Am I nervous? Not one single bit!!! If there's a trial and I'm found guilty?
Well our freedom is truly gone.
It is indeed - THE PERFECT STORM!!!!
She read me my rights and was very....well you know what...
Anyway? Click below and crank up those speakers!!!...lol...it's funny!!! I never get sick of watching it!!!
It's a tribute to a fine female officer from the Saint John Police Force!!!
As I said while in jail - You wait till I get out of here!!! Watch out!!! They must understand that they must shoot a blogger!!
It's the only way to silent them!!!
Click below -...lol
hey bro, was down in shediac renovating the cottage for the last 3 weeks, we bought a place in parlee beach. Hope all is well with you, keep me informed on your soon to be court appearence. Now, should things not work out too well, remember to never bend over to pick up the soap ( this will present others with an easy target). Remember that you do have a constitutional right to cable T.V. including the playboy chanel. I would advise you to watch the playboy chanel alone in your cell (condo) same rules regarding the soap applies even if you are alone. A concerned brother, Joel
He always investigates the facts so therefore this should be very interesting. Especially the part I'm taking pictures of the protesters at Atlantica.
I'm more nervous with this one than the trial on Thursday morning!!!
Yes, this will truly show where New Brunswick is heading.
Bloggers are the way of the future and they could be in big danger after Thursday. If there’s a protest or an accident? The Police Force in New Brunswick will make certain that only Irving’s employees are taking pictures.
If you’re not an Irving employee? You will be arrested and jail.
They will take your camera and delete all your pictures.
Lets not forget one thing? They will also make certain they get rid of all the evidence. The picture part is very important because the Police Force can grab anyone from the street and delete their picture.
This will set up a very dangerous precedent in Canada!!!
This guy name - Duane will be on trial in February for taking pictures of a protest in Fredericton.
You see? There’s lots at stake here!
The Irvings owns all the major newspapers in New Brunswick therefore only Irving’s photographers will be allowed to take pictures.
Two days left and I’m looking forward to it!
My god? There’s even a guy from the middle east writing a story on bloggers being jailed around the world and I’m in one of those chapters.
All eyes are on Saint John on Thursday morning!!!

J.D IRVING - CHARLES? I JUST VISITED THE PROSECUTOR OFFICE AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OK ON THURSDAY MORNING!!!!
This is my letter.
To the Editor,
I must send you a letter explaining a little more details of me being banned from the New Brunswick Legislature.
I was told there was a story in your paper of my court appearance in Saint John on Wednesday.
I read the story and everything was ok until I got to the banning of the Legislature.
At the very end of the Story you wrote -
LeBlanc has been banned from entering the provincial legislature or its grounds by a committee of provincial MLAs. The committee said he was banned for showing disrespectful behaviour and harassing legislature and
security staff and members of the general public.
I got one question?
What does this has to do with my court appearance in Saint John?
I just wish to make myself very clear on one issue.
The former Speaker Tanker Malley told the media that I was warned on many occasions to stop harassing the public or the staff.
I got news for you? I was never warned once!!! Not one single instance has the staff approached me asking me to stop harassing people in the People’s House.
As a matter of fact, I never chatted with the staff for over one year but that’s another story. The story is in my blog of the way the Sergeant At Arms Dan Bussieres went out of his way to have me fired from a job that I found working at the New Brunswick Legislature.
It’s a darn shame that your paper had to mention the banning because I believe it’s only one more way to dis-credit this case.
Blogging is the way of the future and this is a very important case in New Brunswick.
The Irvings should concentrate of the way the Police Department deleted all my pictures from my camera and not the banning of the Legislature.
This is Canada and not China!!!
There’s going to be a new Speaker in the House and maybe the sad issue can be settle.
Trust me, I will find out the true reasons that I was banned from the Legislature and then maybe the Irvings can do a story on injustice of New Brunswickers at the Legislature.
Please put aside Charles LeBlanc in your story and concentrate on the issue in hand,
That issue is democracy as we know it!

Fredericton police are trying to figure out how a homeless man wound up trapped inside a garbage dumpster for approximately 20 hours.
Police say a neighbour was walking past the garbage bins on Smythe Street just before 8 a.m. Monday morning, when a strange moaning noise began emanating from inside one of the green bins.
Cpl. Martin Gaudet says officers who responded to the scene found a man in his late 50s pinned inside the dumpster. He says the man could have been there for as long as 20 hours, but escaped serious injury.
"I understood that he was at the [Dr. Everett Chalmers] hospital and that they were going to do a check-up and he was going to be released later this [Monday] morning. That's what we were told."
Gaudet says officers are still trying to figure out how the man ended up in the dumpster.
'If a person has to find extra pennies by living in a dumpster, then maybe it's time for our new government to investigate the amount of income assistance that's given to people.' -Pat Carleson
Fredericton Emergency Shelter director Pat Carleton says it's likely the man was "dumpster diving" – searching the bin for bottles or other items that could be sold.
Carleson says she's never heard of anyone being trapped while dumpster diving, but it does pose a hazard to the people who do it. She says the incident is a sign that more needs to be done to help the homeless.
"If a person has to find extra pennies by living in a dumpster, then maybe it's time for our new government to investigate the amount of income assistance that's given to people."
Carleson says the minimum $270 monthly income assistance should be doubled.
ROBERT JONES DID A BIG INVESTIGATIVE STORY ON MY ARREST IN SAINT JOHN!! IT WILL AIR WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 6:00PM ON CBC!!!
I first learn about this from three protesters in Fredericton area a few weeks ago.
They were interviewed by Robert Jones of my arrest by the Saint John Police Forces.
This should be very interesting.
I presume he’ll be asking question of the banning of the Legislature and other issues.
I wasn’t too keen inviting them in my small room but then again? I’m fighting for boarders and roomers rights!
It’ll be on Wednesday night at 6:00pm on CBC! If you have satellite? Well? Check your local listing.
This program will be shown the evening before my trial and I believe this is a very good thing. It’s very important for New Brunswickers to know if we’re going to be living in a gestapo state after Thursday!!!
