Good grief man, security isn't responsible for everything at the legislature. What does the garden have to do with security? And if it is going to be a bed of annuals it is simply too early to be planted because they will die.
Your blog is the worst mess there ever can be. It goes from dog pictures to your priest’s pictures and then your own pictures peeing as a dog. It is disgraceful. Clean up your mess first.
I agree with the poster above that security is not responsible for yard work and gardening. May be he should give hand to maintenance people. Charlie Leblanc criticises others when he himself does nothing other than complaining.
You tell people not to visit your blog if they do not like it. Do not visit the legislature if you do not like it. Go somewhere else. There are hundereds of other places in Fredericton and thousands in NB. We need to clean up Fredericton and get rid of bums anyway.

Staff is in charge of the area including the front lawn.
It's their job to make sure everything looks neet for our tourists.

The grounds of the legislature is taken care of by the department of supply and services, not the commissionaires.
