Being Drunk is just part of the problem ! fact is that his negligence was a direct cause of a persons death, Now apply the same Logic to Ashley Smith and see how many go to jail for Her Death?
OK now for another what about the 4 Officers that Murdered the poor Man in the BC Airport will they go to Jail for Negligent Homicide after all he died as a direct result of thier actions or inactions?
Why anyone would trust anyone in the place of authorty especially a Government Employee would have to be Crazy as these people do not account to the People
All these peoples actions caused another to be injured and die !
Thank God this issue has come to a positive conclusion, and the family can maybe rest a bit easier knowing that the individual responsible for their Child's untimely death has been brought to justice.
