I was very surprise to notice this one. Prince Edward Mall have been a gathering for the less fortunate for years!!!

About time someone made a no smoking zone near doors. I hate going to the Regent Mall in Fredericton because you have to walk through a wall of sigarette smoke before you get to the door.
