I didn't know they had one until today so I took a few pictures.

Do you ask these people for permission to take their picture? It's a public place but you'll be doing a disservice to public events if you show up all over downtown taking tons of pictures. I personally would not want my picture taken and posted on a website, so I would shun all these events if I knew you were there. Some of these events help the poor so you would be doing hurting them. Something to think about.
Anonymous makes a good point though Charles - not everyone wants their picture taken. I know that I do not like to have my picture taken and if I thought for a second that someone might post it to the internet, I would be VERY upset. It is always more polite to ask first if you can take a person's picture and let them know what you intend to do with it. That way, no one gets upset.
Not a very nice attitude for a blogger. I stay away from the downtown too because I DO NOT want 'to be blogged'. Thanks for helping out the shops and organizations downtown by keeping people away from them.
My concern is for those persons who do not want to be "found".Especially in the case of young children whose parent, for sometimes very good reason ,does not want their locations known.
That's unfortunate because one day some of the people who post here and clearly don't like you are going to start complaining to municipal employees. There are 'public nuisance' laws in most cities, and while you have public sympathy right now, doing that too often is just going to irk a lot of people-at least the ones in downtown Fredericton.
However, if as you say, you ask permission then it isn't a problem. But its in your power to either make downtown sidewalks 'safe' for pedestrians or be a public nuisance.
yeah, like being wanted by the cops!! but Charles would be HAPPY to assist the police in finding wanted people, right Charles? So just keep on taking pictures and some day, you might help the police arrest someone. Of course, that would change our impression of YOU. :-)
Again, you show that you have no respect for the public. You only care about yourself. Now that I know you are going to be loitering there taking photos of people without asking EVERYONE'S permission, there's no way I'll be going back to the flea market.
I have a feeling though, that all it will take is one or two annoyed people at the flea market not wanting their photos taken to complain to the market manager and you'll be banned from the market. Leave your camera in your pocket, respect people's privacy to shop in peace without you being a pest for no reason.
I am not a 100% sure on this but I think people are right Charles. If I were you I would check the privacy act. I think you have to have written permission to post pictures of people and personal information on public places like the internet.
I know that I have had to sign a form to allow my name and some information on a professional website and it was concerning the privacy act. Just wanted to let you know to check into this before you get into more trouble with the law or get banned from more places.
On another note if I were to see my picture on this site or any other site and the person responsible did not get my permission I would conctact the authorities. Also if I did see you taking pictures of me or my children at the flea market or any other public places like the street I will defenetely contact the authorities because that is wrong.
I remember during my protest. Many people called the Police and made a complaint.
I asked the cops - Who made the complaint?
They refuse to tell me.
That's because it's none of your business. You may think you have the right to know everything, but you don't.
Let's imagine for a second, a person calls the police to report their neighbour for beating his wife. Do you think the police are going to show up and tell the neighbour who called the police on him? No. You want to know why? Simple. To ensure the safety of the person who called the police.
You're on here making threats, trying to sound like a big bully, just like this last post of yours - "Well? If I was those four individuals who lied? I would sleep with my eyes open because I'm on the paper trial and once I get those names? They will be blogged to death!!!!"
People like you are the reason the police and other officials do not disclose names to anyone who asks.

Nooo..I just take a picture and leave....
DUUUUHHHHH......
You better stay away from downtown because a person never know when they will say - YOU HAVE JUST BEEN BLOGGED!!!!!
lol

You people are just way too much!!!!!
I asked every individual for a picture.
I told them where they will find the picture.
Google- Charles LeBlanc
As for the picture of the whole flea Market?
That's impossible to hunt down every person in the area.
I believe it was nice of me to promote their little flea Market.
6:20 PM?? You're safe!!! Just don't walk on the sidewalk...lol
Where do you recommend walking?
Prospect Street,,,,

Ahhhhh yes......the famous privacy act in New Brunswick....
Is that the one when someone dies from a drug overdose? The Government will say- He or she died from heart failure?
Kids? Any pictures in this blog of kids? I always tell the parents what's going on?
If someone don't want their pictures in this blog? All they have to do is contact me and I'll remove them.
It's simple as Bonjour!!!!
You people don't seem to understand that these pictures are history in the making.
In 10 years from now? Most of these people will be dead or much older.
As for the flea Market? I just happen to be there and this was a one shot deal.
I hate fleas Markets. < Don't have the money >
Now? If you don't like this blog?
Leave and don't come back. Just don't let that information Highway door slam you in the face!!!!
One more thing and I'm done with this blog.
If America Most Wanted locates a person from this blog? I want some of that money.
I learned one thing in the Capital.
People are cowards.
I remember during my protest. Many people called the Police and made a complaint.
I asked the cops - Who made the complaint?
They refuse to tell me.
After 10 complaints to the Police Force? I walked in their building and I was furious.
I told them- The next time you received a complaint? You charge me and I want to see that person in court.
Same goes for my banning from the Legislature?
I found out there's four individuals who made a complaint that I harrash them.
Well? If I was those four individuals who lied? I would sleep with my eyes open because I'm on the paper trial and once I get those names?
They will be blogged to death!!!!
Call the Police and show up face to face with me in court.
Don't be a coward!! Don't hide!!!
By the way? I believe it was very nice of me to promote the flea Market at King's Place.
I showed there's lot of people going in there on a Sunday.
I did my good duty for the day.
Sh@t!!! The comment sounds like a blog...
Ok...Enough said!!!!
take a chill pill 11:01, really though
your doing a good job charles, they are just getting you going.

So? You're telling me that if someone calls the police because of me taking a picture?
That individual will not have to stand up in court to face moi?
Sounds like the Legislature?...lol
As for those four individuals? They were hailed as heroes for putting a complaint against me. < false complaint >
Once I get a hold of those names! < I already got one > Well? We'll let the public be the judge?
Stay tuned.
