If people want VLTs gone or more tightly controlled or whatever - should there be another referendum or should the gouvernement just go ahead and get rid of them???
As it is obvious that people are suffering as a result of VLTs. Families of addicts are sufferig, children are suffering, lives are being lost. No you do not wait for another referendum. You do the right thing and start tight control now and not wait for another referendum. Waiting for referendum is a political cop-out.
