Abel knows this wasn't the right action to ban me from the Legislature and he spoke out against the ban to the media.
He wants to meet me in the morning and we'll take it from there.
This issue could be settle once and for all?
I hope it's over but I doubt it because we're dealing with very high powerful people who just don't want me in the Legislature.
I must thank Kelly Lamrock for one thing? If he would have never told me the reason? I would have never known.
Let's see what's going to happen?
Stay tuned!!!!

Stories from the six months protest in front of the New Brunswick Legislature!!!!
My God? I forgot all these stories!!! There's a lot in there!!!! Click read more to read the rest. This could go on till the fall!
Early in the protest and before my petition, I was sitting in my chair under a tree near the sidewalk and away from my tent.
I was approached by a Native from Red Bank.
Her name was Dorothy Paul and I found her very intelligent and straight forward with her views on Ritalin.
She told me that young Natives are forced at a very young age on Ritalin.
The reason is that they cannot adjust to the white man school system so therefore they give them Ritalin.
This was one of my first story coming out from the Reserves.
Trust me!
Myself and T.J. Burke had many debates of the issue of Ritalin on the Reserves.
T.J. Burke is the first Aboriginal to be elected in the Legislature.
The first time that I crossed pact with T.J. was on a talk show call - Voice of the province which is shown on Rogers.
I found the young politician very intelligent so therefore what better way to find out if there’s a problem with Ritalin on the Reserves?
I confronted T.J. with this statement - T.J. You’re the first Aboriginal to be elected as a MLA and we don’t want you to go gun-ho on the Native issue but I heard there’s a problem with Ritalin on the reserves.
I told T.J. that I heard that the kids are force to take these pills so they can adjust to the white man school.
He quickly demised my story and told me that he would have heard of it if that was the case?
There’s really nothing that I could say because I’m not living in the reserves.
Three days later, I was confronted by a nice looking young native woman from Big Cove.
She told me that Ritalin is a problem on the Reserves because five members of her own family are on Ritalin.
I noticed T.J. walking in front of the Legislature and I once again confront the young politician.
Again, he didn’t see any problem of the use of Ritalin on the Reserves.
I was confused! Why do I hear all these stories? Is someone lying to me? Who and why?
One day, me and T.J. really debated the issue.
I was chatting with a couple who has a son with ADHD.
I turned around and noticed an old native woman near my tent.
She appeared out of nowhere.
These Natives sure can be sneaky!
She stared at my signs near my tent.
I approached her and said - May I help you?
She never said a word and kept on staring at my signs around my tent.
You could tell that she was angry.
Minutes went by and she said - I lost my son last week because of those pills!
I read in the paper the week before that a young native guy got shot dead on the streets of St.Mary’s and I guess that drugs were involved.
I was shocked to see her mom near my tent.
Her name is Alma Brooks.
She continued - I was told that you have a petition and I came here to sign it!
I told her that it was incredible that she knew that I had a petition because the media didn’t cover my protest. I gave her my petition and I asked her - Do you feel better since the shooting?
She glanced at me and in a very stern manner said - How can I feel better when I lost my son???
I’m not too good at this I guess so I decided to keep my big mouth shut before I got in real trouble.
I noticed two young Natives Kim Brooks and Wayne Brooks watching us very closely from a red truck!
She walked to the truck and they told me the same statement - There’s a problem with Ritalin on the Reserves!
I gave the last copy of my column to Alma Brooks who sat in the back seat.
She told me to continue the battle and don’t give up!
The truck left and I felt a very sick feeling in my stomach!
Guess who came around the corner with a soda in his hand?
You got it!!!!
T.J. Burke himself!
I quickly confronted the young man again with Ritalin but this time around I mention - Alma Brooks.
He quickly told me that Alma wasn’t around since the accident, she left town for a rest.
I felt like I was a lawyer and T.J. was on the stand.
I told him to hold on while I look for their names on my petition.
Once I located the names?
I said - Here we go - Alma, Kim and Wayne Brooks!!!!
Do you recognize these names?
Do you know them T.J.?????
He glanced towards the sky and said - OH Boy???
He said oh there could be a problem?
I was angry and I told the smart lawyer turn politician that once this petition is presented to the house that he must stand up and talk about the problem that the natives are having on the reserve with Ritalin.
Little did anyone knew including myself that he was going to be the one who was going to present my petition.
That’s a story for later on.
Jack Keir keeps on blogging!!!!
Fredericton Police Officer had a funny expression on his face...I wonder why????
I received an email today from a Police Officer asking me if I could come over for a little meeting?
I showed up and began to empty my stuff on the table.
First came the Camera then came my recorder with wires and everything.
Third came a little recorder which was giving to me today in a package.
The only problem with my latest toy? I don’t really know what use it would be to me?
It’s a Panasonic RR-US360. It came without any software. Does anyone have one of these? How does it work?
I could tell by the facial expression of the Police officer that he wasn’t certain if I was recording our little chat?
We had a good little discussion and I will admit that I was a little hyper. We went all over the place from the arrest in Saint John to the stories in the Capital.
We had a really good chat.
Yes, I do feel like a walking recorder sometime?

HEY KELLY???? YOU READY TO SIGN MY PETITION IN THE MORNING????
Denis Landry - Then and now!!!
Charles,
Can you blog this for me?
Thank you
Mr. Denis Landry (Member for Centre-Péninsule, Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick):
THEN
"I was a logger—not a lawyer, but a logger—for 17 years of my life. We were unionized, and everything was
going well until mechanization appeared.
In 1991 we were kicked out of the forest. It was a really sad thing that happened to 200, 300, 400 people...we fought
hard against mechanization.
I was thrown into jail. I went through a big trial. I tried to convince the company and government at that time that there was a
place for men in the forest.
That mechanization did this. It kicked men out from crown land, where there were all kinds of regulations, we were controlled by the natural resources department, and everything was under surveillance.
But the thing that happened is that they sent us on committees, they were trying to put those people back into schools, trying to get them new skills. Where I used to work, at that time in 1991, the average age was 49 years old. It was a pretty high average age. But all those people were not able to get back into schools, and some of them didn't even know how to read. They went on welfare.
One of the most important things that happened was that even the contractors who were on crown land at that time found other ways to cut wood. They came to their neighbourhoods and cut on private land.
They started to buy, and those loggers who had logged the jobs on crown land were working and are still working for those contractors. It's a bad, bad thing that happened. They overcut crown land. They are overcutting crown land.
When those people were kicked out of crown lands, a lot of people were thinking they would be back on other jobs, but that was not the fact. They're overcutting private land, and there's not that much surveillance. They're cutting near the creeks, the rivers, and everything.
I'm part of government now and I'm trying to explain to somebody that there will be plenty of jobs in the forests of New Brunswick if somebody wants to hear people out. Instead of putting big mechanization in forests, plenty of work is still available there, but we'll have to use smaller mechanization."

Special permits to be issued for long wheelbase truck tractors March 16, 2007
FREDERICTON (CNB) - Special permits will be issued to the trucking industry to allow drivers to use truck tractors with a longer wheelbase, Transportation Minister Denis Landry announced today.
"Allowing long wheelbase truck tractors in New Brunswick will provide more flexibility in the movement of freight and will
contribute to our goal of making the province self-sufficient in the next 20 years."
The special permits will be available upon application beginning March 19. The permits will allow truck tractors of model year 2003 and newer, with a wheelbase greater than 6.2 metres, but no greater than 7.2 metres, to operate with a semi-trailer, as long as the overall length of the vehicle combination does not exceed the current maximum length of 23 metres.
"The trucking industry is a major player in the economic development of New Brunswick. Our department is pleased to work with the industry in finding ways to contribute to its success," Landry said.
Can you blog this for me?

PETITION AGAINST THE BAN FROM THE NEW BRUNSWICK LEGISLATURE WILL BEGIN IN THE MORNING!!!!
I must give myself some credit on one issue.
I have been very patient about the ban.
For you newcomers? You can read the story by clicking below.
target="_blank">Charles
Blog
Last summer, I met with Kelly Lamrock who agreed that I should be ban for life from the New Brunswick Legislature.
I might add that Stuart Jamieson and Shawn Graham also agreed with this China style verdict.
I had a meeting with Bernard Theriault < sidekick to Shawn Graham >
The conversation went well but he totally refuses to reply to his email. < He did send one reprisal >
Ok . . . The only reason that I was told by Kelly is a very emotional one.
This individual made a complaint against me and I was furious!!!!
I will not go public with the issue because it’s a very emotional and dirty issue.
I might add the same individual saw me on the streets a few weeks ago and shouted- HI CHARLES!!!!
I replied- HI!!!
But this all change Friday when I was chatting with someone and the individual saw me.
If looks could kill? I would have been dead.
I’m certain that the individual was approached that I might go public with the issue.
I was approached by a few people pleading with me not to go public but what can I do?
I could go at the front door of the Legislature and be arrested.
We need a court trial on this issue.
We need those four individuals to come forward in a court of law telling a Judge what’s the reason I was harassing these people???
Let’s not forget that bigot Irving Labour Leader Mole Tom Mann wrote that letter to the Editor about me but I wasn’t allowed to write a reprisal!
Something is very fishy here!
Ok....PLAN B WILL BEGIN LATE TODAY OR TOMORROW!!!!
My lawyer Harold Doherty < Iron Horse > has drafted a petition and that’s what we’re going to do.
Now...I won’t be going downtown looking for individuals to sign the papers.
I will be located right beside the Legislature and I will confront the MLA with my recorder and camera asking them to sign the petition.
Can you imaging having the biggest blogger and bullsh@ter in New Brunswick right in front of you asking for a signature?
Now? Anyone who agrees with this China style verdict will be blogged afterwards.
The public has the right to know which politician believes in a free society and which one believes in Communism.
I was told to collect 50 signatures but knowing me? I might have so much fun that I could go for a higher number.
Remember the petition I guess about the issue of Ritalin? I was going to collect 100 signatures and I ended up with 10,000 names!!!!
I expect to be arrested and this will be a good thing because this will prove my point that New Brunswick is changing into a Police State.
I might add that I was told that the ban is on my record but I don’t know that the reason?
A record on my file and I don’t know the reasons???
So therefore we might as well have a trial on this issue.
I believe the Liberals want me to go public with this issue so they can discredit me.
During a trial? Who the Judge will believe? The words of Kelly Lamrock < politcian > or the blogger?
One thing is certain? Whatever happens? I will know the reasons I'm banned for life from the Legislature.
Then I can blogged these individuals.
I wonder why Shawn Graham wishes to spend thousands and thousands of dollars by having a trial?
There must be some Irving’s employees in the Premier’s office.
Now? Do I wish to do this?
Of course not but I got no choice.
I pleaded with the Liberals that I want this settle and I’m ready to put this like water under the bridge and moved on but the Irving Party doesn’t want this!
My arrest in Saint John was ordered by some high powerful people and these individuals are ready to try to convict me again!
A China Communist style of Government must not be allowed in New Brunswick.
The Liberal Party is quickly changing into the Irving Party.
A few Liberals told me that I was blackmailing them!!!! This has nothing to do with blackmail!!!!
This is the honest truth and the public must know what’s going on.
We have a Quebecois Sergeant At Arms - Dan Bussieres who is totally out of control. He bans people without any reasons. This must come to a stop!!!!
We all know how the Irvings runs their Empire. Ok.....
Here’s the petition
P E T I T I O N
WHEREAS New Brunswick and Canada are open, democratic societies based on principles of transparency, fairness, due process and the Rule of Law; and
WHEREAS the Legislature of New Brunswick is the heart and mind of our democratic society in New Brunswick; and
WHEREAS Charles LeBlanc has been banned from the premises of the Legislature in a secretive process, without being duly informed of the reasons for his ban and without being given an opportunity to answer to the charges;
THEREFORE, WE THE UNDERSIGNED ask that the Legislature ban of Charles LeBlanc be lifted and that he be permitted to return to the Legislature on condition that he abide by any rules of conduct made known to him in written form by an authorized officer of the Legislature.

TRULY STAY TUNED!!!!!!
P.S. Before posting this blog? I check for an email from Bernard Theriault but nothing!!!! Let the fun begin!!!!!
GOD'S MINUTE!!!!
WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM, FOR
HE WHO COMES TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS,
AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THOSE WHO
DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM.
( HEBREWS 11:6 *NKJV )
Dear Charles,
God rewards us with blessings that continue to please us,
so we should do our best to please God as well! After all then,
"BLESSED YOU SHALL BE IN THE CITY, AND BLESSED
YOU SHALL BE IN THE COUNTRY."
( DEUTERONOMY 28:3 )
Now we can do that by obeying His Commandments
and by loving our neighbor's as ourselves. For Jesus
Christ said, "YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD
WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND
WITH ALL YOUR MIND. THIS IS THE FIRST AND GREAT
COMMANDMENT. AND THE SECOND IS LIKE IT:
YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.
ON THESE TWO COMMANDMENTS HANG ALL THE
LAW AND THE PROPHETS." ( MATTHEW 22:39-40 )
So Charles, do your best to live by God's
Commandments, and share your love with others so;
THAT YOU MAY WALK WORTHY OF THE LORD,
FULLY PLEASING HIM, BEING FRUITFUL IN EVERY
GOOD WORK AND INCREASING IN THE
KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. For when you do, His blessings
will flow abundantly to you! After all it is written that
WHEN A MAN'S WAYS PLEASE THE LORD, HE
MAKES EVEN HIS ENEMIES TO BE A PEACE WITH
HIM. Amen. ( COLOSSIANS 1:10 ) ( PROVERBS 16:7 )
With My Love & Prayers,
your servant Allen
