It’s not to often that I back down from an issue.
When I say that I will do something?
I usually do it!!! < That’s the reason that I’m always in trouble >
I was asked by a few people not to show up in front of the New Brunswick Union with a bullhorn.
I was told that I would be defeating the cause. I still believe that it would be good and it could be a very interesting blog.
I decided not to show up in front of these uneducated Union members.
As you have been reading in my blog. I was concentrating on issues one at the time.
The issue of Bigot columnist Brent Taylor was dealth with and I’m not done with this bigot yet in this blog.
My next victim was Tom Mann.
I tried on two occasions to set up a meeting but their lawyer David Brown told the Union to ignore me. Well, let me tell you one thing?
The Union members have not heard the last of me.
I will give them a jab once per week in this blog and I will show up at Union events to denounce Tom Mann and his bullies.
Tom Mann had no rights in telling New Brunswickers that I was harassing his employees. I have been a guest on CKTP 95.7FM on three different ocassions so far. If I'm asks again? These issues will be bought up again. This is better than a bull horn I guess?
To this day, I still don’t know what I did wrong?
I’m going to set my goal towards the people who involved in this banning from the Legislature.
What I like about this is that every time I write about any individuals? It stays in the information Highway forever and forever.
Around 3/4 of the people in the industrial world search for their information on the internet.
If you google any names that I blogged about? My blogsite will show up.
So? Here I am face to face < matter of speaking > with my issue of banning me for life from the New Brunswick legislature.
There’s going to be a lot of names mention during the next few days and weeks.
It’s going to get really ugly.
Hey? They want to play games? I just love games!
Does anyone know when or where is the next gathering of the Liberal party in any riding?
Shawn Graham, Stuart Jamieson and Kelly Lamrock must answer some questions?
I feel sorry for Stuart Jamieson because he will get a blast from me on the talk of the Town show in the fall!!!!
Lets not forgot these individuals - Tanker Malley, Cy Leblanc, John Betts, Bev Harrison, Jeannot Volpe and Elvy Robichaud.
I believe I will begin with the Quebec security Staff Sargeant At Arms Dan Bussieres, Andre Ouellette and others.
Stay tune!!!

TOM MANN WILL NOT HEAR BULL HORN!!! MY NEXT VICTIMS? THE STAFF AND MLA'S AT THE NEW BRUNSWICK LEGISLATURE!!!!
I'm jumping with great joy because Charles is coming back to Saint John for court at 9:00am on Tuesday!!!
ROOMERS AND BOARDERS RIGHTS??? NOT IN THIS CASE!!!!!
Roomers and Boarders rights? Sorry definitely not in this case.
Last night, at around 2:15am the fire alarm went off.
As in the past, I believe it was a false alarm but look what happen two evenings ago when that rooming House burned down in Moncton.
I walked into the hallway and noticed water coming down from the ceiling.
I quickly ran upstair and noticed the water running out the door from the washroom while four guys were standing by.
I pushed the guys aside and kicked the locked door open.
Once in there, I notice a guy drunk in the bathtub taking a bath but he had let the water run.
I almost got sick to my stomach so I turned off the water and left the area.
Once downstair? I was asked if I pull the plug from the bathtub?
I said - Excuse me??? It’s bad enough I broke the door down but If you think that I was going to put my hand in there??? You’re nuts!!!!...lol.....
WHAT A MESS!!!
I don’t know the guy’s name and he just moved in a couple of weeks ago. I knew he was trouble when I first saw him. You see? In a rooming house, you try not to communicate with many people.
I live in a small room. I got cable on one side and a computer on the other. So therefore, I’m ok!
The guy wasn’t amuse that I broke the door down while he was taking a bath.
I might add that he didn’t try to get up from the bathtub. He just laid there in the tub while people were mopping the water off the floor.
What a jerk!!!
There was water all over the place and in minutes the Firemen and Police showed up.
The landlord came over. The fireman told the owner that there’s was lots of water but the roomers did a good job cleaning the mess in a short time.
Everyone went to bed around 3:30am.
Roomers rights in this case? I don’t think so!
The owner let the guy sleep on it because he knew that he was drunk. The guy was so ignorant and he was even rude to everyone.
The guy was evicted today and the owner is in his rights to do so!!!!
Question? What would happen is a drunken individual did this in a Apartment building? What would happen there?
Could the owner evict them the same day for damaging the building?
I’m fighting for roomers and boarders rights but in this case? As far as I’m concern? The individual got no rights!!!!
IS WAR AGAINST ISRAEL JUSTIFIED????
PRO CHOICE FIGHTS BACK IN FREDERICTON!!!
Sure is nice compared to yesterday.
MARG WASN'T AMUSED!!!
This picture is a little special to me.
I first met Marg during my 6 months protest in front of the Legislature.
The dog was just a little puppy and she always comes to me because I always gave the dog a good rubbing.
She would always encourage me during my protest.
Marg always gave me a good comments on my letters to the editor but she was really amazed with my blog.
I guess her son showed her this site and it’s a darn shame it’s dial up.
It’s very show for dial up readers I guess.
She was definitely not amused when she heard that I was banned from the Legislature.
She called me a good journalist...lol...
Lately, I have been hearing this a lot.
Sadly, her husband died last February but she’s doing ok.
She always walks her dog around the City.
She’s a nice person.

British secretary in Paris becomes Online 'cause celebre'
Wednesday, July 19, 2006; Posted: 5:22 p.m. EDT (21:22 GMT)
LONDON, England (CNN) -- A British secretary working in Paris who says she was fired because her Paris employer objected to her Weblog has provoked an old and New Media storm.
Unmarried mother Catherine Sanderson -- "La Petite Anglaise" to 3,000 regular readers of her Internet diary -- is launching legal action in France, claiming unfair dismissal against accountancy firm Dixon Wilson, British media reports say.
The "old fashioned" firm was never named in her blog. Sanderson, 33, also remained anonymous -- except for her photograph on her Web site.
Now Sanderson claims to have been "dooced" -- the New Media term for getting fired for what you write in a blog after a Web designer lost her job for writing about her job and colleagues on her site, Dooce.com.
The rise and fall of "La Petite Anglaise" has added a new dimension to her tales of life with "Mr Frog", the French father of her three-year-old daughter "Tadpole" and office life with her "old school type" boss in the firm and other senior partners with "plummy Oxbridge accents," the UK's Press Association says.
Sanderson told the Daily Mail she was "made to feel like a naughty schoolgirl called up before the head" when Dixon Wilson suspended her.
Sanderson claims she was dismissed for "gross misconduct" because her blog, clearly carrying her picture, risked bringing the company into disrepute. She was also accused of using office time to write her blog.
Among references to her work at the accountancy firm was, under the heading "Titilation" the moment she revealed her cleavage during a video conference and descriptions of the office Christmas party.
At this event she revealed that her boss had committed the "unforgivable faux pas" of pulling a Christmas cracker before the senior partner.
One boss she describes as "very old school... He wears braces and sock suspenders (although I don't have any firsthand experience of those), stays in gentlemen's clubs when in London, and calls secretaries 'typists.'
"When I speak to him, I can't prevent myself from mirroring his plummy Oxbridge accent. His presence at this precise moment is both unhelpful and potentially embarrassing."
As news of Sanderson's dismissal was revealed, her blog "hits" more than trebled to 10,000, PA said.
On Wednesday more than 220 followers of her Web site recorded their comments on her dismissal. Most condemned her employers for targeting the world of the blogger and urged Sanderson to keep fighting.
But a few warned her that being online carried the same degree of responsibility as any other form of communication.
Now the course of her legal challenge -- one of the first involving bloggers' rights -- can be followed by a global audience if she chooses to continue her Bridget Jones-style saga, PA reported.
Originally from York, northern England, she has always worked in Paris, saying she started her Web site on a whim one day, after reading The Guardian's guide to Weblogs "and becoming engrossed in the adventures of Belle de Jour."
According to the British media reports she is now fighting for compensation from a French industrial tribunal of more than £54,000 ($98,000) -- two years' pay.
Dixon Wilson refused to comment on the case but according to the Daily Mail one senior partner at the firm was said to have been "incandescent with rage" about what she had written about him.
'Matter of principle'
Sanderson says she is fighting the case as "a matter of principle" to establish her private right to blog.
On Wednesday Daily Telegraph Paris correspondent Colin Randall, who first wrote about the plight of "La Petite Anglaise," used his own blog to ask whether print journalism is about to be smothered by the online age and "the march of the New Media."
One blogger responded: "I find it interesting that bloggers claim to be `the New Media' and then complain about being terminated from their positions at companies for being bloggers: would you expect to be terminated if you `moonlighted' for the traditional media?
"Say you worked for a large corporation, and in your spare time you wrote an anonymous 'insider's view' column for the Financial Times. Would you expect anything less than termination upon discovery?"
But another asked: "Where does the influence your employer has on your day-to-day life stop?"
On Sanderson's own Web site the vast bulk of correspondents supported her, but one blogger warned: "You do have to be so careful with publishing these days, and it's a mistake to think that blogging, because it is so easy, is any different."
Another wrote from Canada: "I do not intend for this to sound mean-spirited, but seriously, did you not see this coming?"
Sanderson told the Daily Mail she planned a book and had had "already worked out some proposals for publishers."
One of her supporters wrote encouragingly on her Web site: "You, Petite, are about to become infamous!"
TOM MANN WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH PEASANTS??? DID TOM MANN SUPPORT ATLANTICA???
I had a few Union people who told me that Tom Mann will not talk to the poor. Well, as for as I'm concern? This bigot Union Leader should resign.
The Unions against the poor in New brunswick? Well, we can't have that one!
I'll show up with that bullhorn to test the waters this week.
Many Union employees took stress leave for the summer months because they cried and said that I was stressing them out at the Legislature.
We are dealing with bureaucrats who don't want the poor to hang around the Legislature.
It's all in the Human Rights replisal they sent months ago.
One thing is certain? I will continue the hunt for Tom Mann until I get a email asking me for a meeting.
Of course the police will be called which will just prove my point.
Someone told me that Tom Mann supported the Atlantica Conference in Saint John?
If this is true? He is indeed an irving mole.
David brown calls himself a lawyer???? HA!!!!!!

THE RAT PATROL PICKED UP 10 DEAD RATS THIS MORNING!
I guess it's working. This morning, I was told the rat patrol picked up dead rats around the shelter. There was still one dead rat around. The homeless can maybe sleep in peace knowing that the rats around them are dropping dead like flies.
COULD TERRORISTS DESTROY OUR DAMS IN NEW BRUNSWICK???
I have been so occupied with other issues that I totally forgot what was told to me last week.
Of course, I pray it never happens but it does make sense.
I was told that terrorists could attack New Brunswick in the near future?
Point Lepreau?
Nope!!!
The refinery in Saint John?
Wrong again.
I was told that our dams could be attack?
Think about it?
The dams near Perth Andover and Mactaquac blew up at the same time?
Can you imagine the damage?
The terrorists would consider this an attack on the United States because we sell our power to our neighbors in the South.
Can you imagine the City of Fredericton?
All you could see the top of the Dome of the New Brunswick Legislature.
I would suggest that our Government closely guard our dams. If they believe that we’re New Brunswick and no one knows where we are located?
Remember Oklahoma City?
Who would have believe that a City in the Midwest would have been attack?
This Province is so vulnerable and we must defend ourselves.
Lets never forget that we’re in Afghanistan now!
We are no longer the neutral country that we used to be.
We must be prepared for an attack and yes it could happen in little New Brunswick.
