Dear Charles,
As you know we all face temptations from time to time.
When we are tempted it is important to remember that
they come from satan, and not God. For it is written:
LET NO ONE SAY WHEN HE IS TEMPTED, 'I AM
TEMPTED BY GOD.'; FOR GOD CANNOT BE TEMPTED
BY EVIL, NOR DOES HE HIMSELF TEMPT ANYONE.
BUT EACH ONE IS TEMPTED WHEN HE IS DRAWN
AWAY BY HIS OWN DESIRES AND ENTICED.
( JAMES 1:13-14 )

So when satan tries to tempt you SUBMIT TO GOD.
RESIST THE DEVIL AND HE WILL FLEE FROM YOU.
( JAMES 4:7 ) After all our Savior Jesus Christ gave
us power over the devil when He said, I HAVE GIVEN YOU
AUTHORITY TO TRAMPLE ON SERPENTS AND
SCORPIONS, AND OVER ALL THE POWER OF THE
ENEMY, AND NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS
HURT YOU. ( LUKE 10:19 )

FINALLY MY BROTHERN, BE STRONG IN THE LORD
AND IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. PUT ON THE
WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE
TO STAND AGAINST THE WILES OF THE DEVIL.
( EPHESIANS 6:10-11 ) Then you will be able to take
names and kick serpent, when satan tries to tempt you!
