the vehicles are drives in front of the Legislature in a very fast motion.

On a daily basis, many politicians are crossing this busy street to do business at the Beaverbrook Hotel!

My God? We wouldn't wish the Lord Government to fall because an MLA from the P.C. Party got killed on this street? I wrote a letter to the editor about this issue last summer but nothing was ever done.

A crosswalk is indeed needed on this busy street! Why wait till a politician gets kill before the City takes action?????

TIM'S FINAL DAY IN THE CAPITAL!!!!

I was surprised that so many people didn’t know what *67 stood for?

If you dial *67 before dialing the real number? Your call at the other end will come out as a private number. This is the reason that I used *67 to call Voice of the Province last night.





The day that Tim ended his protest, he walked with me to my little meeting with the Senate.

We decided to go outside of the Beaver Brook Hotel for a smoke and we noticed another Protester with a sandwich sign.

It was Matthew Glenn from the Anglo Society!



Daniel Bussiers < Sargeant At Arms > must have said to himself- My God? I got rid of the clown, the protester and now this???...lol...





That night < Thursday > We walked around the Capital and I might add it was a beautiful evening.

We walked around the Legislature and bumped into a few bureaucrats and MLA’S.

Of course a debate began and I felt bad for the people who were listening to us because when you have two ADHD adults side by side?

Well? The other half must really ready for a quick reprisal because the other person with ADHD will soon take over.

As a joke? I would always tell people in our surrounding - This Guy has got to go!!!

I love to have people listening to me only! He just has to go back to Saint John!..lol..All in fun.

I noticed two MLA’S from the P.C. Party listening to Tim’s stories and one of my ADHD brain came up with an idea.

The second Tim stop breathing, I quickly jumped in and suggested to Claude Williams and Tanker Malley since they’re good P.C. MLA’S < and they are!!! >

They should pay for Timmy’s Motel room. I know these two MLA’S do have a good heart because they always encourage me in my battle.

Especially during my six months protest in front of the Legislature.

They both chipped in for a nice room for Tim Smith.

Hey? Not all P.C. MLA’S are bad….lol..Claude Williams bought us for Supper and we ate inside.

Poor Claude? He had two individual with ADHD in both side so therefore you can just imagine the conversation going on while we were having our little
meals.

I soon found out that Tim made a lot of sense when it came to ADHD!

During the past week, we had many conversations and we soon found out that we had the same way of thinking but the only problem was that while the other
person was talking? The other wasn’t paying attention?
…LOL…

Only the issues that was interesting to both of us that we really paid attention.

But seriously, he came out with some fine example of the way kids should be treated and he also gave his views on Ritalin.

I said to myself? My God? Once he accomplished his goal with the VLT’S? I got to get this guy to be the spokeperson for the 10,000 kids who are force on
Ritalin in New Brunswick!

He sure can come out with some good fancy words!

They dropped me off and Claude drove Tim to the Motel.

After reflecting on the events held during that day?

I found Tim Smith was very intelligent. He didn’t want anything to do with the Ministers of the Lord Government and he let the Liberals enjoy the
attention from the media.

Someone told me - You know what Charles? You know that once the liberals get in power? They won’t touch the issue of VLT’S!

I don’t believe that line at all!

Bernard Lord has shown that he has no sympathy whatsoever with the 49% who voted to have these machines remove.

He could have said - You know what? We are going to move on a few issues for the 49%!
He never did!



Same as my petition, 10,000 people asked the Government to be a study on Ritalin but Bernard Lord said – Sorry but the drugging and killing of our children will continue for at less two more years. < Next election >

Of course these weren’t the exact words but this is what is happening as we speak!

After a good night sleep at the Motel, I met Tim at Tim Horton. Tim at tim??? Sounds good…lol and we spent the whole day walking around.

Thank God the protest was over because of his weak body? Tim took a nasty cold.

Take a close look at the cold weather outside? He would have a certain death!




This is one good thing about having ADHD? Once you get hold of an issue? Just like a pit bull grabbing a tree root?

You won’t let go and I know for a fact that he would have died for his cause.

He walked into the Liberal building on Brunswick Street and joined the Party.

He wanted to go inside the Legislature to thank everyone inside but he was told that he wasn’t allowed inside.



He was only allowed in the gallery. He wasn’t too impressed with this situation but I will leave that issue to Tim Smith.

At 5:40pm he jumped into the bus to Saint John. Before entering, we gave each other a little hug! < I am not the huggy type > and before he walked inside?

I shouted- Good Job Tim!!!

Afterwards, he was on his way to Saint John for a nice reunion with his daughter.

Yes, he’s gone and I don’t believe that the Government have heard the last of Tim Smith.

He’s very determining in his cause and he will continue the fight against these VLT’S!

Tim Smith should be congratulated for a job very well done!

Yes! Maybe we tapped on each other nerves during the days in front of the Legislature but we both knew that we had a good cause to fight for!

MESSAGE FROM TIM SMITH!!!

The true sad fact is that we vote these people into office to look after OUR best interests and then when things go wrong they become so numb or stupified they need to look elsewhere for answers because all the education they have received seems not to be enough for them to make an educated decision on behalf of the people who have put the there in the first place.

Mr.Lord's answer that decisions are not based on compassion or emotion but rather on science and data would be a response only he could give.

But to any person with a beating heart and half a brain would agree with the latter, You don't need science and data to see that VLT's kill and are very destructive to individuals and society, Families that have lost loved ones to this or total loss of the ability to function within their communities after falling victim to these machines strongly believe that emotion plays a significant part in how they cope with this problem and I for one don't need scientific data to prove that point.

In my opinion Mr.Lord is a cold blooded individual who needs a large amount of counseling in the ability to work with the people of this province on a personal level and try to get past his ability to only see us as piggy banks for his own personal enjoyment to gain revenues through total exploitation of addictive personalities and obsessive compulsive disorder, I'm sure I could go much further than this and I will in the near future.

ONCE AGAIN CHARLES APPEARED IN FRONT OF THE SENATE!!!!

It’s cold outside so therefore I’m going to reflect what has happen during the last 24 hours.

Lets go back to Wednesday morning.

Tim was standing in front of the Legislature and he told me that he will
meet with the Liberals in the afternoon.



He also added to blog the story and send it out to the public.

I did what he told me and afterwards a scrum of reporters showed up to asked if it was true that the protest was over?

I found this funny because hours earlier? I was asked by some media personnel- When Tim Smith is going to end his protest???

I answered- Hey? You have to wait till my blog comes out!!..lol..

One reporter told me that he lately visited my blog because of the issue of Tim
Smith.

Hey? That’s one thing about this blog. You will never know what the heck I’m about to write about.

You never know what the reader’s comments are going to be about?

I believe it’s great that we can have a location to debate issues in a democratic system.

I told Tim that I had to leave him alone for a while because I had to concentrate on my little speech to the senate who’s going to do a study on mental illness.

I showed up at the Beaverbrook Hotel and I noticed a woman crying during her presentation.

You see as the time I showed up in front of the Senate in Moncton a few weeks ago.

I only had 4 minutes to make my presentation. I was surprised to see Senator Marilyn Threnholme Counsell present.

My God? She’s a busy individual as a Senator and that’s a good thing.

Anyway? Just minutes before I began to speak?

I was approached by a young beautiful girl and she told me that the Senators
won’t be asking any questions after my four minutes presentation.

Of course, I was all confuse because in Moncton they had the chance to asked me questions for four minutes.

Of course this would give me the apportunately to add some more comments about the issue of Ritalin.

The girl knew that I was upset and quickly walked to the Chairperson and
whispered to his ear.

She must have said - We got a problem here. That guy looks like a nut!!!!

My name was called and I quickly told the Senators that I wish to go on record telling the Senators that this is a study on mental illness?

Do you people believe that because I have ADHD? I don’t the intelligent to answer any questions after my presentation?

I reminded Senator Marilyn Threnholme Counsell that once again I have to give a four minutes presentation in a very fast manner.

I said – Ok here we go!!! Here’s the facts that I gave to the Senate!

1- I found out that I had ADHD six years ago.


2-I wrote a column in the Reader Telegraph Journal Afterwards I received 40 phone calls from parents crying on the phone of the way their kids are treated
in the school system in New Brunswick.


3-I have no kids! Thank God for that but I’ll fight tooth and nail for those poor kids!

4- I confronted Bernard Lord as leader. He told me there was a major problem with Ritalin. Once elected Premier? He told me that there wasn’t a problem with
Ritalin!

5- This is a fax that was sent to the office of those Racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. These were orders from the Irvings of the
way that people with ADHD should be treated--

When Mr.LeBlanc was interviewed by Gulf Operators he informed us he had ADHD and was taking Ritalin there were medical limitations placed on Mr.LeBlanc. We accommodated Mr.LeBlanc disability by ensuring that he was given jobs and duties that complied with his medical limitations.

6- Limited as Adults??? Why are we giving our children Ritalin?

7- Human Rights agreed with the Irvings that adults with ADHD are close to mental Retardation! Our human rights Commission are a big farce! Any Commission that
supports discrimination should be eliminated!

8-In 2002 I went on a hunger strike for 12 days in front of the Legislature.

9- In 2003, I went on a six months protest and collected 10,000 signatures.

10- I heard during the protest

11- kids committing suicide because they can’t cope!

12-Kids with ADHD are labeled.

13-These kids can’t lean with inclusion. Autism, MS and ADHD don’t mixed!

14-They are called stupid and idiots!

15- As adult this is true by the orders of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!

16-They go on higher drugs and become the outcast of society!

17-These kids are super intelligent. Bill Gates, Vince McMahon < he was on 60 minutes telling the audience that he has ADHD > only a ADHD individual could come out with the sopa opera that come out with the WWE! Bill Clinton has ADHD because he never shuts up and they pay him Millions. I also reminded that our politicians in Fredericton and Ottawa could use some Ritalin of the manner they act in the House.

18-It’s cheaper to drug our kids in New Brunswick than to treat them with dignity!

19 -A class of 22 parents from social assistance. All the kids were on Ritalin.


I knew that my time was almost up so therefore I had to think of something fast so I could continue my little presentation.

In Moncton, the translators were located behind me. This time around the two young
gilrs translators were located behind the Chairperson.

I noticed that they were laughing their head off while they were translating.

The reason they found this funny was because they had to translate in a very quick manner. I might add that it was very difficult especially with my French accent…lol..

Earlier, I was telling the Senators that kids with true ADHD are easily distracted with all the noise in the classrooms!

This act bought me back in time when kids were laughing at me.

Hey? Laugh behind my back and not right in front of me especially when I have to give a four minutes presentation.

I quickly stop and said - HEY??? WHY ARE THOSE GIRLS LAUGHING AT ME???

Well? Trust me? The translation quickly came to an abrupt end with their mouth wild open and a scary look on their face.

I continue- You see? This is what I’m talking about being easily distracted!!!

The Chairperson quickly told me that it was ok and they won’t be laughing any
more.

Well? This gave me an extra 3 minutes so I continued with my little presentation.


20- Double Blind Study!!!! Cost too much money!!! $1,400!!!

21 Ritalin is a problem across Canada and politicians must addressed this issue! The drugging and killing of our children must come to a stop in New Brunswick!!!

Tim was in the small audience and he was certain that I was going to lose my cool but I didn’t.

I chatted with a few people afterwards and they were not amused of some statements that I came out especially the part of those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission!

I told them that these people held a meeting behind close door to discuss the issue of Adults with ADHD and they came out with a verdict that adults with ADHD are consider close to mental retardation!

Only in New Brunswick that we will have a Human Rights Commission that would come out with such a verdict!

I might add that I went to meet the translators and apologize to them. I couldn't blame them for laughing because it was indeed funny!

Today’s kids in New Brunswick who are forced on Ritalin are doom as adults because of those racists members of the Commission!

Speaking of those paid Irving employees? They are going to make a presentation on May 18th and I will be there to let the people in the hall know exactly what they are!!!!

I believe that I did add to my presentation- A Human Rights Commission who
promotes and support Racism? That Commission must be eliminated!

I heard Bernard Lord was going to be the guest on the talk Show- Voice of the Province.

I told some people that I will not bother to call because it’s a waste of time to discuss the issue of Ritalin with this Premier.




At the very last minute, I decided to call the talk show.

The talk began at 8:00pm and I called around 8:03pm.

The phone ran and ran until it stopped ringing. I tried again and I got the viewers talk response line.

I once again hung up and tried a different approach by dialing *67 before calling 1-866-414-3628.

I waited for three rings and someone from the staff at Rogers answered - Hello! Welcome to Voice of the Province.

You should have heard the tune of his voice once he heard my voice???….lol

Ohhh Charles???

I quickly said - What’s the matter? You guys don’t take my calls anymore? …lol….

He told me that he will return my call at ……

I told my friend there’s no way in the world they’re going to phone me back! Callers came and went and I was rolling some smokes. I might add that there weren’t too many praising calls for the Premier.

I wasn’t upset but a little confuse.

I said - Are they that stupid not to call me back??? Don’t they know that I’m going to blog this story????

You mean that we have a Premier that will deny the right to a caller to asked questions?



I mean…I’m not a bad guy! Once people hear my voice on the streets? < Big Ego > They will always give me good comments of the way I act on these talk shows.

THERE'S A 99% CHANCE THAT TIM SMITH PROTEST WILL END THIS AFTERNOON!!

Tim is meeting with the Liberals this afternoon to discuss the issue of VLT'S.

He knows that the Ministers of the Lord Government won't come out and chat with him so he's taking a different appraoch!

The odds are 99% certain that after his meeting that the protest will be officially over!

Thank God for that because he's truly a nice guy and a great shokeperson for the addicts of this province!!!!

THE SENATE HEARINGS ON MENTAL ILLNESS IS TODAY AND TIM IS WEAK!!!

My God? I sure wish that the Irvings newspapers would get their facts right once they print a story.

During the weekend, they told the readers the Senate Committee on mental illness would be in the Capital on Monday.



I went there and there was no meeting. I went over the BeaverBrook Hotel yesterday and still no appointed politicians around.




I walked into the head office and I was told the meeting is set for today at the Beaverbook Hotel and I’ll be there.



The Senate must understand of the matter the Lord Government and the New Brunswick Human Rights are treating people with mental illness!

I will be direct and straight forward.

But will I accomplish anything? Of course not but I will let it known also that New Brunswickers didn’t know that the Senate to study the Irving’s monopoly wasn’t in the papers so therefore New Brunswickers didn’t know where to go.

Last evening, Tim Smith and I went for a nice walk in the City of Fredericton. We even bought my dog Chico along for the nice evening stroll!



We walked at the bridge and I said it in the past and I will say it again.



The Capital is the place to be in the spring, summer and fall! I love to watch the sunset from the bridge the Legislature with the sunset in the background.



I will never return to Saint John to stay. It’s not safe! Of course the outskirts of the City is beautiful but the Irving pollution are killing its citizens.

Tim might end his protest this week but this will be decided today when he meets the Liberals to discuss his issues.

Yesterday, Jeannoit Volpe < Minister of Finance > was speaking to a group of reporters and of course I was standing near by.

I can’t asked questions to the Minister.

As a blogger, I have to be accepted by the Irving’s media! Of course this will never happen. I wonder why???...lol

I waited till he was done and confronted the Minister of the reason he didn’t go outside and chat with Tim Smith?

I told him that he could do this alone and just chat with the guy of his concerns.

He promised me that he would but he never showed up!



My God??? Why don’t the Lord Ministers go out and chat with the protester? The question is why?

Frank McKenna as Premier would have come in and asked Tim - Ok Tim? What’s the problem?

Where’s Bernard Lord in all this?



The whole Province are watching Tim Smith but the Lord Government don’t seem to care.

Oh…I heard that the clown with the red nose was served papers that he wasn’t allowed on the ground of the Legislature. I wonder what happened there? Stay tune!!!

A PROFILE ON JOHN DUNSWORTH < MR. LAHEY >

John Dunsworth (Mr. Lahey) was born in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, not far from the sea where he now spends most of his time on his yacht when he's not working.

John is one of Halifax's most venerable and revered actors. He has appeared in countless CBC radio dramas and has held leading roles in over 25 Neptune Theatre productions. In 1970, long before the days of waterfront renewal, John convinced the city of Halifax to lease to him a run-down old building by the shipyards which he turned into Pier One Theatre – Halifax's first and arguably its most successful alternative theatre company.

John first met Mike Clattenburg in the mid-1990s when he auditioned for a small role in Mike's short, One Last Shot. Halfway through shooting, John's small role blossomed into a leading part – a part that garnered him a Best Performance award from the Atlantic Film Festival. From there, John developed that role into the character Jim Lahey, the trailer park supervisor on the series Trailer Park Boys.

John’s recent film credits include principle roles in Sleepmurder for CTV, Blessing for CBS, Shattered City: Halifax Explosion for Salter Street Films and Thom Fitzgerald’s Indie film Three Needles.

John is an avid bridge player, holding master points. He also holds, until somebody proves otherwise, the Internet Scrabble record for having three 7-letter words in a row. Around town, John is easy to spot. He drives an old truck with a thousand pound winch that he uses for hauling granite. In 1987, John founded Filmworks Casting where he worked as Halifax's most successful casting director. Prior to that, John worked in the transportation industry. To be precise, he drove a cab for three years and worked the CNR trains from Halifax and Sydney.

HOW COME THE IRVINGS NEWSPAPERS CAN'T GET THE DATE RIGHT???

This is the reason that I was all confuse! The Irving newspaper had the date Monday May 11th and the hearings are set for May 13th!!! Suits me right to trust the Irvings!!!


Senate committee to visit capital

OTTAWA - A Senate committee studying mental health issues will be in Fredericton next week for public hearings.

The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology will hold a day-long session at the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel on May 11.

Members of the public can register throughout the day to participate in an open forum tentatively scheduled for around 4 p.m. The Senate committee is compiling a final report on mental health, mental illness and addiction in Canada. The committee is currently gathering reaction to the options it outlined in three interim reports released last fall.

JOHN DUNSWORTH FROM THE TRAILER PARK BOYS MEETS TIM SMITH!!!

I was chatting with Tim Smith and a reporter came over to tell him that he heard a rumour that John Dunsworth from the Television hit show - Trailer Park Boys was coming over from Nova Scotia to meet the VLT Protester.




I don’t know where I was going but I walked passed the Departmental Building and I noticed this guy wearing a baseball hat - GAME OVER VLTS.VOM!

I recognized the guy and it was indeed John Dunsworth from the Trailer Park Boys!

He told me that I was sharp to recognize him and asked – Where can I find a Tim Smith???

I told the guy to stay put. I walked in the media building because I promise Andy Campbell that I would let him know if the actor showed up!

Once inside, Bob the Commissionaire stopped me in my tracks and I shouted - Tell Andy Campbell that Charles wants him right now!!!!

He quickly came and I told him that John was outside.

I left the building and he was still there. I walked with him until he met Tim face to face.

Tim told me that he was a great fan of the trailer Park Boys so therefore you should have seen the look on Tim’s face once he saw John Dunsworth.

Tim had tears of joy in his face. It was a very emotional time for this good hearted protester.

Myself, I was surprised of the way the media quickly left the building just like a bunch of Vultures attacking its prey!

But this is good!

John Dunsworth < just like the professional that he is! > began to preach against the VLT’S!

He told Tim that media coverage is very important and he congratulated all the media personal for their fine work!

Tim told the actor that he spreads his message through my blog!

He quickly looked at me and said –Good work!

There was also a girl present with him and her name was Sandy MacKinnon.

I guess she’s a good friend of Mr.Dunsworth.

After the media left, they had a good private chat and John asked Tim to consider ending the protest.

We need you alive he says? Tim told the actor that he will consider his suggestion to end his protest.

The actor suggested that Tim goes home and to rally the troops against the VLT’S. It’s working in Nova Scotia so why not in New Brunswick?

I told the actor that people are not here in numbers.

John quickly answered - They are too ashamed!!!

So true! Hey? I asked the guy for a spare hat that he was wearing against the VLT’S and he gave me the hat he was wearing and autograph it! He did the same action for Tim!

His Friend Sandy asked me- Excuse me? But are you the Charles that phones Melanson Live?

Now I felt like a movie star!!!..lol…She told me that she really enjoys the show when I call!!!

I told her- You mean you didn’t shut the volume off once my voice comes on the air? She said -That me and Dennis make a great team!!..lol

All kinds of movie stars on the front lawn of the Legislature!!...lol

After he left and the media was gone. Tim had a huge smile on his face of what has just happened!

I’m upset with myself that I didn’t have a camera. I just told Tim this morning? I wish that someone would gear me up with a camera and equipment that I could just take a picture and put it on the blogsite!

A photographer arrived on the scene and he was disappointed that he missed the whole episode.

The funny part is that just last week? I asked the guy if there was any way to contact the guy if I saw some news? He ignored me last week but today he gave me his card!..lol…

Anyway Tim is very very very happy with this support and he feels much better now!

I saw a couple of Minister this morning asking them to speak to Tim but they just continues with their walk!

SOMETIME TODAY??? MY BLOG SITE WILL HIT 10,000 VISITORS!!!

Yesterday was a very quiet day so therefore there’s not much to write about but a few minutes ago, I came out with an issue!

Before I begin to write on that subject? I wish to say that Tim is ok but he sure could use a place to stay.

It’s no easy task to live in the Shelter!!!


Today will be exactly one week ago that he began his protest and he hasn’t eaten any food for a whole week!

How much longer can he go? Will the Lord Government go down in history to be remembered that they ignored a certain protester in front of the Legislature. Stay tune!




Ok….Going back to the issue in hand. Sometime today someone is going to be the 10,000 visitors to my web site!!!!

I would have never believed that I would hit that amount of visitors in such a short period.

I sure came a long way from writing letters to the Editor. I would be proud to have a letter printed in the papers. I just love to share my views with the readers on certain issues.

I started this a long time ago with the paper L’Evangeline.




During the Frigate program? I was really out of control with my letters. I wrote 500 letters printed in the Irving’s newspapers.

Someone told me that I should have a computer? I bought one and I quickly learned that it’s much easier to write hitting a keyboard than with a pen and paper.




After the frigate program, I would collect emails and added them to my list! I would write a letter and send them to everyone on my list!

If I received some comments, I would add them to my next email! It’s funny how the email system works. If I just meet a girl and asked her for her phone number?

She would quickly answer- Excuse me? But with an email? It’s no problem! I wonder why?

Then the Irvings moved in and quickly ordered the papers not to print my letters to the editor.



During my protest, I would collect names and of course I had many long time readers on my list!

Since the Irving’s media went by the orders of the Irvings to not cover my protest?




It was very difficult to spread the word of what was going on the front lawn of the Legislature.

After the protest ended? I wrote my book about the protest and 4 months later, I asked the Government for work and I was told that they were going by the decision of those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that I wasn’t able to work!

By the way? I’m appearing in front of the Senate this afternoon on this issue and those racist members are going to received a blast from me.

Last summer, I would walked around the City and I noticed there were many protesters setting up tents in the area. I would run at the Library and write my views on these issues and send them to everyone on my list.



Mind you, there’s many people on my list who never asked me to be on. Many were upset they received my views in their computers.

It was so bad? I got cut off from the information Highway. Let me see if I can find that old update in my files? I found it!!! Her it is

Yes, it finally happen!!! The Government have

It all began yesterday morning when a bureaucrat
told me that he hasn’t received an email from me in

Minutes later, another bureaucrat asked me the
same question?
I was half asleep until it came to me. Did the

You mean??? They finally found a way to shut me

I quickly walked into Bernard Richard office and
asked him if he have been receiving any updates from
me?
He told me that he was surprised because he
hasn’t seen anything from me in days!!!
Well? I told Bernard Richard to phone the Premier
and tell him - Listen? I have 9 years left on my term
as the Ombudsman and you’re not paying me enough money
so I can listen to Charles’s mouth every single day!
…lol…
You see? As an MLA Bernard Richard have been on
my list for the last 4 years and now it’s over!!!!
Someone from the Premier office began asking me
questions about the protesters on the front lawn of
the Legislature. I told the bureaucrats- It’s too bad
that I’m blocked because he would know every details
of the protest!
Who cut me off? That’s the question?
Is this the way that Bernard Lord wants our new Democracy to
work??? They always tell the people to email them with
their concern and now this???
Someone suggested that I make copies of my
updates and hang them out to the Bureaucrats around
the Capital???
It’s bad enough that every building are security
lock but now this!!!
What’s wrong with this picture???
In my updates, I never swore or use bad names! I
just speak the truth! Maybe the Human Rights
Commission played a roll in this???
Just last evening, I heard that a kid who was
taking Ritalin was losing his eyesight!
What do I do now?
Called the Premier’s office to tell them the
stories????
I met Bernard Lord this past Sunday and I told
him that I was going to send him some information. He
didn’t receive my info because I have been cut off
from the Government.
You see? I had my 15 minutes of fame during my
protest. I collected 10,000 signatures asking the
Government to study the issue of Ritalin.
Three months after the protest, Elvy Robichaud
told the media that a study of the dangerous drug
Ritalin is totally out of the Question!
So what Am I suppose to do???
Continue the protest in a tent? Of course not! My
protesting days in a tent are long gone and over!
I used the information Highway to spread my
message. If I had a job from 8 to 5? I would be too
busy to write these crazy updates!
So? I’m officially cut off from the Government
and I might add that the Editor of the Gleaner
couldn’t receive my letter yesterday morning!
I changed server and he got it! Could it be that
the Irvings and the Government blocked me off???
It’s bad enough that the Irvings have ordered my
letters to come to a stop in the Telegraph Journal and
lets not forget the Melenson Live issue!
The show that I appeared as a guest in October
was chosen to be the best of the top ten shows of the
year.
It played on prime time on a Sunday evening but
someone I guess it would be the Bureaucrats or the
Irvings called Rogers and complain.
At the end, Rogers yank the show off the list! Am
I paranoid? Of course not!
This morning, I had an interview with the Daily
Gleaner and L’Acadie Nouvelle about this issue and
lets see what’s going to happen!
I should be unblocked by the Government because
it’s my freedom of speech!
Lets face fact here! Would they rather hear my
voice or just delete me! One bureaucrat asked me if I
could get someone else to send him my emails?
I could just change my email address but I won’t!
I can’t wait to see these bureaucrats or politicians
on the many talk shows in this Province this fall!
I’ll definitely have some fun with this one! I’m
not a bad person but I wish to have my freedom of speech return to me!!!!


Well? That was last summer and at the end, I confronted the Government and told them I will come to their office on a daily routine.

They are going to have to listen to me for half hour every day on the issue of Ritalin.

They had a frighten look on their face and said- EVERY DAY???

I reminded them that they find it easier to delete my email than to listen to me every day in person.

Guess what? They unblocked me pretty quickly!

A few months ago, someone approached me and asked me if I WOULD LIKE TO BE A BLOGGER?

At first, I wasn’t interested. The guy was WCIE!

Well? We started the blog and it so funny how far we came with this blog.

At first, we put all my long winded column in the blog.

Than people were complaining that it was to long.

We cut them down to a read more system. We add some pictures. Than we walked around with a camera in tow taking pictures.

Than more people noticed the blog from the information Highway!

Yes, I sure came a long way from sending my updates to everyone on my list!

Today my blog site will hit 10,000 visitors and I believe this is a good thing.

Of course, it would be nice for the Irving’s papers to cover this story but it will never happen because of the Irving’s orders to ignore me at any cost but that’s ok!

MY UNCLE AL IS OK!!!

I have just learn that he's ok and thanks for the many fine words of need during this difficult periode. Once again, Thank you very much for the many prayers.

IDENTICAL SUICIDES, TWO SEPARATE PROVINCE, SAME ADDICTION!!!!

Here is a fine example of the problems with VLT addiction.

I met a gentleman who's name is Harvey he’s from NFLD.

Sadly, his brother committed suicide in 1998 he left his family a note.

He then took his truck and a can of gas into the woods and set himself on fire.

He has left behind 2 daughters who at the time were ages 8yrs-10yrs old.

To date he wants very badly to confront his government on this issue but he has no choice but to continue to suffer in silence as his constant battle with this decision is a hard one because in 1998 the family had decided to tell his children that their father's death was an accident.

When he realized who I was he told me this story because his brother was my age (41) when he died he also had a photocopy of the story about the Halifax man who set himself on fire in his car tucked in his pocket.

He said he could not believe he had to see a suicide in this way twice in 7 years!!!

The despricey to escape this addiction must be insanely psychotic.

He told me that he believed it was fate to meet me < A VLT activist > and tell me his story.

He wished me luck on trying to get my government to understand that life is more than exploitation of the weak for revenue.

I asked him if he would like to come to the legislature with me tomorrow to talk to the press?

He could not give me an answer but he would think about it.

BERNARD LORD TO TIM SMITH- GO HOME TO YOUR FAMILY???

It’s early in the morning and I’m going to have a very busy day.

Of course I have to appear in front of the Senate for mental health issues.

What I do find funny about this issue is that I heard about the Senate Committee in the Irving’s paper so once the Senate to study the Irving monopoly came to New Brunswick? We never seen nothing about this issue! I wonder why? You tell me?



Boy? They’re going to received a mouth full from this ADHD activist of the way those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights commission dictated to the Government how adults taking Ritalin should be treated in New Brunswick.


Also the way the Bernard Lord Government are drugging and killing our children in this Province. As I told Elvy Robichaud last week?



There’s many kids who are forced on Ritalin and later on in life? They commit suicide. Don’t seem to be fair in this Province that kids should be force on Drugs!

Tim Smith is ok! He picked up his stuff over my place this morning and continued on his trek to the Legislature.



The life of a protester isn’t an easy ride. He told me that Saturday evening, they was no heat in the shelter and it was cold.




Tonight will be exactly one week that he never eaten no food!

Where’s Mr.Volpe anyway? He told the media that he would meet with Mr.Smith to discuss his concerns but he never did!



Tim Smith is the perfect and best spokeperson with the addicts of VLT’S in this Province and he’s doing a fine job!

Many thanks goes out to the people who wishes my Uncle well today. He’s going to be operated on at noon and lets pray that everything will be fine.




My God? Thank God that my favorite Priest was around to give me some encouragement.

I said it before and I will say it again!

He’s the closest thing that we will ever see as a Saint in this area. The life of a Priest isn’t an easy one and he can have his job.




It’s cold here in the Capital and lets pray that Tim’s body can take it!

He hasn’t eaten so I am definitely worried about his health!

IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASKS???

It’s raining outside and it’s cold. I don’t really feel like writing but I feel that I must write on an issue that I am really close to.

Remember when I went down to Memramcook a few weeks ago?

I stayed over my Uncle Al place. He’s the father that I never had. He got me a job at the Shipyard in the early eighties and I made good money.




It’s funny that in today’s world? I got no money compared to the shipyard days? I might add that I’m not the only former shipyard worker who is in this position.

He’s the one who approached me about ADHD!

If it wasn’t for him, I would have never have known about ADHD and Ritalin.

While in his home in Mermamcook? He explained to me that once the body gets older? Many parts lets go.

He gave me a nice watch and told me to keep it!

Afterwards, we went for a drive and he stop at the Cemetery in Memramcook East proudly showed me his tombstone.

It was the larger one in the whole cemetery. I never really paid close attention to his message until I got to Fredericton? I began to rethink all the messages he told me.

I phoned my female cousin and told her that I believe that he’s telling me that he’s dying?????

We were both concern but try to ignore the sad news.

All this change last Friday when I received a email from my cousin telling me that they just raced my Uncle to the Hospital in Saint John.

He was supposed to have an operation on Monday morning. I guess because of the cutbacks of the Lord Government?

They couldn’t keep my uncle in the hospital until his plan operation on Monday! I’m going to get to the bottom of this one? I will have a chat with the Health
Minister Elvy Robichaud.

A person has to love it living in the Capital because you can see those
politicians and bureaucrats face to face on different issue.

I phoned my uncle last night and my aunt bought the phone to his couch.

I knew something wasn’t right because my uncle is very hyper and usually he jumps up and take the phone but not in this case.

I began talking and I don’t know what came over me?

I began to break down and cry! Moi? Cry? Come on now! I told my Uncle that I love him and hung up the phone.

My God? I was in bad shape! Trust me on this one! We don’t used the word LOVE too often. It’s not our style but if someone in the family needs help?

Just as a soldier in the Army, we will step forward without a moment notice.

It’s funny because every time I hear someone telling me they lost a love one who died at the age of 72?

I would always say - Hey? They're off to a better place and we will never reach that age?

I didn’t have that feeling and this was the first time my friends ever saw me break down!

They made certain that I wasn’t left alone and I really appreciate them for comforting me at a time of need.

My Priest picked me up for Church and he knew that something wasn’t right because I broke down again.

I went to Church at 10:00am and after the Messe? I asked the Priest if he would phone my Aunt and Uncle in Saint john in which he did!

This was very nice of the Priest.

My relatives knows this Priest because he practiced in Memramcook for many years!

Afterwards, I felt very good about my Uncle and I’m certain that they had the same feelings in Saint John!

I thanked the Priest very very very much for his fine actions in a time of need!

I felt so good about this issue that I went to a Church Service again at 12:00pm!

Two Church services in one day???? This is truly a new one for this Protester!!!

By now? You must asks yourself - Why is Charlie writing about his personal family matters?

Well? I believe that it’s not a bad thing to ask you to pray for my Uncle who’s going to be operated on in the morning.

Please pray that my Uncle will be ok!

Once again, the cops were called over my place last night and things are really getting out of control. I will write much more on this issue once

Tim is doing well for a guy who hasn’t eaten a meal in five days!!!!

Last night he slept at the shelter. This morning he came over my place at 9:00am.

Tim saw a lot of actions or stunts happening around the Legislature.

I reminded him that he only been in this area since Tuesday? Try to stay in a tent for 6 months? My God?

While chatting with Tim, I told him to turn around and take a look what was coming around the corner?

It was a guy with a huge carved wooden pole with the Canadian flag flying with great pride.

I shouted at the guy to come over and explain to us what he was all about?

I guess he began with trek from Newfoundland, he’s on a Walk In Faith.

He going across Canada and stops where the Lord tells him to go.

Once in a certain City, he walks all around with pamphlets explaining his work.

He’s a determine fellow.

But I do have a concern with this guy!!! God told him that he next stop is QUEBEC CITY!!! Can you imagine walking around that City with a huge Canadian Flag on top of a poll and he cannot speak Le Francais!!!!…lol

I wish him the very best of luck but I did gave the guy my email address so stay tune!!!

After he left the premises, the security Staff at the Legislature asked me - Hey? What was that guy all about?

You see, there are cameras all over the place and the security staff always zooms in on people walking by the Legislature for security reasons.

Ok..On another issue?

Two Families and their children made a stopover at the Legislature form the
hub City of Moncton.

They stop and asked Tim what was his protest all about? After they heard Tim’s story in the media < He sure receieved more media coverage than me. That’s for
sure >..lol


PIC- During my protest? I would be looking in the windows reminded the Irving media that I was protesting in a tent! It took them 50 days to cover my protest!!




They told Tim – There are a lot of people supporting you Mr.Smith and during the last Provincial election?

We voted Tories but because of the ignorance of the Lord Government on this issue! We will never vote P.C. again!

Another family stopped by and said- You know something Tim? If something happens to you that you get sick or die because of this protest?

Bernard Lord will be forever known of the Premier who ignored the issue of exploitation for Government revenues.

The economy could be in full swing but New Brunswickers will never forget the time when the protester in front of the Legislature landed in the Hospital!

Tim told me that Elvy Robichaud walked by Friday afternoon. Tim TOLD THE Health Minister- To tell Minister Volpe that we are collecting every penny as Volpe suggested the Government needs it!!!



Elvy just answered- Have a good weekend!!! He quickly jumped in his fancy vehicle and left the Legislature.

You would believe that someone from the Government would have offered Tim Smith some encouraging news but it never happened!

So the Senate on Mental Health will in Fredericton on Monday? I will be there with my concerns and I’m certain that I will once again have my 4 minutes
chance to speak!

I am going to tell this Committee a lot of my personal issues and the matter the Lord Government are drugging and Killing our Children in New Brunswick!

We walked into the Farmers’ Market this morning and ran into a few people.

Ok….What else happened???

Oh??? Abel LeBlanc < Liberal MLA> came out from the Legislature yesterday with bottles of water and Orange Juice for Tim Smith.

You know what? I said it in the past and I will say it again!

Someone who has been around the Capital for over 30 years told me this little fact-

A Liberal is a nice person while in opposition. Once in power, a Liberal is still a nice person.

A P.C. is an ignorant person in opposition. Once a P.C. gets in power? They’re more ignorant!

You know what? I can’t wait till the next election to find out if this is a true fact?

I just wish that someone would offer a place to stay somewhere because he’s really a wonderful guy!

Maybe sometime he talks a lot to explain his views? < I am a fine one to talk??? > lol…but he is a nice guy.

If he would have been allowed to pitch a tent on the front lawn? We would have set him up with a part time home but the Sergeant At Arms told me that I was
truly the last of the true Protesters!

There will be no tents on the front lawn ever again!

So you can say that I am part of history!!!

Yes, if I continue the path that I’m heading? I could be soon part of history. I got to watch myself when I walked on the side of the road and see those
Irving’s trucks heading towards me? ..LOL…

On another history note?

I believe it is an absolute shame as people told Tim history was made when he was able to have a meeting with four working Ministers which reflected the importance of his concern on the issue of Video Lottery Terminals and the destruction they cause in
society.

But once again Mr.Lord has managed to do nothing in good faith as he has proven once again that his word means Nothing!!

Senate committee to visit capital

OTTAWA - A Senate committee studying mental health issues will be in Fredericton next week for public hearings.

The Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science and Technology will hold a day-long session at the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel on May 11.

Members of the public can register throughout the day to participate in an open forum tentatively scheduled for around 4 p.m. The Senate committee is compiling a final report on mental health, mental illness and addiction in Canada. The committee is currently gathering reaction to the options it outlined in three interim reports released last fall.

This final round of consultations began in February in Toronto, and the committee is scheduled to hear from people in every province and territory.

It sure was nice of Stuart Jamieson < Liberal MLA > to put the protester in a motel for three evenings.

He’s a very nice guy! He don’t drink alcohol and take drugs! He’s very clean and he wouldn’t hurt anyone.

Abel LeBlanc < Liberal MLA > came over and bought some juice and water to Tim this morning.

He has to drink a lot of Juice.

I encourage Tim to wear his sign at the Farmer’s Market in the morning.

He could put his bucket near him and people would drop by pennies in his bucket!

I’m going to go with him and see what will be the reaction from the public?

I had some fun in that location when I was protesting! Lots of snobby citizens in the Capital!!..lol
