I guess there's a body inside. I pray that it's not another young person who took their life away? I guess the tragic accident happened near the Church at Beaumont!!!

The crap on the water is oil probably pumped out of the bilge in the ship in the picture. Courtney Bay is subjected to these assaults by Irving oil exports every day of the week. Not a pretty sight! The crap was being sucked into that pipe by the way, not coming out of it



Money in! Fuel out! Crap left in the Bay.

Perhaps Irving should pay the Province's 1/3 share of harbour cleanup! Even with all the sewerage treated, Irving or his Customer's ships will still be doing this to the harbour!

STEVEN HARPER - CHARLES COMES FACE TO FACE WITH STEVEN HARPER!!!!!

Last Friday, I decided to attend a little gathering of the Federal P.C. Party.



Once there, I noticed many people do read this blog.

The leader Steven Harper arrived and gave a little speech.


I had my camera in tow so I could have a picture taken with the maybe next Prime Minister of Canada.

I believe he was going to walked around among the people but it never happen because everyone gathered in a line up to meet with Mr. Harper.

A few people from the Provincial wing reminded me to behave.

I told the workers that I always behave.

The only instance I really lost it was at the public meeting held by Jeannoit Volpe in the Capital.



The appointed bureaucrat told me that I only had three minutes to speak and I totally lost it and I ended up speaking for over 10 minutes.

The Lord Government began this new style during their mandate.

They will only allowed 2 minutes for a person to asked their question and that’s it!

They followed the same procedure at their General meeting in Fredericton. Many members weren’t impress at all!

Opppsss going back to Steven Harper?

People were lined up telling him of their own little problems.

I quickly grabbed his attention by saying Bonjour Monsieur Harper!

He spoke French and I told him that I was from Memramcook. He didn’t know where Memramcook was located.

I explain to him that it was near Moncton.

I told the Leader, I protested in a tent for six months against the use of Ritalin.

He didn’t know anything about the protest but that was ok!

I speak Acadian French. Le chiac!!! You know - eva allae au store me chercher un packait de smoke!!!..lol…

So I quickly change the conversation into English!

When you come face to face with these elected officials, you have to move fast because there’s a line up of people waiting in line to meet the popular leader.

I went on right to the issue in hand.

I noticed that he had two young workers and one had a microphone in hand tapping every word that was being discuss with the leader.

I asked him if he knew of Dilaudid?

He quickly told me that it was a Provincial issue.

I reminded the Leader where he’s from out west?

Crystale Meth is the drug of choice.

Ontario and Quebec is mostly Cocaine and here in this Province is Prescription drug!



The Provincial Government has only set aside 1.2 Million dollars towards methadone clinics but we need more money!

Our future generations are at risk!



Steven Harper made the biggest mistake of his entire life!!!!

He gave me his card with his email! My God? Another victim!!!...lol….

He allowed me to have his picture taken with me and I didn’t find him a bad fellow.

But I also know for a true fact that once a person is in the opposition? They can promise you the world!

This is the reason that I’m trying to set up a meeting with Andy Scott but I find this a very difficult task!

I also approach Aaron Kennedy from Paul Zed office.



I will admit that every instance I come across Andy? He always give me the time to hear my concerns.



I did chat with for a few minutes during the celebrations on Acadian Day and he knew all about this major problem in New Brunswick.

The Federal Government must tackle this problem head on!



I warned Bernard Lord about this issue 5 years ago but they choose to ignore this issue and look at the huge mess we’re in these days?




Afterwards, I noticed one of my favorite P.C. ADHD MLA shouting the numbers of the 50-50 draw. I'm not smilling because I noticed all the people in the are were watching very closely! Look at the people behind us? They must say- What is he going to use that picture for in his blog?..lol



His name is Kirk MacDonald. The reason I say ADHD? He always gives out long speeches in the Legislature.

I must admit that he’s good at time. I will also admit that he gave me an interview over the internet a few months ago.

That was awfully nice of him. I always enjoy debating issues with this MLA!!!

Afterwards, I decided to go home on my ten speed bike.

This was the first time that I was ever in this area and it reminded me of my bike trip across Canada and the U.S.A.! You know? Taking on new sights.

Before I left, I asked someone from the premier office to take a picture of me and Chisholm Pothier. He's the guy marching up the stairs in this picture. Looks like a good soldier!!!..lol



My God? I sometime believe they have a hard time running the Government never mind taking a picture?

Once the Lord Government is eliminated off the political map? I hope this guy don’t apply for a job as a photographer???...lol…oh well? C’est la vie!!!

NEW BRUNSWICK - WILL IT COME DOWN TO THIS????

I predicted this last year but it never happen!

I told talk of the town in Saint John that I’m certain that the Commissionaires are going to run into an itty bitty problem!



I predicted that once they arrive at a parking location?



They will come face to face with this?



With the high price of fuel? I am very surprised that we haven’t seen more Horse Buggy’s around!

We might see them yet!!!

Je suis très surpris que vous puissiez vous exprimer contre le Ritalin au Nouveau-brunswick. Au Québec, étant donné le pouvoir de la compagnie Novartis Pharma Canada inc., produisant le Ritalin, située à Dorval sur l’île de Montréal, c’est impossible. Donc, je suis un activiste anonyme, recherchant d’autres ADHD ayant les mêmes problèmes que moi. Je ne fait parti d’aucune secte et je ne suis pas masculiniste.




Mon histoire en gros,

Je prend du Ritalin depuis 9 ans, depuis 2 ans, j’ai développé une résistance au Ritalin. Malgré plusieurs augmentations de ma dose, mon déficit d’attention est devenu beaucoup plus grave, mon intelligence est maintenant moyenne, alors qu’elle était élevée, avant le Ritalin. En gros, je souffre aujourd’hui d’un ADHD majeur, j’ai une altération des neurotransmetteurs, une baisse d’intelligence, et bien d’autres effets secondaires chroniques. Alors qu’avant, j’avais un ADHD moyen et était en parfaite santé physique.

Au début, je croyais mon médecin, lorsqu’il m’affirmait que mes problèmes de santé étaient génétique. Cependant, connaissant le domaine de la recherche, j’ai entrepris une recherche pour trouver un médicament pouvant remplacer le Ritalin. À travers mes recherches, j’ai découvert que Novartis savait qu’à long terme, le Ritalin pouvait, auprès de certaines personnes causer des dommages chroniques sur la santé. Alors qu’elle prétend ne pas savoir les effets à long terme. Certains documents parlent de dépendance, de résistance demandant d’augmenter les doses, de mort subite, de troubles cardiaques, de dommages au cerveau et bien plus. Ces Informations sont tenues confidentielles et interdite d’accès au Public. En Europe, elles sont accessibles seulement pour les médecins. Bien entendu, je ne peux pas, pour le moment, vous dire, comment j’ai obtenu ces documents.

Pourtant en 2001, un chercheurs sonnait l’alarme, il demandait que des recherches sur les effets à long terme soient faites. Selon lui, les études sur le Ritalin ont été faites sur des patients ayant pris le Ritalin DURANT SEULEMENT 3,3 SEMAINES EN MOYENNE. Il précise qu’aucune recherche ne tende à démontrer pour l’instant quels sont les effets à long terme. Il spécifie que cette situation est très préoccupante, étant donné le nombre important de consommateurs de Ritalin au Canada.

D’autres chercheurs sont déçus de la faible qualité des recherches publiées sur le Ritalin. Toutes les recherches publiées donc accessible aux publics sont de faibles qualités. Et Santé Canada le sait, mais n’exige pas qu’une recherche de qualité soit faites.

J’ai tenté de trouver d’autres adultes sur Internet, ayant développés des problèmes de santé, à cause du Ritalin. Je suis attaqué par des virus, dans le forum, je suis bombardés des messages de menaces. J’ai trouvé que deux autres adultes, mais, ils ont trop peur pour dévoiler au public, les conséquences à long terme du Ritalin.

Je sait que si, je suis le seul adulte souffrant de dommages causés par le Ritalin, je n’arriverai pas à convaincre le public des dangers, malgré les documents que je possède.

Je vous demande donc de l’aide pour trouver des adultes Ritalin malades, après avoir consommer du Ritalin pendant plusieurs années. Qui était en bonne santé, avant le Ritalin. J’ai lu les débats du 21 avril 2005, du comité sénatorial permanent des communications. Et, je crois que ce n’est pas seulement les Irving qui vous empêche de publier. Au Québec, je vis la même chose, et, je crois que Novartis y est pour quelque chose. Si vous acceptez de m’aider, au prochain email, je vous donnerez la liste des effets à long termes du Ritalin sur la santé.

BERNARD LORD - OPEN THOSE GATES!!!!

The Lord Government seems to have a lot of problems lately with Environment issues such as in Shediac, LNG and there’s another huge one coming just around the corner.




That issue is the Causeway in Moncton.

That destruction of the environment project should be eliminated.



There’s one problemo! There’s new owners of homes located behind the causeway.

Someone decided to built some homes in that area and benefited from the newly man made property.

Now? The plan was to build homes around a man lake behind the causeway!

Now? One side has new homes with a nice lake and the other is just mud.

The tidal bore still comes around but it’s very small!

It’s not like I remembered of the giant wave when I was a kid.

As a matter of Fact? I was fishing in the chocolate river in the early 70s.

I jumped on a rock and began fishing.

The river was low and I was waiting for the giant wave to come around the corner and that’s exactly what happened.

I turned my head for a few minutes and I noticed the giant wave coming.



I slipped and didn’t quite make it but I guess that I made it because I’m still here.

But it was a close one and that wave just went by. These days, the wave is much smaller!



It was in the days that this bridge was still around.



We used to call it le pont du College.



In the early 70s, construction began and it was promise that one side of the causeway will be homes like in Moncton but this never happen.



It totally destroyed the beauty of the river.

So if the Lord Government wants to know if the river can come back after years of being blocked?

Well? Open those gates at Memramcook and see what will happen?

Every instance, I met then Premier Frank McKenna, I would always bring up the issue of the causeway but nothing ever happened!

All they had is study after studies on this issue.



I don’t believe that the gates will ever be open because it will cost too much money!



We are all going to die and will be long gone but our future generations will asked themselves? What were these people thinking? It’s a terrible site and it’s going to get wrost!



I always told anyone will listen that of all the place to live? Fredericton is the best! You have a nice giant River going throught the City with a nice view around.



In Moncton? All you have is had mud to look at! It’s going to get wrost!!!

I say- Let the Petticidiac River be free to flow freely!!!!



Never mind the cost!!! Get the river to its original beauty!!!!

NEW BRUNSWICK FAMILY SERVICES - THEY WISH TO STOP CHARLES'S BLOG????

-Yeah, Friday was one of those days!!!




I left the Legislature and walked into the Library to write my latest blog.



I noticed that my eye glasses were missing from my little pouch. I told a person to hold the computer for me and I’ll be right back!

I was mad at myself because I always bring my glasses with me.

I noticed a little black item on the sidewalk from far away! Once I came closer, it wasn’t my glasses.

I continued and behold? I found my eye glasses but it wasn’t a pretty sight.

They were on the ground on Regent Street.



So you outsiders, Regent street is one of the busiest street in the Capital.

I never bothered to open my case because I knew that my glasses were history!!!

I felt like a tone of bricks were on my shoulders.

It was around 3:30pm and close by was the office of Family Services.



I walked in and asked for my case worker - Erma Jones.

I saw her the day before and we had a little meeting outside. I liked it that way because there were more privacy than the open cubicles system in Fredericton.

This is where the staff from Family Services degrades the welfare recipients!!!!

In a matter of minutes, she came over to see me. I told her that I wanted to chat with her outside for a minute.

She told me that she wasn’t allowed to do this.

Maybe she was told by her boss never to meet the welfare clients outside.

I said- Ohhhh,,,no!!!! Not the open cubicles policy again???

Once in room six, I told Erma Jones that I had a major problem!!!

I bet she was thinking -I could have told you this a long time ago Charles!

I repeated myself that I had a problem!!!

Once again? She asked me -What’s the problem?

I took my case and put it on the counter.



All the pieces of my eye glasses spread before her.

She immediately asked me - When did I get those glasses?

I told her – I got them from last year. She told me that I will have to wait till April of next year for a new pair.

You see? That’s what the staff at Family Serviced do!



They give you news like this in the open cubicles!

Well? Trust!!! I COMPLETY LOST IT!!!

I told the staff worker that it’s the open cubicles policy they want?

That’s what you’re going to get!!!

You could have heard me around 2 miles away.

I was furious!!!

I shouted - YOU PEOPLE FROM THE GOVERNMENT TREAT PEOPLE WITH ADHD AS CLOSE TO MENTAL RETARDATION BECAUSE OF THAT DECISION BY THOSE RACIST MEMBERS OF THE NEW BRUNSWICK HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION AND NOW YOU TELL ME THAT I WON’T BE ABLE TO READ UNTIL NEXT YEAR????

I was out of control and those open Cubicles didn’t help the situation!

I am surprise that the cops weren’t called in?

I told Erma Jones that I will be out front with a blowhorn Monday morning because ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

These case workers are like robots!!!! No emotional feeling no nothing!!!!

They just go by the policies and they just don’t care of the way they will treat its recipients!

I told the robot case worker that I’ll be out front Monday morning with a blowhorn denouncing Family Services of the way they treat its recipients.

Before I left, I quickly grabbed my camera from my pouch.

She asked - What are you doing???

Maybe she believed that I was going for a 38???

She quickly ran in the back so I wouldn’t take her picture.

Before I left she asked me to clean my mess!

I shouted at her - Hey??? That’s the evidence!!! Go get your supervisor and show her my glasses and I left the building.

With all the excitement I forgot something so I went back at the counter and sure enough there was her supervisor looking over the situation.

I never said a word!

That evening, I bumped into Brad Green and told him what happen?

He told me that it’s an accident so there should be any problem?

Why are the staff at Family Services so cruel to the less fortunate?

I went to the regent street store where I got my glasses and they told me that my eye glasses cost around $200.00.

The word spread around and a few offered me their eye glasses. I refuse them because it would only damage my eyes.

The sad part is that I attended Church Sunday and I couldn’t follow the messe because I couldn’t read the booklet.



Maybe Family Services don’t believe that the poor should attend church?

It was an accident!

I told my priest- I always believe there’s a reason for everyting but why did my glasses had to fall on Regent Street and not on the sidewalk? Why?...Why???....Why????



Well? I have a new battle in my hands and lets see what’s going to happen? I can’t read the newspapers or magazines!

If you believe my grammar was bad in the past? Wait you read them in the future?

Who ran over my glasses?

Could it be that it was a bureaucrat who saw them falling on the street and quickly ran over them so I will not be able to read or
write?

I’m writing this update in my computer were I can set the system up with huge letters!

Only with Charlie!!!! What the hell is going to happen next in my life????

I backed off from protesting with a blowhorn! I’m a blogger and they way of communicating with the public is fine with me. I will confront every elected official and bureaucrats who I come across with about my story!

I don’t have the money so what else am I suppose to do?

I know…many of you will say- GET A JOB!!!!!!

I will continue to write and talk about this issue until the poor are treated with respect!!!

Maybe they don't want to give me the glasses because they want this blog shut down!!!! Who knows????

My head hurts from working on this blog without my glasses!!!! I got to go outside!!!!
