It is sad the way veterans and seniors are being treated in this province. I hope that feds intervene for the veterans at least. I have read many letters to editor from Ms. Ratchford (I think that is her name) and the way her father and mother were treated is shameful. One does wonder if this is happening in New Brunswick, Canada. Lord government must smarten up.

So Bernard Lord is going to Saint John for veterans day. What an insult. A big liar and a hypocrit. Does he really care for veterans. We know he does not. He is too narcissist to care for anyone but himself.

Veterans should cout their fingures after shaking hands with him. They should leave their valets at home as Lord government likes to pick the pockets of veterans.

We never have had so many visits from Premier Lord since the by election has been called. Moncton must being feeling left out. Don't worry in less than 3 weeks, he won't know we exist, Saint John where is that? Showing up on Remembrance Day does not gain any respect from any one who knows what his intentions are.

I must agree on this one. I think it is completely bogus for Premier Lord to make the trip to Saint John for Remberance Day, simply because there is a by-election in the city. Despite, his off hand attitude concerning this by-election, everyone know's it is very important to his government's future. Anyone that doubts his intentions on this one, ask yourself, why has'nt he attended any other Rememberance Day Ceremonies in New Brunswick's largest city since he's been in power.

It's amazing how trasparent this government is. Trying to score points off the backs of the vets is just plain sad. Lord and his crony's should be very ashamed.

Lord usually visits different cities for Remembrance Day so I don't see the big deal. Is there a political opportunity? Sure there is but does he have to delibartely avoid Saint John? I don't think so. I'm curious if the posters here would be as upset if Graham and Brewer spent an equal amount of time as Lord in Saint John during the by-election. Somehow I doubt it. Graham and Brewer should be down there for Remembrance Day too. All the political leaders should be visiting Saint John as much as possible over the next two weeks. There's a freaking by-election going on. As the leader of your party, you have to.

Does Lord really care for veterans? His gov't sued a Second World War veteran. It is so bad for veterans in this province that feds are considering to intervene.

It is his hypocrisy which stands out. He can visit Saint John as often as he wants but his candidate has no hope. His presence there is hurting Hooton because Bernard Lord personally is very unpopular there.
