LEROY ARMSTRONG WILL BE RE-ELECTED!!!
LARRY KENNEDY WILL BE RE-ELECTED!!!
Larry Kennedy is a Liberal MLA from the riding of Victoria-Tobique
He’s a doctor and I had a few run in with the guy on the issue of Ritalin.
In a very stern manner, he reminded me that he was a Doctor!!!
I quickly reminded the Liberal MLA that I have ADHD therefore I know exactly what I was talking about!!!
He told the education and Health standing Committee that he’s a Doctor and there shouldn’t be a study done on this issue.
I believe he’s the guy I will have to battle with if Shawn Graham wins the Election?
I heard he’s well like in his riding and I presume that he’ll win. Larry Kennedy will be re-elected!!
NORM MACFARLANE HAS BEEN WARN ABOUT THE DANGER ZONE IN SAINT JOHN!!!
THIS WEEK IS THE FIRST TIME IN 60 YEARS THERE'S NO CFBC TALK OF THE TOWN!!!
Do you miss it??? I am certain that Trevor Holder is very happy there's no show.

Red Head landowners fight expropriation in court

Some landowners in Red Head, east of Saint John, say their property was improperly expropriated to benefit a private company and are asking a judge to order it returned to them.
Their land was expropriated to build a road to the Irving-Repsol liquified natural gas terminal. The road provides a secondary access through the seaside community, located on the eastern fringe of Saint John.
It also provides an alternate to the current road, which is perched on a soft cliff high above the Bay of Fundy and is crumbling away, thanks to tides that have been slowly eating away its base.
The new road will handle the increased truck traffic to and from the planned LNG terminal at Mispec.
A contract agreed last year between the City of Saint John and Irving Oil said the company would pay the costs of building the road and buying the land, but that the city would have to handle any expropriations.
During hearings this spring, the expropriation was ruled to be fair and reasonable and construction on the road is well underway.
But on Tuesday, two families and one company whose land was taken away took the case to the Court of Queen's Bench.
Lawyer Norm Bosse asked the court to declare the expropriation null and void, arguing that the city effectively expropriated the land for a private company.
"They had delegated their powers effectively to the Irving Oil Ltd. and they were controlling the building the highway," said Bosse.
"They ought not to have done it that way and should not be permitted to continue to do it that way."
The lawyer representing the city, Thomas O'Neil, said there's no evidence that the road will be a private highway. O'Neil acknowledged that the Irving companies will benefit from the road, but noted that the public will also be allowed to use it and the city will retain ownership.
O'Neil said the city had plans to build a road in the area as far back as 2002, but didn't have the money to do so until the deal was reached with Irving.
Justice William Grant reserved his decision until Sept. 12.

NDP MIGHT NOT BE IN THE FRENCH DEBATE BUT....
I noticed this huge Acadian Flag in their office yesterday. Makes a person feel proud to be un Acadien!!!
Charles's Lawyer - CHARLES??? DID YOU TAKE YOUR RITALIN THIS MORNING???
Yesterday morning, my lawyer picked me up for my appearance in court in Saint John.
The first thing he said- Charles? Did you take your Ritalin this morning?..lol...
The lawyer has been following me during these last few years and I believe that he has been reading my blog a little too much because he’s afraid that my outspoken style will come out in court.
I told the lawyer - Listen??? I can be the best actor you ever saw in your life!!!
There’s a place to be radical and there’s a place to act like a gentleman.
I believe that I have proven this when I appeared on different radio talk shows during these past few months.
Once in Saint John, we parked the vehicle in the parking garbage and proceeded to court.
The lawyer is a big boy. He plays the part like a professional with his suit and briefcase.
He was all ready to concentrate on the issue in hand. He had Charles’s word that he would behave so everything is OK!!!
I guaranteed the guy that there was absolutely nothing to worry about my attitude in the court room.
I will act like a gentleman. We proceeded in the elevator for our trip to the third floor.
I was standing near the control buttons in the corner.
The elevator made a sudden stop on the second floor and this guy quickly walked in to push the control buttons.
Guess who it was? The Mayor of Saint John himself- Norm MacFarlane.
I was surprised to come face to face with the Mayor and in a joking matter, I put my two hands gently around his neck.
Well? The Fredericton lawyer knowing who it was quickly dropped his briefcase on the floor of the elevator. I taught he was going to faint??..lol..
Minutes before, I told him that I was going to behave myself and there I was having my hands around the neck of the Mayor of Saint John....lol...
I have known Norm for years and it’s all in fun.
I quickly introduced him to my lawyer showing that there’s was nothing to fear.
I know sometime I think a situation is funny and sometime it’s not.
Hey, a person has to have some fun sometime...lol...
We went in court and the proceedings is once again delayed for another three weeks.
My God, this is taking a lot of time. I believe this issue was going to be thrown out of court but I guess not.
So really I got nothing to worry about but in our next trip to Saint John?
Maybe my lawyer will make certain that I take my Ritalin!!!!...lol.....
ABEL LEBLANC IS INDEED A MAN OF THE PEOPLE!!!!
Candidate insulted by comparison
In response to the article entitled "Tory slams Lord on energy" (Sept. 4), I would like to say that I have always been an advocate for people who are not able to stand up for themselves. I have been a union activist all my life and I will continue to help my brothers and sisters in labour.
Yes, I am a recovering alcoholic. I have been sober for 44 years. In the A.A. fellowship I have met many wonderful people who have enhanced and broadened my scope of the world. From this program I have gained much wisdom and compassion for all those in need.
Gage's version of the Canadian Dictionary states a "maverick" is any person or organization that is unconventional or unwilling to conform, a rebel.
I am willing now and always to be a rebel and fight the causes that will make life better for my constituents and all New Brunswickers.
What I do oppose is being compared to Tory MLA Tanker Malley. I held no one at ransom. My motive was and is "crystal clear" - to get quick access of government agencies and services to help my constituents. I see no value in delaying the necessities of life and developmental services to those most vulnerable in our community.
When my time in the public arena is over I will not be filling my pocket with a pension. I do not want to have the Speaker's chair or trips and a big car paid by the taxpayers of New Brunswick.
I do not value money, position or material gains. I value my integrity and it will not be compromised. I am proud to be my own person and I will continue to be a maverick if that is what is needed to improve someone's life.
In closing, I would like to suggest if anyone wants to make comparisons: practice due diligence in acquiring knowledge of these people.
