Last evening, I received this email -
Hi Charlie, this is ??????? asking you a personal question regarding petitions, as you know the concerned citizens for fair taxation has started one in saint john, they would like to know a few things if you can help out?
When they get the 10,000 signatures:
Where does the petition go?
Once the petition is presented to the House? The papers stays there until the next session!
Who sees them?
I was told this morning that since it’s the People’s House? Anyone is allowed to asked for the petition?
Can they copy them?
Yes! They can!!!
Who has access to the signatures on them?
Anyone can including the Irving’s bureaucrats in the Capital!!!
How do they destroy them or do they keep them who examines them
any other little details you may have for them?
They don’t destroy the petition! They keep them in the achieves.

A SUGGESTION FOR CHARLES????
I received this email a few minutes ago. I find this one funny!!! What do you think??? This individual has been a great supporter of mine so I told WCIE to send him all the photos. Here's his replisal---
yeah, I talked to him and got him to send all of them, at least I think it was all of them, it was a lot!
We should get you shaved and into a suit one day and have you do your daily routine-- then we'll send the pictures to
political magazines with the heading "who is this man and how does he know everybody in Fredericton?"
You'd make a fortune because everybody would think you were a lobbyist! LOL I guess in a way you are, you just don't get paid for it!

OUR FIRST SPIN STORY - PLEASE COMMENT
Mr.Lord is so quick to hide behind the fact that a 5 year old referendum determined that 50% of this province chose to keep VLT's for(Entertainment)how about calling him to task on holding a referendum on smoking in public places and let the people of this province decide whether they think that would be entertaining or how about a referendum on whether or not people would think it is entertaining to smoke pot in this province or a referendum on whether or not the people of this province want a LNG plant here. And let's not forget that we only need 52% of the province to qualify for these referendums. Also this will give him the oppertunity to continue doing what he does best hide behind something or someone.
WE TOOK IT OUT!!!
After a few email exchange between me and WCIE. We remove the story from the blog. If this sounded like racist? It wasn't but let me tell you something right now! If in the future? You hear this story from the hospital? Well? You have heard it in the blog first!
CHARLES NEEDS HELP FOR KIDS WITH ADHD!!
Next week will be a busy period for Charles! I have to get ready to make a presentation in front of the Senate Committee in Moncton of the Irving Monopoly in this Province.
I also have to make a presentation in front of a group who’s job is to review the inclusion program < Education > in this Province!
I have a very important questions for you people who care about the Kids!
How should the kids with ADHD be treated in the school system????
This has nothing to do with Ritalin!
Do you have any suggestions of how the kids ADHD should be treated so they can learn in a better atmosphere???
I have a few suggestions of my own but what’s yours?
Please let me know!!!
An another issue? I was told the 10,000 kids around this province will find out Thursday morning if the Lord Government will do a study on Ritalin!
Will the drugging and killing of the children continue for years to come?
Will the Government pay attention to the petition with 10,000 signatures?
Who knows? My battle with the Government might come to an end on Jeudi!!!
Stay tune for Thursday! So stay tune!!!!

This is a picture of Paul Robichaud. Paul told me a few months ago- THANK GOD FOR MY MOTHER!!! I guess in his childhood years. He was all over the place! He was very hyper! The system wanted him on Ritalin but his mother wouldn't have nothing to do with the drug. Take a close look where he is today? He's the Minister of Transport in the Lord Government! He's a perfect example that kids with ADHD can succeed without taking Ritalin!!!

POLITICIAN WANT TO MEET JOANNE!!!!
I had a good chuckles a few minutes ago.
I asked a bureaucrat – Listen? If you wish me to remove you from your list? Just send me an email and I’ll keep only one email address.
He quickly replied - Can I send you both?...lol…
You see? I have three different accounts and another one at Google.
I have close to 1,000 names so therefore if you receive more than one email from me?
Just send me a note and I’ll delete you from the list! If you wish to be deleted totally off my list? Just send me a note and you’re hear no more from moi or should I say read no more from me!
A politician approached me this morning and he wants to meet the five months pregnant female!
I had a chat with someone from Family Services this morning and from what I understood? Sometime she says she’s pregnant and sometime she isn’t!
He told me that they have been dealing with the girl for the last 15 years!
Well? The question is this? Shouldn’t Family Services bring the girl to the hospital to find out if she’s pregnant or not????
Going by the pictures below? She sure look pregnant and I don’t really care about the girl but I do care for the unborn!
Lately, Bernard Lord have been comparing the Federal Liberals to the Provincial Liberals?
Myself, I always believe there were two different parties!
If you support the Provincial Liberals? Does it mean that you also have to support them Federally?
I don’t think so and I always found it strange that during a Provincial Convention from both parties? They always invite someone from the Federal Party to be a guest speaker!
Well? In my mind, they are two different parties!
Will the scandal at the Federal level hurt the Provincial Liberals? You tell me???
I had a good comment from a stranger last evening. She told me that she enjoys my updates or blog!
There’s only one problem? I don’t know the person but she knows me! I wonder why? As I said in the past, God knows who’s reading this site?
I was wrong!!!! I predicted 100 people will so up for the Protest at the Irving Refinery! Guess what? The number was 200 people!
Not bad but there’s one itty bitty problem?
The Irving Media never covered the protest! I wonder why? You tell me??
By the way? Can someone tell me who owns these papers who pictures I pasted on the website??? Please let me know???
I screwed up yesterday! I missed the student protest in front of the Legislature.
I was told that once again? The MLA’S from the opposition side showed up to meet the students but no one from the Lord Government walked outside to chat with the students?
Could this show our youths that the democratic system don’t work????
All elected officials especially from the Party in power should have went out and meet the students!
Come on now??? Give me a break!
I remember in 1977, there was a famillar work stoppage by the teachers at Mathieu Martin High School!
Hundreds of students were in the hallways and the Principal of the day Dollar LeBlanc told the students - It’s my duty to tell you the students to report to your classrooms!
I might add that he said this with a smile!
We shouted the man down and the work stoppage soon came to an end! I guess things haven’t change in close to 30 years!
I heard that many seniors are selling their prescription drug to survive. Can you imagine the decision? Food or your health!
Today’s youths are so drugged up with these prescription drugs that it’s totally out of control!
Ok..I wrote enough about nothing already and please excuse the grammar because I just the darn thing and send the update in the information Highway!!!

SPIN STORY... Lets make this work.
Lets try this out... Charles and I recieved this comment yesterday on the respective post. We both think it has merit and want to figure out a way to capitalize on its usefulness...
The anonymous comment in this post reminds me of this quote by Henry Ford (I think):
Coming together is a beginning.
Keeping together is progress.
Working together is success.
This is what we need to do...
Quoting Anonymous "Charles you got to figure out a way of bringing it across to the readers that they should take advantage of this terrific website and with It’s great array of topics and titles to make it their own, remind them the numbers don't lie your getting exceptional amounts of hits but if their going to take the time to type in the website please take a moment to leave a view or comment on any of the variety of topics it would be appreciated immensely as spin-offs from other comments is were response seem to give a wider view of the overall, maybe wcie to write it in a way that might generate better interest as the most varitized and modern maritime website which is improving everyday! Good Luck!! hey you must admit it has come along way!!"
We think that spinning some of the comments into fullposts that can be commented on is a great idea. We will try this out in a number of ways but one we would like to try out initially and see how it works is this...
With your comment that you leave on any post, include either at the end or beginning the words "SPIN STORY" in capitalized form and we will then create a post on the main page for people to comment freely and anonymously with. I think this best suits the format of this site.
As an example below is two comments including the same text, the first one is a general comment and the second is a comment but the emphasis or topic will be spun to the homepage in hopes that meaningful discussion can be create around it.
Post 1.
Charles what a great post today... I agree that the LNG deal should never have proceeded without the proper documentation and administrative protocols being followed. I feel that the deals inherent problems are from bureaucratic not elected official beginnings though.

Hope its clear and helps out. Give it a try and see the feedback you can generate on a subject or topic that maybe we looked at but didn't discuss or realize the real value of. If this site is going to fleurish than we are going to need the help of New Brunswicks voice and that includes you. We look forward to your contributions...

Hey??? Don’t forget, if you wish to make a comment of the LNG<> You can do so by phoning a local radio talk show in Saint John.
It’s called- CFBC Talk of the Town. The toll free number is 1-800-561-8255!!! You can phone between 9:00am till 11:00am during the week!!! Then of course, you can talk about many different issues that concern you.
Speaking of talk shows? The show – Voice of the Province <> the Premier who was the guest last week received 45 calls but only 12 got on!
That’s a lot of calls!!!!
On another issue, please have a quick look in the poor section of my blog site! You will see a picture of the inside of the Soup Kitchen!
I will never forget the time that the 6-49 was 20 million dollars.
I asked George Piers <> What will he do if he won the Lotto?
He walked away with his head down and whisper - The first thing that I would do is get a bigger kitchen!!!
Take a look at the picture and you tell me??? The people who go at this needy place have many problems and you can just imagine sitting in a small room elbow to elbow. Once in a while trouble would break loose but the staff would quickly come to the rescue to cool things down!
Ok…Lets go to our person of the week!

Citizen of the week- Mike Gaudet!
I know the week isn’t finish yet but this fine gesture will be a very hard act to follow!
I met Mike Gallant while I was protesting. After a few weeks, I’ve heard that there was a Farmer’s Market in this area. I was told that thousands of citizens go to that place every Saturday morning.
I said to myself - What a great way and place to collect signatures for my petition?
I won’t go into the details but I was told to go across the street to collect names.
Once there, I noticed a tell gentleman standing there. His name was Mike Gaudet and he didn’t seem to impress with me.
At first, I didn’t know what was going on but I would find out that Mike was a Panhandler. In his mind, I was interfering in his territory!!!!!
Someone would walked by and we both would confront the individual. I was confronting for signatures and he was asking for some spare changes. He let it known to me that this has been his area since 1984 and he sort of told me to go somewhere else.
Weeks went by and I would see Mike around but I didn’t really chat with the guy.
I made a little investigation and I was told that Mike could have been a huge star in baseball??? Many told me the same story. I guess something happen and he took a down turn for the worse.
I would soon find out that Mike reads the paper. Every instance I write a letter to the Editor? He would always give me a comment on the streets! I might add that he’s very educated on different issues.
So why did I voted this guy Citizen of the week you asks?
Well? Yesterday, while volunteering at the Soup Kitchen! I decided to go outside for a smoke. Mike walked by me while debating an issue with a friend.
Being Charles? The nosy person that I am? I had to ask what they were talking about?
You see? I do hear a lot of stories from the street people in that area? Which reminds me? No one from Family Services went over to chat with the pregnant girl yet! I wonder why?
Anyway? Mike told me he was panhandling in front of the CIBC Bank on Queen Street.
Someone walked by him and an envelope fell on the ground.
Mike picked it up and behold inside was - $450.00!!!!
He shouted at the guy who drop the money on the ground. The guy took the money and left! He never thanked the guy and didn’t even give Mike a few bucks!
My God? How can some people sleep at night?
During my protest, I learned there’s many ignorant people in this City!
Anyway? This is the reason that I wrote this little update because it stories like this that no one hears about!
Good work Mike!!! You did the proper action and once I see you on the streets asking the citizens for a little change? I will see you in a different way!
I hope many readers have a different attitude towards you also???
By the way? Just for the record? It wasn’t an easy task to have Mike picture taken with me. He trusted me and I do appreciate this!
Ok..I wrote too much already…Got to go at the Legislature.
The session opens at 1:00pm! Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information highway!
Don’t forget to tell everyone on your list about this blog site! It’s a great way for New Brunswick to share their views on different issue!
Bye bye

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS EMAIL?????
Wouldn't it be funny if you could be at the protest tomorrow in Saint John with a big sign with the blog address on it... That would be hilarious... Spread the word...
THE IRVINGS FIRED NEWSPAPER JOURNALIST WHO WROTE AGAINST LNG!!!
Remember the Here newspaper in Saint John???
It was a good little independent paper until the Irvings bought it last year!

"here" in the mddle
A reporter name Mike Parker was the journalist who wrote about the going ons within Common Council in Saint John!
His columns was direct and straight forward.
Last week, he wrote a story about the LNG issue. He was dead set against their decision.
Guess what? He was soon out of a job!
Josh Beuthel, my favourite political Cartoonist soon quit the Irvings staff afterwards!
Have we seen any of this in the Irving’s papers? Of course not!!!!
Thank God for CFBC < talk of the town > because we would had never heard anything about this issue!!!
I phoned the radio talk show this morning.
I told the audience - In my view, This is just a warning for our future Journalists who are being trained at Universite De Moncton and Saint Thomas of what could happen if they decide to write against the Irvings!
The Senate Committee will be in Moncton on April 21st to study this issue and I don’t have to hitch a ride to that meeting because someone told me they will drive me at that meeting!
Pretty nice eh? I am going to be straight forward and right to the point! This is hurting New Brunswickers BIG TIMES!!!!
As I told the audience this morning, it’s like Germany all over again. We don't go around and execute people but Hitler took control of the media to brainwash the Citizens in Germany. The same action is happening in New Brunswick!
But what I find very strange with the Mike Parker's issue?
I always believe that J.D. Irving and Irving Oil were totally different. I guess not?
If any Irving reporters crossed that thin line? They will be fired and since the Irvings owns all the newspapers in this province? They will not be able to find work!
Germany? You tell me?
The HERE paper has a open forum on the net and it used to be a place where anyone could write their views on different issues!
No more!
You have to give the Irving staff your real name and they will give you a password!
Only praising comments about the Irving Empire will be printed!
It’s all part of the Irving final solution!!!
Hiii Irving!!!!
By the way? If any of you wish to call the open talk show in Saint John???
The toll free number is 1-800-561-8255!
The show is on from 9:00am till 11:00am!!! It’s the only radio talk show in the whole province and I wonder why? We need talk shows to spread the word!
There’s going to be a protest at the entrance of the refinery Tuesday evening and I don’t believe that many people will show up for that one because Irving security has cameras all over the place. People are scare to speak out and that’s the way it is!
I say that close to a 100 people will be brave enough to show up!!!
On another emotional issue????
No one from the media or Family Services went and talk to the girl who’s five months pregnant!!!!
I wonder why? Is it because it’s Charles LeBlanc who spoke out on this issue????
The unborn should be protected but since the Irvings won’t allowed stories about the issue of the poor in their newspapers?
There’s not much we can do!
The Irvings through the media wants to tell the public that every thing is ok! Don’t worry!!! Be happy!!!!
I heard a good but sad story about the issue of Ritalin a couple of days ago but I can’t go publicly with this one yet! Wait till you hear what a individual told me about this issue? Stay tune!!!
Ok…I wrote this one very very very fast! So excuse the grammar and style of this update because I am in a hurry!!!
Bye bye

Bye bye

PRICE OF GAS AND NEWSPAPERS GO HAND IN HAND????
don't print this (but you can use it)
The price of a litre of gas went up to 99.9 on Sunday in Moncton only at Esso and Irving. It stayed at 92.9 everywhere else. Esso went back down by Tuesday but Irving kept theirs at 99.9. I know of other areas where the price went higher.
In Sackville, the price only went down this morning.
Except Irving of course.
Here's the interesting part: the Irving owned MONCTON Times &
Transcript had 2 frontpage stories (Tue. and Wed.) of the gas price hike but made
it sound like EVERYONE brought their price up even though ONLY IRVING had
it at 99.9.
After reading the articles you're left thinking that #1) the price of
gas is higher than ever everywhere and #2) it's only going to go higher.
Both are untrue.
Wishful thinking on behalf of Irvings maybe but not true!!
Don't get your news from Irving papers and be thankful they don't own
the internet! Yet.....

Heres a brief Intro about Charles
We have a had a few comments recently of why Charles has been interested in helping out the Children of the province and why he is so concerned with the issues in the province of New Brunswick. I hope this sheds some light....
A couple of days after I was laid off or fired from Gulf Operators (March 14, 2000), I made a complaint to the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.
I would soon found out the process is a very slow one.
On February 7, 2001, I received a letter from the Director of the Human Rights Commission – Janet Cullinan informing me that the Commission considered my complaint at their meeting of February 1, 2001 and found it to be without merit.
My God, I was very upset because this told me that the Commission agreed with the Irving’s that people with ADHD are limited!
I phoned a member who was on the Commission - Dorothy Dearborn and she told me that they will once against study the issue of ADHD!
On April 12, 2001, I received another letter from Janet Cullinan informing me that the Commission once again reviewed my case at their meeting of March 22, 2001 and they upheld their previous decision.
I was very disappointed to see a group of bureaucrats agreeing with the Irving’s of the matter people with ADHD should be treated.
What could I do?
I don’t have any money and I heard that if you bring the Irving’s in court that the process would take years to reach a verdict.
I heard in the past from many parents who told me their kids were labeled in the school system and now this? The kids who have ADHD are labeled as stupid and idiots as a child. Now? We have this?
During the summer of the year 2001, I had this discriminatory verdict in my head. I went as far as protesting with a sign in front of the Irving Empire in Saint John New Brunswick but I soon found out that the Irving’s owns all the newspapers and they gave the orders to the editor not to print my letters in the voice of the people section of the papers.
Gulf Operators < Irving Company > had a very racist supervisor name Brian Grant. He was always going around saying - If I own this Empire there would be no Niggers or Frogs working here!!!
Now? I believe this is pure racism and the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission agreed that the Irvings could continue their witch hunt against the minorities in new brunswick.
Then again, the guy handling my case was Carl White a councillor from Saint John who later on I found out was a convicted thief who stole from the Irvings in the 1980s.
So God knows what was said behind close doors?
I was very upset and the battle for Justice would continue.
After a few weeks of protesting in front of the Irving Golden Ball, the Irving paper finally made a story about my protest and they wrote that I was fired twice! I said excuse me? I was laid off!
I was allowed to write a reprisal to the letters to the editor section. I told the readers of the reason I was protesting in front of the Irving Empire. I met a new girl and she encourage me to stop the protest so I gave in. Afterwards, I had trouble sleeping in the evenings. What could I do to battle the bureaucrats? In the spring of the year 2002, I told at my girl Pat that I would go to Fredericton and set up a tent in front of the Legislature. This was the only way that I knew how to battle the bureaucrats. Why not do it in their own turf?
Once in Fredericton, I went on a hunger strike and I did manage to let the public know that I was unhappy and the Government must study the issue of ADHD! Pat was very concerned and she phoned the local politicians at home. She droved them nuts but she cared about me and was afraid that I might get hurt.
Amanda Harpelle from the Premier’s office was the spokesperson and they were concerned because I was on a hunger strike. The protest lasted for 12 days but I didn’t like the matter that I was forced out of the Capital. I felt that I didn’t accomplice my goal in educating the public on the issues of ADHD and Ritalin. One week later, I met Bernard Lord in Saint John and he found me a little job that would keep me busy for 6 months.
I was laid off and when on U.I.C.! In the spring of the year 2003, I sent a email to the Premier’s office informing them my U.I.C. was soon coming to a end so therefore I needed some work! I was surprised the office totally ignored me. One bureaucrat asked me why the Government should find you some work.
I told the guy that the government through the Human Rights Commission said that I’m labeled as close to mental retardation. I wasn’t allowed to learn a trade, drive a vehicle and paid a lower wage < doing the same work > The Government will prove by finding me work. I can be a benefit to Society besides being a menace.
I wasn’t allowed to work because I have ADHD! I never received a reprisal from the Premier’s office so in the spring in the year 2003, I once again decided to pitch a tent in front of the Legislature. Little did anyone know including me that the protest would last for six long months!!!!

OPEN CUBICLES POLICY MUST COME TO A STOP!!!!

IMPORTANT!!! This is not the area of the Welfare office in Frederiton. This is the Federal section. The system is still the same with their open cubicles policy! This picture was bought to my attention so therefore I acted on it!!! The guy took the picture but I wasn't around. I just wish to let the readers know about this issue!
RUN BERNARD RUN!!!!!...LOL...

You Know who this is??? This picture reminded me of my protest! The Premier saw me coming and quickly ran inside the Legislature!!!!...LOL On top of the stairsway is Chisholm Pothier. < Communication Aid to the Premier > There's two guys around the Premier - Chisholm and Tim Porter. Chisholm would let me chat with Bernard but Tim porter would always tell the Premier- Come on? Lets go!!!
WOULD ANYONE WISH TO COMMENT ON THIS ONE???
I really wish people would stop bashing the Irvings!
I used to work for them too & found all of them very easy to get along with & willing to work alongside you to get the job done. They spend long hours "out in the field" checking, loooking, suggesting etc. I know they control a loin this province, but where would this province be without them or the McCains? They both help people we have never heard of & you don't hear about it because they don't go about beating their own drum.
I worked there for ten years & have nothing but admiration for them.
Also many years ago, my father-in-law was in need of money. He approached K.C. Irving about buying some of his land (he didn't have much-3 acres). Mr. Irving bought 2 pieces, which could never have been used for anything, just to help him out. Ten years ago, they came to me and offered to sell it back (they knew I was interested). I got it for a very good price I think. My father-in-law was happy have the land back before he died.
These are business people after all, & they aren't in business to lose it all either. I have never known them to do a dirty deed to anyone. I don't understand why people are so against them. Can someone explain that to me please??

CHARLES IS IN A VERY AWKARD POSITION!!!
I opened a new email account because I have so many people on my list. For you people who received an email from oldmaison2@yahoo.ca?
Just send me a note and I’ll remove ya. I had a list from someone who sent me by mistakes all the names on his email list.
Just like a seagull? I goggled all the names. Many were not amuse but there’s no problem.
There’s no need to get excited? Just send me a note and you’re out of here! Hey? This Blog is beginning to make inroads.
Read this email that I just received this morning-
Hi Charles,
By the way, can you speak French ? If so, it would be interesting to have your Web page translated in both official languages of New Brunswick. I would also like to know more about you.
Heeeyyy???? Translate this blog site for all the angry Acadiens et Acadiennes for the northern part of the Province?
I believe this would be a great idea. What do you think??? I know for a true and certain fact that Ritalin is a huge major problem in the North Shore.
Anyway to spread the message!!!!!
This blog is getting a little out of control and it sure place Charles in a very AWKWARD position.
Last week, I heard many stories about T.J. Burke of the way he gave his speech!
Many MLA’S told me that he laughed at the politicians across the floor after he made a very good speech for a family who were evicted from their apartment.
I never saw it but someone showed me some pictures. Afterwards, a poor person told me that she seen the speech on television and she did mentioned the laughing part.
Another issue was Kelly Lambrock story of bringing down the Government. Yesterday a few politicians couldn’t understand the reason the media didn’t really look into this story?
I guess he promised to side with the Government while a Minister was absent because someone in her family is ill!
I remember a few days ago, I was asking the MLA’S for pictures but Kelly refuse.
Hey? Why take time for a picture with me if you can bring down the Government?????…lol…Lets not forget that he's one of a few who gave me an interview over the net. I like the guy and his style!
What I’m getting at is this?
I’m a blogger < many would call me other names???? > …lol… who’s fighting really hard to have the Government to do a study on the issue of Ritalin.
Mind you? I love a good story. These stories were told to me this week and in today’s papers? The Irving Reporters are writing about this issue.
Lets say that every instance I would hear a story and turn around ran to the public computer to write on a certain issue?
Wouldn’t I be making enemies from both side of the House???? Many people trust me with the views on issues. Hey? Off the record is definitely off the record!
I have enough enemies already and I’m just afraid that the Government will totally ignore the issue of Ritalin because I’m the guy who’s pushing the issue!
I said it in the past and I will say it again! This has nothing to do with me! It’s for the over 10,000 kids around this Province who are force to take this drug!
The poor 5 month pregnant woman is still sleeping outside and no one from Family Services have bothered to make an appearance.
Why is that now?
Is it because Charles wrote about it? Why do we bother to have Family Services in this Province?
How long would it take for someone from that Department to go out and chat with the girl?
I just don’t understand their reasoning? They tell me that there’s two sides to every story?
What’s the Government side? Should the unborn be protected? You tell me?
Ok…Excuse the grammar of this update because I’m late and my time is up at the Library! Have a good weekend. Bye bye!!!

SECOND P.C. MLA GRANTS CHARLES AN INTERVIEW!!!
Dear Mr Leblanc,
Sorry for the delay in my reply. Further to a conversation we had
this morning, I have enclosed the following answers to your questions,
The name of this P.C. MLA is Kirk MacDonald. Enjoy his answers!!!!!
1- Where are you from?
Beautiful downtown Stanley, deep in the hills of York County,in the heart of Mactaquac.
2- How long have you been an MLA?
I was nominated on Aug 21, 1998 and first elected on June 7, 1999. Soon I will have 6 years in, as MLA for the best riding in New Brunswick.
3- How old are ya????
I will turn 30, on Aug 7th 2005.
4- What are the most important issues in your riding?
Agriculture, Forestry, and Transportation are the areas that
Mactaquac residents ask me about most often.
5-Do you believe there's a problem with Ritalin in this Province? If the answer is yes? How do we confront this issue?
You have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.
Charles, I think you are approaching this matter in the right way. Keep
working with the ministers and standing up for what you believe in!
5a)In the past, I saw you making good long winded speech in the Legislature. Could it be possible that you have ADHD! You know? The centre of attention?..lol
Today you mentioned that I may have ADHD. This is news to me but I plan to have it checked out!
6)Do you believe there's a major problem with prescription drug on the streets?
Yes, I think it is a growing problem.
7-How would you handle the issue of Vlt's?
I don't care for VLT's and have never played one. While Government has done much to regulate gaming more can be done and I will continue to work with my fellow MLA's to further improve this situation.
8)Why don't Bernard Lord go out and face the protesters in front of the Legislature? Do you believe that Shawn Graham would be different?
If Shawn Graham lives a hundred years, he will never be 1/2 the leader that Bernard Lord is!
9)Do you think there will be a Provincial Election this year?
No!
10)What's your views on the Monopoly the Irvings have in the Newspapers business in this Province? Should New Brunswickers be concern?
As a Conservative, I bevieve in free enterprise. However, I also feel that competition is vital if our economy is to grow.
11)Are you going to re-offer?
Yes, if the good people of Mactaquac will have me.
12)Do you believe that the bureaucrats are running this province so therefore no political party can change the system. One reason would be that we only
have a population of 674,000 people? What do you think?

PREMIER BERNARD LORD HAD AN EASY RIDE!!!!
Yesterday was a very hectic day! Even for a person who suffers from ADHD < PROUD OF IT > it was very draining.
I met a guy and together we went around the City with a digital Camera! We must have taken close to 100 photos.
Pictures from the Premier of this Province to the poor homeless people on the streets!
These photos will appear in this blog during the next few weeks! We can’t paste all the photos at once because I have to write a comment under each one but keep an eye on this site for more news!
It’s not everyone who wanted their pictures taken with me. I wonder why?..lol…
While walking towards the Legislature, I notice T.J. Burke < Liberal MLA > coming out from the Legislature.
I told the photographer - I know T.J. is going to say no but out of politeness? I’ll ask the newly elected MLA for a picture?
As predicted T.J. denied my invitation but I didn’t really care anyway. It’s just for a souvenir.
T.J. hasn’t spoken to me since the time that I gave the guy a blast for distracting me while I was making a presentation to the Standing Committee.
Where’s the story?
Let me look if I can locate the darn update?
Here it is
Wed, 17 Nov 2004 06:09:15
Yesterday was the day of my presentation and I wasn’t impressed at all!
They transferred the room to the floor of the Legislature because they’re doing some fixing in the normal room!
This was the first time that I made a presentation to a Legislative Committee in 15 years.
I recalled giving a presentation for the need of a new Clean air act in 1991! The politicians listen to my little speech and as a matter of fact? Elvy Robichaud was in the opposition rank and I praised him because he fought for the New Brunswickers rights!
Look at him now? Today he’s the Minister and you know the rest…
I made my presentation about the need for a new clean air act and that was that!
This time around? I wasn’t nervous but it was different because they put you in the hallway and you cannot hear the person inside speaking before you!
During the old ways the people sat in the same room! I felt like someone waiting to go into a courtroom to hear my faith with a jury!
Once there? The Liberals were on my right and the P.C.’S on my left!
I began to speak and in the corner of my eye, I noticed T.J. Burke speaking in the ear of Mike Murphy.
Mike never said a word and T.J. just kept on yakking.
I must admit that this act really bothered me. The rest of the MLA’S listen closely but I couldn’t stop being distracted by T.J. whispering in Mike Murphy ear.
After 15 minutes, I told the newly elected MLA that he was bothering and distracting me???
He quickly answered- I know! I know it’s bugging ya! That’s the reason I’m doing it!!!
He looked up in the audience on many occasions to see if they were paying attention to what I was saying?
At the end, he did give me a comment and sort of said- We have known each other for over a year and we see you around the Legislature every day! He went on to give his own views on the dog issue!
I felt like he was telling the audience that I should be ignored because I’m not working and I hang around the Legislature.
My presentation came to an end and I was told by a few MLA’S that my presentation was good! I don't believe that I presented my facts in a good way because of the distraction! Hey? There's still the talk shows??
I believe they were just being polite but I quickly confronted T.J. Burke and told him that he should be taking his Ritalin!
I have since spoken to a few politicians about T.J. Burke attitude in the House and I guess that he always talk to people in his surrounding while the opposition gives out a speech!
I find this very very very ignorant!
I didn’t enjoy the way I made my presentation because I was distracted by this MLA?
In the past, I seen myself making a point in front of 1,000 people and they don’t bother me if people whispers to each other ears but in this case? It was right beside me!
There’s a place to joke around and play but the Legislature isn’t the place.
Students sits in the gallery and what do they see? A bunch of grown men speaking to each other while someone gives a speech!
If T.J. Burke wants some respect from his fellow MLA’S and the public?
He must first show respect to others!
No…I wasn’t nervous before my presentation but if I would have known T.J. Burke was going to act like this?
I would have to told the Chairman Jody Carr to put T.J. in his shoes right at the beginning!
That was the story and since I’m a fair minded individual?
Here was T.J.’s response-

Charles - you are unequivocally and undeniable falsifying what occurred yesterday. I spoke to Mr. Murphy during your interview only to clarify what you had said en francais. I did not have my
translation device on at that time. Also, you did not confront me about taking Ritalin. Since I do not require ritalin for any reason, medical or otherwise, I feel your suggestion that I take it is inflammatory and disrespectful to those who suffer from the medical diagnosis which requires the presecription. Certainly
Charles, respect is a two way street. I am more than disgusted at your false allegations and the way you chose to diseminate your one sided stories. I believe others are as well, that is why I have chosen to write back to you and defend not only my integrity and
respect for the legislature but the so many other individuals you so calously besmirch.
You know what? I’m the type who can dish it and also can take it but it’s not everyone who’s like me!
Of course, I bumped into A highly respected P.C. executive. Terry Andow and he also denied my request because he’s still upset of what I wrote about Bernard Lord staff denying me the right to call the Premier on a talk show a few weeks ago!
Hey? These people wishes to hold grudges? I really don’t care and will continue to speak out on issues that I don’t feel is right! C’est la vie!
WCIE wrote a piece on the pregnant girl yesterday with the pictures of evidence.
This morning, I was at the Cafeteria in the Legislature and I noticed Trevor Holder sitting down!
I asked Trevor if he saw the pictures of the pregnant woman on my blog site?
He told me that he didn’t!
Seconds later, a bureaucrat from Family Services quickly showed the pictures to the MLA and he added – There’s two side to every story?
Well? What’s the side of Family Services? How come they don’t go and chat with the girl? Doesn’t make any sense!
Ok..I was so exhausted last night that I didn’t bother phoning the talk show. I just laid back with a coffee and took notes of what issues were debated.
1-caller< Dalhousie > Nursing Home
2-Fredericton – Praise the Premier of the way she was treated in the hospital. She had Cancer and was taken care of after 7 months. Also the HST should be remove from her light bill and Gas is too high
3-Saint John- Nursing Home< Premier should join them for one day of work!
4-Campbellton- House should be able to be renovated? The Senior called office but never called hr back
5-Saint John -VLT’S by Tim Smith! Poor Tim, he called minutes before the break and read his letter that he sent to the premier. I did learn something? Bernard Lord reads his emails? He told the audience that he receives around 2,500 emails a day! Never once in his six years of being Premier have I had an email from the Premier. Frank McKenna used to reply to his emails all the time. But anyway, the premier told Tim after the break that VLT’S are here to stay because New Brunswickers voted to keep them!
6-Campbellton- Dialogises Machines for Kidneys.
7-Dalhousie- Home support workers for Seniors. Premier told the audience that he was going to follow up himself on that issue
8-Sussex Corner- Drug Program
9-Moncton- Environment < restaurant at parlee beach>
10-Grand Bay- Grade 11 student about Teacher’s strike
11- Bathurst- Home support Workers
12-Hillbororough- Not certain..lol..part time workers should get more money????
The Premier had an easy ride if you ask moi???? Mr. Volpe last week got slaughtered compare to the Premier and I wonder why? I predicted that he was going to receive many angry calls because he was on Rogers all week long telling the audience that he’ll be on Voice of the Province. I was 100% wrong on that one!!!
http://photos5.flickr.com/8754671_a65f0c7b2c_o.jpg
Yesterday, Mr.Volpe told me that he was going to appear on the French Talk show < Rogers >
I have a question? How come the French Talk Show isn’t showed in the Capital or Saint John?
I am certain that many Acadians would love to asked questions to the Finance Minister.
Ohhh??? By the way? The Lord Government almost fell yesterday and I should have known there was something going on because I asked Kelly Lambrock < MLA his interview with me is on this site > for a picture with me.
Anyway, I noticed that he had no time for a picture but he was all over the place. He walked in the Liberal building beside the Legislature, the Liberal building across the street and he even walked to the Legislature from behind the House.
He was all over the place and I wonder why?
Hours later, I found out the story. He was gathering all the Liberal MLA’s for a vote that could have bought down the Lord Government.
Here’s the story

Blog
Ok….I just or pasted way to much!!! Please excuse the grammar and style of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Have a good weekend!!!!

Let's all work towards a greater good and produce a unified voice of the province.
Charles and I have been talking as to how best transform the current state of this site to something more useful and beneficial to the readers of this blog. We think we have a good idea...
We want to make this site more interactive and expand on its growing success by allowing the readers to create posts just as Charles does. I understand that many here are concerned not with everything Charles has to say as he contributes to many topics and issues but if you would like to have published a post that reflects your views and you believe it is suitable for this site then please by all means write, write and write. You can send any posts that you would like on this site to myself and Charles and we can work towards publishing them when you see fit.
I encourage all to comment as this site is not for Charles rather the concerns of individual New Brunswickers seeking to reveal the greatness and not; of this beautiful province. I have personally invited some current and past bloggers to contribute to unify the voice of many. Lets try and make this site get noticed and use this as a catalyst for reason and change in this province.
If you have any great ideas on how to spread the word or make this site more friendly please feel free to let us know.
Reagrds,
WCIE and Charles LeBlanc.

Everybody, I would like you to meet Joanne
Todays blog is all about Joanne. Charles just sent me these photo's. He apprently was just down at the soup kitchen to find out who has contacted her in regards to her current situation. You won't believe what happened...

Everybody meet Joanne
To our dismay, not only has noone from Family Service NB contacted her... The space she now sleeps in, as can be seen from the photo above has been sealed tight with bolts and screws. The sad thing is, is that her belongings are inside including medication that Joanne needs. She is now sleeping outside the kitchen on the steps under mounds of blankets to keep warm. When will it stop?

The Fredericton Community Soup Kitchen
You know, its funny how people react to situations and act when they shouldn't... Instead of repairing the board now that they realize she is living there to protect her from the elements, why not wait until she has gotten the needed help and then repair the stairs once she is not using it. She has been under there for 4 months and they only repair the stairs now that she has created some attention. I wish some people would think before they act.
Someone contacted family services last monday to bring this situation to their attention and they told the caller that since there was no child involved it really isn't their problem. Huh? I think sleeping with Rats and Mice in my opinion can't be good for the health of the mother and her unborn child. I hope they act quick because now she has no shelter either. Anyways, here is a picture of her pregnant belly...

Joanne is five months pregnant
Regards,
WCIE

TIM SMITH EMAILS A LETTER TO PREMIER BERNARD LORD!!!!
Mr.Lord? It is with great sadness and disappointment that I am writing you this evening.
I cannot believe after going on four months of almost non-stop media exposure.
The awareness of the ills facing this Province and the Maritimes as a whole with the out of control VLT gambling problems?
Also the many suicides plus other levels of despair associated with this addiction that you have not made even the smallest attempt as the leader of this province to step forward with good face to present any type of implementation to ease this burden on the population.
Yet the public and myself have been told by at least three of your own Ministers that the suggestions put forward to ease this crises were and I quote (VERY REASONABLE)!!!!!!!
Other Maritime Provinces have listened to their people’s concerns and
have acted appropriately and have now given their plan of action to such
Legislation as to the concerns voiced within and yet you have not spoken
to a single reporter or newspaper either way other than the one liner you gave on opening day of the house to say ( Well the people want them for entertainment )
Well I must say for you to basically say that you find it entertaining to watch people die from an addiction that you have control over pretty well tells us as voters where your morals and principles lies.
I think that you should go to Nova Scotia and ask John Hamm if you
might sit in on how the legislature is properly run?
By the people!!!!!!!!!!!
With which you shouldn't find fault with his ideas as the governing
party is the Conservative Party and also you might also do well to include a few lessons from him on public relations with the people of which you govern.
For the life of me I cannot figure out how you see leading this Province with the arrogance and blatant disregard for any concerns but your own will ever bring you any further then this point in time.
As I've started to clarify how the wheels of government turn I can only see total disappointment in the remembrance of your time spent as Premier of the Province of New Brunswick because you do not take into account the will of the people with which you lead.
Everything I hear about you is full of
negativity and suppression!
It's like you carry the largest black cloud over this Province that it has ever seen in at least a hundred years.
According to the what the public are saying lately ABOUT YOU???
You are all but on your way out of office at first chance from just about every interest group of every kind.
I seriously feel demoralized because when you first came into the light as this great new leader and savour of the people I will admit that I was one who bought into that dream but mistakes were made and bridges were crossed but never again will I be known as a gullible citizen of New Brunswick because you have made absolutely sure that we will never forget what can happen to us if someone like you works there way into office through manipulative manoeuvres.
When I went to Fredericton to bring awareness to the public on what
was really happening to the people of this Province over this issue?
They told me I might as well die on your front step because you would not
do anything that would cost you one dollar regardless of lost lives or
not!!!!
I defended you every single time these remarks were made to me
and to the response was – You’re going to see what it's like to eat those very words!
You obviously do not know who it is you have come here to see the premier is not the type of person you think he is.

DO YOU WISH TO TALK TO THE PREMIER? CALL TONIGHT < THURSDAY > AT 8:00PM- 1-866-414-3628!!!!!
Tomorrow, I have some plans so therefore there will be no updates from yours truly! Are you happy???
Anyway, Thursday evening at 8:00pm. Bernard Lord will be a guest on Voice of the Province.
This is a show on Rogers. Many of you don’t have cable so therefore you cannot watch the show.
I’ll give you the toll free number so you can phone the Premier. The toll free number is- 1-866-414-3628!!!!
You better call sharp at 8:00pm because it’s going to be a busy period. Myself? I don’t believe that I’ll phone because it’s a waste of time but a person never knows!

It really probably is a shorter list of what Irving doesn't own in the provinces of New Brunswick, P.E.I. and Nova Scotia but for those of you interested in knowing the Irvings cold reach into our society have a look at this list. I may even be currently working for one of these businesses...

PROTESTERS CANNOT LOCATE A LAWYER TO CONFRONT THE IRVINGS!!!!
This is indeed a sad day for many people in New Brunswick especially in the area of Memramcook and Shediac.
It was exactly one year ago this morning that Remi Cormier was hit and killed by a school bus in Cap Bimet!
I personally know this Family and my prayers are with them on this sad day!
Hey? Guess what?
Today is also Saint Andrew Day! I noticed the Scottish Flag flying at half mast in front of the Legislature. I am half Scottish < That’s my problem not ADHD…LOL… > therefore we all know there’s nothing more stubborn that a darn Scotsman!
Last night while entering the Soup Kitchen, I noticed the 5 months old woman had all her belongings on the ground.
My God? She had a lot of stuff in there!
It reminded me of my protest in front of the Legislature. The Sergeant At Arms couldn’t believe that I had so much junk????
Hey? You live in a tent for six months? People are going to come by with items such as Blankets, t-shirts and other things!
I confronted a few people about the issue of the poor girl
Shawn Graham- Liberal
Roly McIntyre- Liberal
Kevin Price-Bureaucrat
ChisHolm Pothier < aide to Premier Lord >
Milt Sherwood < P.C. MLA >
Two other bureaucrats
This morning while leaving the Library, I told Chisholm Pothier of the poor girl!
Seconds later in front of me were all these Irving reporters and other media personal asking me to move over so they could film the Premier leaving the floor of the Legislature.
I answered- What do you think I am? A media Hound???
A few Irving reporters quickly said- Yes you are!!!
Oh well? C’est la vie!...lol…
They had their interview with Bernard Lord while I was sitting on a nice sofa! I could only stay in that atmosphere for a few minutes.
Hey? How come the Blogger cannot asked questions to the Premier?
Of course, I could have waited in the background until he was done and confront him on the issue of the pregnant woman but I already told his aide Chisholm Pothier and I was told by a bureaucrat that someone from Family Services will go down there and chat with the girl!
Hey? I said it in the past and I will say it again! I really don’t care where the girl sleeps?
I do care for the unborn child! The unborns in this province should be protected at any cost so lets see what’s going to happen???
As of last evening? No one from the Government approach her for support! Stay tune!!!
I just receive an email from my favourite Priest and he’s ok!
Speaking of Religion? You know something?
There’s another issue that bothered me in the past and I droved my Priest crazy on a few occasions with my many questions.
I’ll try to explain my views on this issue-
1,200 years before Jesus came Moise!
1,000 years before Jesus came David
2,005 years ago Jesus was born!
It’s been around 2,000 years since we saw a true person popping out from nowhere doing huge Miracles????
You know something? What do you believe would happen if Pope John Paul showed up in the Blue Skies of Rome and told everyone – Not to mourn because he’s with God!!!
Can you imagine what would happen afterwards?????
I mean with the media, internet and proof and that there’s life after death????
My God? It sure would change many people attitude in this world!
It would be such a strong message that the Irvings would run from the Golden Ball in Saint John and shower the public with money!
But seriously think about it? Millions of people are waiting 10 to 20 hours in line to pay their respect to the Pope < 1 to 2 minute >
You would believe that this large amount of believers would attract some attention from above?
Oh well? Faith is stronger than seeing so I guess we will continue the way of believing in God!
Ok…What am I??? Born again? Change the subject Charlie!
I heard that many poor families are planning to set up a tent City in front of the Legislature during the next few months so lets see what’s going to happen on that issue?
Speaking of protesters? Remember this protest? Go to
CharlesBlog
and stroll down to picture number#15!
Bonnie O’Dea was in court last Friday and I was there. She was represented by two individuals who were not lawyers. She told the court that Legal Aid will not give her a lawyer so therefore she only has faith on the guy who was supposed to represent her.
It’s a long story and I was taking notes.
Some issue caught my eye while I was listening to the debate?
There was a tiny police female officer sitting beside me with a huge revolver on her side! My mind went back to Atlanta Georgia where the guy grab the weapon and shot the judge!
I said to myself? Shouldn't the officers be a large Male? What would happen if someone went nuts in the court room???
The only police officers presents were two tiny females! Hey? This is New Brunswick!!! We’re not supposed to think this way!
Anyway, the Judge denied the individual to represent Bonnie so they adjourned the court for a quick meeting so the protesters could go to Plan B!
I followed them outside and there were another guy who was making fun of the decision of the Judge!
The two individuals and Bonnie teamed up outside and asked me if they could have their meeting in private?
No problem!!!! All I wanted to do is stand there keep my mouth shut < I KNOW IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE BUT I CAN DO IT!!..LOL > and learn how these protesters are going to fight the Justice system without proper legal lawyers?
I told them it was ok and I went home! I wonder what happened? It sure would have been nice to share this story with the readers! Oh well? C’est la vie!!!!
Speaking of lawyers? The fishermen in the Red Head area got together and collected $6,000 for a lawyer so they could fight the Irvings!
The LNG issue is still in the minds of many people! The local talk show CFBC has many angry callers about this issue! The issue of LNG don’t seem to go away!!!
Guess what? They couldn’t find a lawyer in Saint John to take their case!
They finally located a lawyer in Fredericton and he told the fighters that it would take at least $100,000 just for a start to fight the Irving Empire!
Sure reminds me of Mr.Burns on the Simpsons!
I remember my case with the Irvings! Those racists members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission told me to bring them in court!
I read in the Irving paper that a lawyer preached to the students about discrimination and racism in the workplace!
I said- Hey? HE’S THE GUY THAT I WANT TO CHAT WITH!
I had the lawyer on the phone and the minute that I mentioned- IRVING????
He quickly hung up the phone! Very scary stuff!
The Irvings have control of the lawyers and it’s all part of the Final Solution!
Too bad so sad!!!
Sh@t!!!! OVER 1,200 WORDS ALREADY????
Please excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information highway!!!!
BY THE WAY???? Someone sent me the link of the Federal sponsorship debate in Ottawa but if I pasted the link in this Blog? Could I be in trouble?????? Let me know…
Bye bye

LORD GOVERNMENT WON'T GIVE WIFE TIME TO MOURN?????
Hi Charlie,
I have another unbelievable story which just took place this week which is another reflection of this Government and what they are all about.
A man that I know died on Saturday (April 2,2005) in Saint John of a brain
tumor.
His wife received a bill fromt he government yesterday April 6, 2005 stating the amout of money that her husband owed and that if she did not pay it in full they are going to take her home and any other asset that they have.
She is not well herself, she has parkinson disease, a very serious heart condition as well as many other medical problems.
I wanted you to share this with your readers so they know just how they treat
the every day person who pays for EVERYTHING in this Province. I think that they should stop supporting the Billionaire Irvings and get back to the real world.
I think if he owed money they could of made arrangements for payments to be made not the treat 4 days after her husband died to take everything that they have ever owned. Everyone deserves mourning time Mr Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE COLUMN THAT WAS DENIED IN THE DAILY GLEANER! < IRVING PAPER >
Here's the story-
Two different Cities but two different Countries?
In the late 80s, I began to work at the shipyard in Saint John. It was 10 years of good money and a very high standard of living. A few workers would take the bus
to work and we would say - You take the bus??? With all that money you make??? I remember a few workers couldn’t understand the reason that some of our taxes
would go towards the welfare system!
The good old days came to an abrupt end on July 19th, 1996. The Shipyard
closed its doors and many workers received a rude awakening call. Carolyn McNaulty at Romeo House < Soup Kitchen > received many phone calls from many former
shipyard workers in need of help. It was a very difficult financial adjustment. The days of going to the restaurants were over and months afterwards, many
would instead go at the Soup Kitchen.
Saint John always had their share of poor citizens but after the closure of the Shipyard? The amount grew much larger.
On June 17, 2003, I began my six months tent protest in front of the Legislature and I would quickly learned there’s a big different in attitude between the City of Saint John and Fredericton. The Loyalist City has a Blue Collar attitude therefore more open minded than the Capital.
During my first evening, I heard someone shouting towards an individual. The
reason? He was going through a garbage Bin collecting empties. Of course, in Saint John this would be a normal picture and no one will condemn this act.
On July 2nd, I decided to go at Officer’s Square to watch the morning sunrise. While walking near a dumpster someone popped their head like a Jack in the box. He
had a cardboard box over his head. He was collecting empty bottles from the celebration of the evening before. He told me that he only makes $264.00 an month
therefore that’s not enough to survive on. He came by my tent and told me that he collected $92.00 in bottles and went home happy!
It’s called –Survival!
I would soon found out there was a Soup Kitchen located in the Southern Part of the City. Every evening, I would make my little walk to this needy place. Once
there, I notice that the volunteers were very friendly and George Pierce is really in charge of the going on around the Kitchen.
They served two meals a day and I might add you can eat all your stomach can take. While in Saint John, The soup Kitchen would serve you one meal a day between 10:00am and 1:00pm! Even poor people do get hungry in the evenings. I might add that
the St-Andrew-St-David Church serves dinner once a month and the place is full of poor people. Many would ask for seconds to bring home.
I remember in the summer of 2003, I read in the paper that Shirley McAlary announced that the opening of the Harbour Passage was a huge success because they gave away 500 to 800 hotdogs!
Excuse me? PEOPLE ARE HUNGRY!!!
Why do some poor families goes hungry in one City while the other is full? That’s the emotional question?
I would soon find out the Shelter and the Soup Kitchen are the area of the less Fortunate. The poor souls can do their little or alcohol around the building. No
one will bother them as long they stay in that area!
Compare to Saint John, this is a good idea. It’s their property and the Police won’t bother anyone.
I would soon find out that the Transit system is very bad in the Capital compare to Saint John. I heard a sad story of a young girl who wanted to have an interview for a job but she couldn’t because she had to wait 3 hours for the next bus! Of course, the attitude must be the same of my shipyard days?
They must say - You take the bus??? What’s wrong with you? Don’t you have any
bureaucratic friends? The bus system is much better in Saint John.
The Food bank in the Capital is located in a high class neighborhood. In Saint John these helpful locations are located in the area of the poor population. In the Capital, the homeless have no place to go so they can escape the cold winter winds.
In Saint John, the Salvation Army has a place where these poor individual can have a coffee or play some pool! Once a person is evicted from a mall? There’s
not too many place a person can go.
The Salvation Army in Saint John would charge $7.50 a night for accommodation compare to the Capital who will take someone free of charge for a few evenings.
In the Capital, if a person is down on their luck, They have to lower their pride and asked the Government for assistance. They have open cubicles at the Family
Services building where everyone can hear your personal business compare to Saint John were these private conversations are done in a private atmosphere!!
I could go on and on.
Yes! We do live in two different Cities and we have our different way of
the matter the poor are too be treated but from the point I see it? It sure looks like we’re living in two different countries!

WORKERS AT FAMILY SERVICES MUST INVESTIGATE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!
First, I would like to apologizes to the Pope for writing that bad grammar update a few days ago!
I read it last night and it was terrible! Hey? At least it’s the thought that counts! Oh well? C’est la vie!
Many of you are addicted to my updates because I receive a few email asking me – Where’s your latest blog? I did my wash yesterday so therefore I was late!
Today is anti-abortion day in front of the Abortion clinic in Frederciton. There were four protesters out front and they always gather around that killing place every Tuesday to voice their objections against those young people who goes in for an abortion!
Lately, I can feel a tension in the air around that place so stay tune!
Ok…speaking of abortion or force abortion?
I confronted a few MLA’S from the Lord’s Government on the issue of the five months old pregnant woman living under the steps under the Soup Kitchen.
These politicians were-
Keith Ashfield < Minister >
Brenda Fowlie < Minister >
Rose-May Poirier < Minister >
Madelaine Dube < Minister >
Trevor Holder
It’s sure is nice to speak French and English because I told them in both languages - They should contact Family Services to investigate this emotional issue!
Hey? Even the unborn should have rights?
I was told by the pregnant woman that Supply and Services told her to move out from under the stairways by today?
She sounded upset but there is one thing that bothered me.
She asked me - Where will my two friends < Males > and I go???
Well? I really don’t care where the males are going to land but I do care for the unborn child!
I guess these Social workers are only trained to go into people homes and find out who is making $264.00 an month and who are they living with?
Maybe these workers at family Services are only trained to degrade people who asked for help in those open Cubicles? Who knows?
Someone called Family Services about this unborn child but no one left the building of Family Services to investigate this girl!
The question is why? Hey? A few suggested that she’s not pregnant? Why don’t Family Services investigate this issue???
Someone told me this Department will take the child away from the Mother once she gives birth but what about until that happens?
Maybe it’s Family Services who told Supply Services to order the woman out from under the steps????
Many questions that needs some answers!!!!
Someone suggested that it’s easier to live in Prison than trying to survive on the streets???
Is this where our poor New Brunswickers heading to?
Prison to survive? Think about it?
Free rent, Television and meals! You don’t have to worry where your next meals is going to come from?
Myself? Too hyper to be in there!!!...lol…
But seriously? Are many New Brunswickers committing the crime to do the time? I wonder? Much less stress in there than on the streets if you asked moi???
After the budget was announced at the Legislature, I was walking from the Library, I heard many people laughing in the hallways!
I wonder why everyone was such in a happy mood? I am certain that the people on welfare weren’t happy about the 2% raise they are going to receiving on their welfare check!
Hey? I found a neat site on the web. Check this site out

Blog
Go on the top of the left hand side and click on the pictures. It from my old birth place of Memramcook and it sure bought me a lot of memories. Ever since that I had to get rid of my vehicle? I haven’t been to my home town for four years! C’est la vie!!
Yesterday, I received a little flashback from a few years ago.
Josh Beuthel < My Favourite political Cartoonist > printed a book about Frank McKenna and he sold copies at the Liberal Provincial Convention in Saint John Harbour Station in May 1998!
I decided to give Josh a helping hand selling his book! I bumped into J.D. Irving and asked him if he wanted to buy a book?
He told me that he would! I was surprise because as a man of his word, he was at the counter asking Josh for a copy of his book!
He bought the book and left the area but it was the story that I heard afterwards that I found funny!
He gave the lady a $20.00 American bill and demanded the exchange in Canadian cash!
A Billionaire could have said - Keep the change but I guess this is the reason these people are Billionaires I guess?
Some people around the table found that kind of action insulting but this is the Irving way!!!! Money control money control money control!!!!
I never wrote about this issue in the past. I guess that I didn’t believe that it was no big deal!!!
Hey? Guess what I saw on CNN a few days ago? They had a commercial promoting the drug Concerta for adults with ADHD!
Totally Ridiculous! Why would these commercials be allowed in Canada anyway?
I chatted with an elected official from the Lord Government and the issue to study the issue of Ritalin should be official during the next few days! Lets see what’s going to happen!
Bernard Lord is on television all week telling the television audience that he will be a guest on Voice of the Province < television talk show > on Thursday at 8:00pm!
My God? What does he want? A war on television????
You know what? I don’t believe that I will bother to call in because it’s just a big waste of time and effort from my part!
He will always say- Hey? If the Doctors prescribes the pills? Than it must be ok??? Yeah? That’s the reason we have a huge drug problems in this Province.
Yesterday, a 24 year old male robbed a shopping Drug Mart in Moncton and took a cab to Riverview< across the river>
The spoke person for the police was laughing with the media of the way the guy plan his escape! But you know what? It’s no laughing matter!
The guy robbed the store in the early part of the morning so I presume he wanted his fixes! < pain killers >
I’m telling you one thing, Prescription drug is totally out of control in New Brunswick and it’s a darn shame that the Lord Government didn’t listen to me 6 years ago about this issue because we’re in a big mess in today’s standard!
Sh@t!!! Over 1,100 words already????
Ok…excuse the style and grammar of this update because I just write the darn thing and send it along the information Highway! Bye bye

WE MUST TELL TIM SMITH THAT HE WAS RIGHT!!!
WE MUST TELL TIM SMITH HE IS RIGHT!!!
This statement coming from MLA Mike Murphy of the Liberal
party Friday during a meeting in the Legislature on VLT addiction.
In this Province, we must confirm Mr. Smith's comment on the hours of operation of these machines and the allotted time for hopelessly addicted persons of New Brunswick to not have these machines blocking their path every minute of the day if in fact they are for entertainment purposes only!

WHY WAS J.D. IRVING IN BERNARD LORD OFFICE??????
I am late for my blog so please excuse the style and grammar because it is indeed going to be a quick one.
Before I begin, I wish to send my prayers to my favourite Priest. He's in Moncton for a surgery and lets pray that everything will be fine. It's nothing serious but a person never know.
I didn't see any bureaucrats or Politicians around the Legislature today. One bureaucrat did come out of the building and quickly ran to his vehicle before I could tell him of the poor pregnant who's five months pregnant and living under the stairways of the Soup Kitchen.
I will confront more people in the morning because the Legislature will be open!
I saw the poor woman last evening and she's eating a lot so what does that tell ya????
Hey? I heard a good one a few hours ago! Did you know that J.D. Irving himself visited the Premier the day before the Budget was announced?
Did the Premier have to receive the ok from J.D. Irving before giving out the budget? Who know? You tell me????
Speaking of the Irvings! Home Depot is going to build a new store in Saint John and that's great because they sure can compete with Kent's < Irving Company! >
The sad part is that the Irvings bought a truss company in Lorneville name- ShamRock! < I think that’s the name? > Who are the people you asked? They run a Its a truss company firm so therefore Home Depot could not go to them for help!
You see the Irvings have a very racist company name - Gulf Operators to run the trucking business in Saint John! They hurled Rocks for their costumers!
Hey? Don't forget? Spring is here and if you buy from Gulf Operators? It means that you support Racism!!!!!!
I wonder how Home Depot are going to move their materials around because I don't believe that the Irvings will give the competition a helping hand?
Do you want to have a look of how many companies the Irvings own.
Here's the list and there might be many more? If I missed some? please send me a email!!!

Of course we could add the Worker's Compensation Board or the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission on this list!
Speaking of Human Rights? I heard there's a Priest who’s going to appear in front of the Human Rights Commission in Alberta to explain his views against same marriage? Can you imagine that one?
The Irvings are allowed to hunt down and assault minorities in this Province and get away with it! Out West or Nova Scotia? You say a bad word against a minorities and the Commission will defend you?
What's wrong with this Picture anyway!
Speaking of the Irving Empire! My Column on the poor will not be printed in the Daily Gleaner! This was told to me a few hours ago!
It was supposed to be printed but the day before it was going to be in the Paper? Peter Huggart < is that how you spell his name > came to the Capital to be the new Publisher of the Daily Gleaner.
He stopped me from writing my views in the Telegraph Journal and now he's doing the same action in the Capital! Give me a break!
Let me know your views on this column that was suppose to be printed in the Daily Gleaner????

WE HAVE LOST A GREAT INDIVIDUAL!!!!
This was one of my predictions for the year 2005 that I was prayed I would be 100% wrong.
As you must know by now Pope John Paul have passed away.
On October 16, 1978, he became Pope. The only reason that I know the year is because I was in the middle of my marathon ten speed bicycle trip across the U.S.A.!

Pontiff and the Dove
One of the first action that grabbed my attention was the fact that he played different sports and loved to ski! A Pope playing sports? A high energizes spoke person from God?
I would always say that this Pope had ADHD big times. There’s no way in the world that he would stay in the Vatican as many other Popes in the past!
As I wrote in the past. ADHD is suppose to be a benefit and not a Disorder!
Travel the world he did in a remarkable fashion. He visited over 100 countries to preach the message of the Lord.
He spoke out loud and clear against Abortion and the issue of the poor around the world. He was the voice of many lost souls.
Yes, he was a great Pope but as we all know - No one is perfect!
His failure to acknowledge at a much faster of the sex scandal in the U.S.A. was a minus and also to recognizes the rights of Women in the Priesthood!
Aging never stop the Pope. Who will ever forget the last sad pictures of John Paul from his window in Rome? He didn’t hide the fact that he was dying and wanted to share this so call personal information with the whole world!
Many people around the Globe have only known one Pope so therefore he was special in many youths hearts!
Yes! We lost a great man and we will never see the likes of this Pope Again!
We have lost a great uniter of Religions and spoke person!
May God Bless his soul and I am certain that he will!!!

Welcome to the Prenatal Benefit Program
According to this website GNB DFCS
The choices you make while pregnant will affect you and your baby. It is important to choose healthy foods and a healthy lifestyle. Support may be available to help you make these choices.
So the questions are...
What is the Prenatal Benefit Program?
The Prenatal Benefit Program offers financial aid for mothers-to-be.
Who can get the Prenatal Benefit?
If your family income was less than $29,000 last year, after taxes, you may qualify for funding.
If I receive money, when does it start?
You begin to receive monthly cheques in the 14th week of pregnancy. However, you should apply as soon as possible to ensure you receive the maximum benefit amount.
How long will I receive financial support?
You will receive financial support until your baby is born. If you start receiving
funding when you are 14 weeks pregnant, then you will receive six cheques in total.
How do I apply?
Simply call the toll free number below to begin the application process.
Are there other government programs available to me?
There are many programs offered to help you make the transition from pregnancy to
parenting, regardless of your income. Find out more by visiting our Web site at
www.gnb.ca/0017, or call your regional Family and Community Services office. We are here to help.
