Can you imagine if he would had to deal with the members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission that kids taking ritalin are close to mental retardation? Only in New Brunswick that a commission would set the precedent for thousands of young children. As a matter of fact? I bought this issue twice today!

The Irvings < newspapers > are telling the public that Bernard Lord should announce a Provincial election set for November 1st.



I heard the same rumor in Saint John. People are whispering a Provincial election is near. Have you heard this story? Is there anyone out there who has heard the same story! Please feel free to leave a comment!

SAINT JOHN DISTRICT LABOUR COUNCIL - POOR FAMILIES WERE VERY HUNGRY!!!!

Years ago, I used to attend the Labour Picnics at Rockwood park. All the labour people were there with their families.

It began with a rule. Union members only!



After a few years, they added friends of Union employees.

Until the last couple of years, they told the public everyone is invited.


My God? And show up they did! I had a little chat last evening over the phone with a Union organizer.

Tim Smith and I showed up at this event and unfortunately many didn’t forget me…lol….Anyhow Tim and me took a lot of pictures and talked to a few members about some different issues

I was concerned of the amount of people who showed up for this event but it seemed to have a friendly open atmosphere so this is good!

Hundreds were lined up for free hamburgers and Hotdogs.

A person could tell there were poor families among the crowd. The picnic began at 12:00pm and ended at 3:00pm? The line was still long!!!

The Union members told me that they served 1,000 hamburgers, 1,000 hotdogs, 300 litres of pop, 400 ice creams < ran out early > 1,000 cups < also ran out until someone ran to his car and brought beer cups from the Rolling Stones concert >.



They had Face painting, rides. I might add they also had pony rides.



The cost is well over $2,000.00.



A labour member told me that many of these poor families never get out from Saint John and this was a great way to finish the summer. It was worth the time and money!!!



Abel LeBlanc was the only elected official who made a presence.



The waiting line for food was close to 45 minutes and many took 3 or 4 hamburgers with them for the people that were with them to save time in line.

Can you imagine if the picnic would have been held in the South Side of the City?



Yes, I now truly understand the reason why a few weeks ago Bernard Lord held a B-B-Q at Fort Latour and he never invited the public.



It was a gathering for the elite only!

I don’t believe that Bernard Lord or the P.C. Party would have the heart to feed the poor families in the Saint John area.



Which might be one of the many reasons why the P.Cs haven’t held the south side seat in a very long time!

VLT'S - TRACKING DOWN ELECTED OFFICIALS???

While at the Labour day picnic, the ANTI-VLT patrol was busy tracking down elected officials but there wasn't one in sight.



But after searching into the large crowd, we finally located one. One of the best!!! Abel LeBlanc an Liberal MLA from Saint John.

RITALIN - IN THE SOUTH END OF SAINT JOHN!!!

School begins in the morning and I would love to know how many kids in these buildings located in Saint John South will be forced on Ritalin? Close to 3/4 of the kids on Ritalin are from poor families!!!

NINA CHIARELLI - THE IRVINGS MEDIA ARE CUTTING DOWN ON THEIR STAFF!!!

The Irving’s media employees are on the run in this Province.

The Irvings are transferring many journalists to other cities and I was sad to hear that Nina Chiarelli will be transferred from the Legislature to Moncton at the end of October.




I spoke to one of them last week and this individual wasn’t being transferred but he/she told me that’s what happens when there’s no competition.



Too bad so sad. Lets face facts here? If you have a good reporter or columnist working under the Irvings?










There’s no way in the world they’re going to write or investigate the Irvings because they’ll be fired on the spot!



They can’t work for another newspaper in this Province because the Irvings owns all the newspapers and there’s nothing that can be done about it!



Too bad so sad!!!! This is the reason the Senate with their report in a few weeks on media ownership must condemn the Irvings of the way they operate their ownership of the Media!

I wish Nina Chiarelli the very best of luck and lets see what’s going to happen during the next few weeks!

RITALIN GOOD FOR PETS????

RITALIN IN NEW BRUNSWICK - SCHOOL STARTS TUESDAY!!!!

I received this email and I wish to share it with the readers!!!!



How is the fight against Ritalin going in New Brunswick?

Did you know that the Canada Health has allowed Adderall XR back on the market (see below). This drug is known to cause heart attacks in children and strokes, yet, our government's Health Dept. asked that a letter be sent to doctors with these warnings!

A letter!!! If the doctor doesn't read the letter or take much notice of this warning, stop and think, a child's life is in danager. If parents have not read or heard about Adderall and are not told of the dangers of this drug, or are told in such a way that it seems so remote that anything could happen............ a young life could stop.

A parent(s) could carry the guilt forever.

All children should have a full medical, allergy tests, hair analysis, blood
tests etc. to see if the problem is medical. All schools should be giving
children tests to see it they (children) truly understand their lessons.

Can the children read, do they truly know what the teacher is talking about?

We here at Citizens Commission on Human Rigths (CCHR) are working with many
families right now whose children have been labeled.One family found out,
thier child has hearing loss due to a massive ear infection, other families
have discovered after having their children had been tested independantly by
teachers and tutors two children could not do the math of the grade
they were in [yet they have been past to the next grade] which of course
will now develop into more problems for the child.

So many other children could not read their grade books or if they could they barely understood what they were reading, "just guessing at what the paragraph was telling them."

Plus many, many children have allergies to food, odours, and the
enviornment!!!

Not one needed drugs!!!! Now the families are having trouble with the schools because their child has been labeled and the parents want the label removed.

This is proving to be very difficult, for some reason the schools do not want to remove a label of a misdiagnose!!

Did you know that many schools are telling the parents that if their child
is not put on drugs they can't come to school! CCHR was told by one family
after visiting their family doctor/psychologist, this man went as far as to
say to the parents, their child can sue them when he (child) becomes of age
for not putting him on Ritalin!

This has to stop. My good grief what next will a doctor or school offical
say or do to keep children drugged?

We as Canadians must stand together and let the government of our provinces, our country, the school officals, psychiatrists and psychologists, we will no longer will stand for the coercing a parent to give a child a drug so that he/she can go to school.

The misrepresentation of these methylphenidate based drugs as "safe and harmless" can no longer be told the truth must be exposed, these are far from safe and harmless . Has it occurred to our Canada Health Dept. the FDA did not put out warnings for the first time in 40 years regarding Ritalin because they felt like it. No, children are dying from these drugs (all of the drugs on the market today for ADHD. LD etc. labeled children are methylphenidate drugs that are in the same catagory as cocaine).

There are hundreds of reasons why a child is having difficulties in school,
and none of them require drugs to control their behaviour. Parents have to
become advocates against this forcing of our nations children to be prescribed drugs to go to school. We must unit as protectors of our nations children.

We do have rights and one of those rights is to say NO to drugging, and todemand that the real reason why a child is having difficulties be found. A few other (than above mentioned) reasons children can be having trouble are, some parents may need to learn how to be parent or advocate for their child, could there be personality conflicts
between teacher and child, or is the child bored? One other thing, school
officals are to stop diagnosing children and labeling them ADHD they are not
doctors.

Laws should be enforced to prevent the diagnosing of children by school officials. Many teachers will tell you that it breaks their heart to see so many children in their classes on methylphenidate type drugs.

Many teachers hate having to hand out these drugs to children but are told they have
to.

These teachers are not doctors or nurses, teachers are told give out other
life saving drugs to chidren as well, and all those I have talked to live in
fear they may mix up the drugs so many look alike!!!

Our nations future lay in our hands, we are the adults, we must educated ourselves on our rigths and freedoms and our childrens rights.

Our children's lives and future depend on us. Please ask you readers to contact me on how to form groups and how to work with their government to change laws.

They can do this on their own if they wish, research on the drugs given to children has to been done, all media contacted and parents made aware of the fact that parents have been lied to about the effectson their childs life of these drugs, never told there are options to drugging....I would really like to know how many parents have been given the full list of side effects of these drugs?

ELVY ROBICHAUD - CHARLES SHOOTS THE HEALTH MINISTER BETWEEN THE EYESBROWS!!!!

While walking on King Street a couple of days ago, I noticed a high class individual with a briefcase in hand walking alone across the street.

I position myself as like I had a rifle in my hand.



There was my victim and I zero in on my victim.



I whistle and whistle, I shouted – Ritalin…..Ritalin….

He quickly turned his head towards me like a buck that would look at a pair of headlights.



BANG!!!

I shot my victim between the eyebrows.

I got Elvy Robichaud < Minister of Health >



I walked across the street to see if my victim was still moving?...lol

I told the Minister - You know something Elvy? I was saying just yesterday that the Irvings could walk around this City without any body guards. Look at a person like you walking on the streets without any fear!

Isn’t New Brunswick a beautiful place to live?

Elvy reminded me that in Ontario and Quebec? All Ministers have one body guard and a chauffeur!



He also didn’t know that I could hunt? …lol….

If the Irvings were down the States? They would have around 20 body guards around them!

Yes, we are very lucky to live in a province and we can still walk around freely.

But the emotional question is this? For how long?

ORIMULSION - BERNARD LORD HAS A PLAN????

CHARLES'S PERSON OF THE WEEK! A BUREAUCRAT!!!

My person of the week is someone without a name.



I honestly forgot her name but she attends the same church as I do.



Last spring while myself and WCIE were taking pictures around the City, we bumped into this individual. We were having a good day until the Irvings had to ruin it???
The Irvings are all over the place.




She was picking up garbage in the green zone. I found that gesture very good of her.

She goes around and picks up garbage on her own time.

Last week while walking downtown, I once again notice Mrs Clean here still picking up garbage from the City’s sidewalk.

But this time it was different because she was wearing a dress!

She’s a bureaucrat from the Capital!

Can you imagine a bureaucrat picking up garbage????

Yes, we need more people like this fine citizen and this is the reason she’s definitely my person of the week!

CARL WHITE - CHARLES COMES FACE TO FACE WITH CARL WHITE!!!

The evening that I received a note on my door telling me that if I dared to fart? I would be evicted!!!



I knew that I had to move fast and it sure is nice to have ADHD because the energy I needed.

I had to leave in the morning.

At 9:00am, I began to pack my things!



My God? The Irvings staff even gave me a helping hand. They gave me some boxes. Hey? The Irvings helping Charles??? WOOWW!!! No..The staff at the this are excellent!



Ok….There were two guys downstairs. John and Bob!




I asked them if they could give me a hand?

They did and all the stuff was gone in a few hours.




I also had to carry Ken’s stuff!



That’s the guy who’s in jail.

It was raining very hard and it matched the mood I was in.

I decided to bring my little letter telling me that if I dared to fart, I was evicted to the Human Rights Commission.

After our little meeting, Francis Young contacted the Landlord and something was said.

He sent me a email asking me to contact him at the Human Rights office.

Once at the building, I knocked on the door but no answer.

I knocked a second time and you’ll never guess who I came face to face with?

Right across the window door was Carl White himself.



If looks could kill we would have been both dead.

I’m certain that he didn’t know what to do? He slowly opened the door and I slowly walked in and Christian Whallen quickly ran from his office.

He must have seen me coming in from the picture window and at the last second, it must have hit him- My God?? Charles and Carl face to face????

I pretend that Carl White wasn’t even in existence and I told Christian Whallen en Francais that Francis Young asked for me?

I never seen a lawyer moved so fast in all my life.

He didn’t walk up the stairway but he ran!

There we were Carl and me together in the same room! It made me sick but I had to remain calm!

He immediately ran downstairs and told me that Francis wasn’t around. I gave a copy of the letter to the lawyer and I walked into the Ombudsman office and gave Bernard Richard a copy of my letter.



Maybe the ombudsman can suggest to the Government that roomers must be protected by the law? Who knows?

I left my chair outside in the rain. The guys didn't want it and there's no way in the world that I was going to leave the chair to Maurice?



I clean my room.



I went to the Human Rights Office this afternoon and I got a meeting with them at 1:30pm tomorrow!

Lets see what will happen to my case. Will those people tell me that there’s nothing that can do for the poor human beings in this province. Lets see what’s going to happen and I might bring 777 with me again so she can keep me in check! Stay tune because I have much more to write about this very emotional issue!!!!!
