Interview went well...now it's the waiting game!!!
The meeting went well. The detective video tape the interview.
He interviewed a lot of people and will go back to Nova Scotia to finalize his verdict on my complaint!
Nothing new was said that wasn’t written in this blog.

I quickly introduce Pat to my lawyer and told Harold Doherty to explain to Pat what a blogger is all about?

Mother Nature sure moves fast!!!!!
I had some business to care of across the River and it was nice.
The Saint John River was almost full of ice.

P.E.I. issues edict for Irving to hand over land details

CHARLOTTETOWN — The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has given six companies that are part of the Irving empire until Jan. 19 to provide details of land they lease throughout P.E.I. or face stiff financial penalties.
Under the province’s Lands Protection Act, corporations are prevented from owning or leasing more than 1,200 hectares.
The limit for an individual is 404 hectares. The act requires that companies with the same owner be considered as one entity for the purpose of determining their aggregate land holdings.
Back in April, the commission appointed Summerside lawyer Derek Key to investigate whether the companies — Grand Forest Holdings Incorporated, Island Holdings Limited, Cavendish Agri-Services Limited, Simmac Packaging Ltd., J.D. Irving Limited and M.F. Schurman Limited — were in compliance with the regulations.
A series of letters was exchanged between Mr. Key and lawyers for the six companies. In mid-November, Mr. Key was informed the documentation he requested would not be forthcoming.
Now, the commission has issued an order the documentation be produced by 4 p.m. on Jan. 19.
If the companies fail to comply, they face a penalty of $10,000, along with a fine of $500 per day for each 24 hours they are not in compliance.
The requests deal with lease agreements for 2004 and 2005.
The companies do have the option to apply to the commission for a review of the decision. There is also a provision for appealing the decision to the Supreme Court of P.E.I.

While walking downtown, I was reading this little book that was given to me. I always love these booklets.
I have never through one of them in a garbage bag. Once I finished reading it. A poor person came walked by and I passed him the message. < He didn't want his pic taken! >

Charles, those were the words of the Prophet Isaiah,

. These prophesies, of course, were fulfilled with the Birth
of our Savior.
The Apostle Paul, speaking of Christ's Birth wrote,
