charles you will win big time buddy. the city is crapping their pants big time right now. they are terrified you will sue because you will win given the evidence. if your lawyer is afraid watch him. someone must have got to him and paid him off. you do have a case and you could be sitting on a ton of cash.

Our City has made so many mistakes that it is no wonder everyone wants to run or move. Why would people want to pay for their mistakes for decades to come. Now they want Rothesay, Quispamsis and Grand Bay to cover some of it.
When they use our services it should have a cost but for now they will never go for that.
Time has come for some kind of poll. We the westsiders feel we pay our taxes but we are tax on tax by paying for Harbour Bridge which we all paid already and we also pay for all bridges to be repaired in NB and that already includes the Harbour Bridge.
Mayor says he never received any complaints; don't know what else I can do, I have emailed him several times and he emailed back. His memory is slipping. Spin all they want we should not have a toll. I won't cross; people ought to stand up for their rights.
