I just heard that the Commission has appointed some long time Tories to the Commission. Of course, it wouldn’t surprise me if these name must have been given the ok by the Irvings?
The matter these members are appointed is a farce!
They have political connection and they don’t care about Human Rights!
These days, these people should be screen before they are appointed but sadly this is not the case.
Especially these days where New Brunswickers needs the Commission more than ever because our rights are being denied big times.
The issue this evening is the poor and I do have a concern about this issue and I will bring it up.
I also told the Minister that Carl White is totally useless because he’s a former convicted thief who stoled from the Irvings!
He’s a black guy from Saint John and I never heard one good comment about this guy from the Black population. He is not a well liked guy and he doesn’t care about his job.
The problem we are having here is that these workers at the Commission? Once they get appointed as Case workers? They belong to C.U.P.E. therefore are appointed for life! After a while, they don’t care for people’s rights!
The Irvings have control of the media, human rights Commission and the worker’s compensation. It’s all part of the final solution of the Irvings!
Those racist members of the New Brunswick Rights Commission dare to come out of their building and preach to the poor about their rights under the Human Rights acts?????

I do have a little itty bitty problem because the representative is going to be Susan Butterfield.
What’s the problem you asked? I have dealt with this individual on a few occasions and she’s a nice person.
Better than Janet Cullinan < former director >who in 2002 threw my complaint to my face and ordered me out of their building.
Hey? When you have a human Rights Commission or an Irving human rights Commission who’s paid by the taxpayers and you treat the complainants like dirt?
I do have a problem with that!
The Lord Government should held an inquiry of these racists members because I am certain that many New Brunswickers will step forward with their sad stories!

I had a very racist supervisor at Gulf Operators < Irving Company > His name was Brian Grant and he always told his workers that if he own this company there would be no niggers or frogs allowed!
I was almost assaulted with a large piece of steel by this racist!
I told J.D. Irving himself about this racist supervisor but he ignored me. After I left the company? I guess J.D. Irving gave the guy a promotion. A Billionaire supporting Racism in the Irving Empire? Very scary!!!
Now what really bothers me is this order from the Irvings to those racist members of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission.
This is the letter that was faxed to their office.
When Mr.LeBlanc was interviewed by Gulf Operators he informed us he had ADHD and was taking Ritalin there were medical limitations placed on Mr.LeBlanc. We accommodated Mr.LeBlanc disability by ensuring that he was given jobs and duties that complied with his medical limitations.

These racists members of the commission held a meeting behind close doors and agreed that adults with ADHD are close to mental retardation.
This means - Paid a lower wage and going the same work as others. Not allowed to drive a vehicle. Cannot learn a trade.
These racists members of the Commission sent me a short letter telling me that my complaint was without merit!
Of course after this decision was reach behind close doors. They must have stood up all at once and said - Hiiii Irving!!!
What really bothers me with their very discriminatory verdict that adults taking Ritalin are limited and close to mental retardation.

Why are we giving our children Ritalin? That’s what I want to know????
I phoned Carl White who is the only case worker in the Southern part of the Province and he hung up the phone on me.
Carl White used to work for the Irvings but he got convicted from stealing from Stresscom in the 80s!
So? My question is this? How did a convicted thief ended up with the Human Rights Commission?
This Commission must be run like the Ombudsman office. If you don’t work for New Brunswickers, you are out the door!
Thank God that this Commission wasn’t around 80 years ago because they would have gave the ok to the Irvings to hang every blacks and Acadians from the trees!!!

A Commission that supports and promotes racism must be eliminated!
I know that I am 100% correct about those members and I will fight them till the end of time.
These racist members should stay in their building and give interviews to the Irving newspapers of how good they are doing a good job for New Brunswickers!

I do fell sorry for Susan Butterfield because she’s going to receive the tail end of my anger towards these racists!
Hey? As long as I speak the truth! What can they say? I want answers of the way that I was treated and I want to know the reason they told the Irvings that racism and discrimination against Acadian or people with mental disorders is ok!!!
I feel like Martin Luther King who’s fighting against Racism but this time the racists are paid Government employees!

I wish that I could walk towards the sunset with my head down and say- Well? There’s nothing I can do about his issue. I am close to mental retardation and racism in the workplace is ok! I must move ahead with my life. I tried my best but to no avail.

First of all, there are no racists at the Human Rights Commission. These people dedicate their lives to fighting discrimination -- real discrimination.
Second, the meeting tonight is not about Charles LeBlanc (surprise, surprise!), or ADHD, or racism, or the Irvings. It's about how the poor can use the Human Rights Act to fight discrimination against them. You shouldn't be hijacking the meeting.
Third, you filed a complaint, didn't prove discrimination, and your complaint was dismissed, as it should be. End of story.
Fourth, no one said ADHD is close to mental retardation. You're making that up.
Fifth, no one at Irving companies or the Human Rights Commission said racism is ok. You're making that up, too.
Either you don't understand the law, in which case you should have someone explain what it takes to prove a dsicrimination complaint, or you do, in which case you should stop making up facts to make it sound like someone did something inappropriate.

Just to say hello I am still around but unfortunitly my computer is not as of yet,I am staying busy though I had a sit with my mayor this morning and have a meeting with a city councilor tomorrow morning I've been talking to local people trying to get a perspective on being pro-active on the issue of VLT exploitation by our government and am happy to say response is very positive,I will be writing a thanks to the many people who went beyond their calling to serve my interests with this issue but am for know unable to accomplish this task,I do think the wait will be worth it though!!! A good friend of mine (a local business owner) said to me yesterday-(Tim I have been following your task at hand and I would just like to say everytime you get up to bat your swing seems to improve tremendously I wish you the very best and I do believe your the person for this issue as it fits you like a glove,you speak with clarity,conviction and compassion,support will take hold with every appearance you make on behalf of those effected by this addiction,If there is anything I can do to help please do not hesitate to ask in the future.)
I thank him very much and I will definitly try to do exactly that hopefully my computer will find it's way to me this week so I can update regularly on this issue but I will be doing more soon to get this project off the ground and hold this government responseable for this crisses within our cities and communities.

You know very well what he did with regard to VLTs and Ritalin. If you have still hopes from this man then you are overly optimistic.
Bernard Lord is not only playing with the lives of our children when it comes to Ritalin but he is playing with the lives of our children period.
Parents are struggling to get proper daycare for their children. Bernard Lord is busy traveling to enjoy his life on our expense. He did not sign agreement with feds for $100 million for daycare so that he can play his stupid little political games. He is siding with Quebec, Alberta and his friend Harper when Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and PEI have signed such agreements. Is there anyone left that this man has not played politics with???

I read the piece in monday's telegraph journal,very nice,praise is much in order to that paper and it's journalists for a remarkable job on the issue of vlt abuse by this government I'm sure you will recognize the many people for their input be sure to include yourself for a big pat on the back for your unbelieveable efforts and unwaivering dedication to those addicted to vlts.According to people I,ve talked to I think its safe to say most Saint Johners as well as New Brunswickers are very proud of what your doing.I personally wish you all the best and am looking forward to seeing Mr.Dunnsworth this summer standing by your side giving his support here in our province as you are his equall on this addiction and borders have no bearing to either one of you.
I hear you have no computer right now but am wondering if the Liberal Party has been in touch with you sense returning home? I would like to know this because I really need to know if they are seriously wanting your input on this issue or just putting on a good face with us the public?
Do what you have to do to bring awareness to a worthless commission. You know that something is wrong when they act like doctors. I know for a fact that there is something very wrong with the WHSCC and that I can prove on paper and yes Irving is involved also. Stay calm but take the time to share your story with the audience because the verdit still stands and thats the bottom line!
