GLOBAL NEWS TEAM WAITING TO COVER THE ARREST OF THE BLOGGER????
WHY DON'T THE LIBERAL GOVERNMENT OFFER THE ADDICTED CITIZEN BEHIND BARS METHADONE??? ARE THEY ENCOURAGING THEM TO CONTINUE THEIR CRIME SPREE???
While in Saint John last week, I bumped into 555!!!
You can read about her by clicking below -
target="_blank">Charles
Blog
I have known 555 for over 20 years and she's a very nice individual.
Unfortunately, she was prescribed pain killers and she got hook on Dilaudid.
It's been a rough ride for 555. She just got out of jail but she found a boyfriend and she's off the streets.
But she's still on Dilaudid and need her daily dose of oxy-contin.
She has been on the waiting list for Methadone for years!!!
She walked by me very quickly so she could meet her dealer for her pill.
The sad part is once these people are in our New Brunswick jail system? They don't get no methadone or help.
They are force to get sick and some of them will die.
Anyone who dies from Dilaudid? The Government will tell the public that it was heart failure.
In Nova Scotia? The Government will say- The individual died from Dilaudid!!!
Once their sentence is over?
The Government tells them- Ok....there's a waiting list of over 200 people for Methadone so you just go back doing what you were doing?
We'll see you back here in a couple of months.
These people need their dilaudid so they won't get sick so therefore they go back on a crime spree and someone could get killed from a robbery.
The Government is so foolish on this issue.
Why don't they offer the people who have committed the crime to get their fix some help while they're in jail?
Ohhhh???? If the convicted citizen is on Methadone before they go in jail?
The Government will provide them the methadone while in prison.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ANYWAY????
THE NEW BRUNSWICK LIBERAL PARTY LISTENED TO TIM SMITH WHILE IN OPPOSITION!!!!
But once they took power? Nothing!!!!!
The Liberals are changing their attitude towards the less fortunate people in this Province.
They will only listen to members of the Party who got the money.
I'm going to find out this week about my complaint of the way I was handle at the Christmas Party at Sweetwaters.
The New Brunswick Liberal Party could become the first Fascist Party in Canada!!!
A Party who sent people to harm or killed other members of the party because they have different views must be confronted head on!!!
Stay tuned

A local woman is trying to shed light on a little-known illness after her son was diagnosed with sensory processing disorder this past November.

A local woman is trying to shed light on a little-known illness after her son was diagnosed with sensory processing disorder this past November.
Almost four years ago, Robert and Marla Rauser’s son, Adam, made headlines in Canada and the United States when he suffered and survived a heart attack, stroke and supra-ventricular tachycardia (when the heart beats much faster than normal). This past November, Adam was diagnosed with sensory processing disorder. At the end of February, Marla, a social worker in Lloydminster, will hold the first support group for those who have a family member with sensory processing disorder.
“I’m hoping to raise awareness about a little-known disorder that affects children and adults,” said Marla. “There are more people out there with kids like this.”
As an autism spectrum disorder, SPD is a complex brain disorder causing people to misinterpret everyday sensory information such as touch, sound and movement. While some feel bombarded with sensory information, others are under-responsive and seek out sensory stimulation. Many times children with the disorder have developmental delays, memory problems and can be behaviorally disruptive.
“It doesn’t usually get diagnosed until they are in school, and then they think they are ADHD and put them on Ritalin,” she said.
After Adam’s near brush with death as an infant, the Rauser’s brought their son home, but noticed some atypical behavior.
“He missed a lot of growth milestones and everyone always attributed it to what happened when he was little and it made sense,” said Marla.
This past year Marla’s concerns grew as Adam exhibited behaviors beyond what she believed was normal and she began asking other parents questions such as: “Does your boy take a knife and cut all the wood work in your house and all your screens? Does he fill your toilet with all kinds of unusual and weird objects? Do they have meltdowns?”
After several visits with doctors who dismissed their worries, they were referred to a doctor in Edmonton and Adam was diagnosed with SPD.
After the diagnosis, the Rausers turned their living room into a giant gym with bouncer balls, beanbags and mini trampolines. In less than two weeks, Adam’s behavior changed significantly.
The first support group meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., with the site to be determined upon interest. For more information call Marla at 821-0377.
“I’m hoping by raising awareness that more teachers, more doctors and more parents will recognize that this over-the-top behavior might not be ADHD,” said Marla.

PRIERE DU JOUR - PRAYER OF THE DAY!!!!
SPIRITUAL LIVING
Prayer and Devotions
Going the Distance for Christ
by Father Todd Arsenault, LC
Resolution: Offer up today’s inconveniences so as to be united to Christ who suffered for you.
February 20, 2008
Wednesday of the second week of Lent
Matthew 20: 17-28
As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the Twelve disciples aside by themselves, and said to them on the way, "Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death, and hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and scourged and crucified, and he will be raised on the third day." Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee approached him with her sons and did him homage, wishing to ask him for something. He said to her, "What do you wish?" She answered him, "Command that these two sons of mine sit, one at your right and the other at your left, in your kingdom." Jesus said in reply, "You do not know what you are asking. Can you drink the cup that I am going to drink?" They said to him, "We can." He replied, "My cup you will indeed drink, but to sit at my right and at my left, this is not mine to give but is for those for whom it has been prepared by my Father." When the ten heard this, they became indignant at the two brothers. But Jesus summoned them and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and the great ones make their authority over them felt. But it shall not be so among you. Rather, whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave. Just so, the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many."
Introductory Prayer: I come before you, Lord, a sinner in awe of your great love and mercy. Who am I that you allow me to know you so personally? You have given me yourself, what more could I ask for? I put you at the center of my life. I humbly put all that I am before you and, like the apostles, recognize my littleness before your grandeur. With the help of the Blessed Mother’s intercession, I place this meditation into your hands, trusting that you will give me the graces that I need most.
Petition: Lord, help me to recognize my complete dependence on you for grace to live according to your will. Help me to detach myself more each day from the enslaving clutches of sin and vice in my life.
1. The Life of Sacrifice Jesus is revealing to his disciples that he will have to suffer and die at the hands of sinners, but then be raised on the third day. For the disciples this is a rude awakening. Is this the Messianic King? How can he be King and suffer such a cruel and humiliating death? It seems so out of place. In another scripture St. Peter goes so far as to rebuke the Lord after he says this. However, this is the road that the true Messiah must follow in order to defeat sin and death. Jesus is not saying these things just to impress us, but to invite us to accompany him in faith and out of love so as to enjoy paradise with him forever.
2. Put to the Test James’ and John’s mother asks a special favor of Jesus for her two boys: that they sit one on his right and one on his left in his Kingdom. Jesus puts them to the test by asking them if they are capable of drinking from the same chalice of suffering for the Kingdom. They answer “yes,” but it is an important lesson for us to learn. In order to bear abundant fruit, we must embrace the ‘Via Crucis’ – the Way of the Cross – with Christ, we must be united to his will. It won’t be easy, and quite frequently we will hear the words of Jesus ringing in our ears: “How much do you really love me? Can you drink the cup that I am going to drink?”
3. Dependence on God’s Grace In order to do anything for Christ, we must be men and women of prayer and sacrifice. Only with God’s grace, which comes to us especially in these two ways, can we truly follow and imitate Christ in our lives. It takes a humble soul to embrace Christ’s challenge, but with God’s grace we can be faithful and persevere in this commitment. Dependence on Christ isn’t a sign of weakness; it is a sign of being realistic and of admitting honestly, with all sincerity of heart, that we can’t be saints without his grace and help.
Conversation with Christ: Christ, you joyfully embraced suffering and the cross, thus making them into instruments of my salvation. Help me to lovingly embrace them, with the aid of your grace, so as to unite myself more fully to you and to die to myself. You call me to embrace you fully, without limits. I want this with all my heart. I surrender all my worries and insecurities to you so that you can enable me to live entirely for you.
Resolution: I will offer up today’s inconveniences so as to be united to Christ who suffered for me.
