I hope PM harper & our new conservative government will prove the many supportes of scandle & corruption here in the maritimes wrong & help finally get things done here in NB with premier lord.:-)

Yes but charlie you forgot to add that in doing so they also got a minority nightmare that is no where near being able to function as a governing body.
A weak conservative minority government is EXACTLY what we needed. It gets rid of the old corrupt boys on the hill, brings in fresh blood that has almost no power.
With the BQ, stronger NDP, and mostly the 'good' liberals re-elected, the 'insane' policies won't have a chance of being passed, and the ones that make sense will. Of course like in the past you have to watch because most Bills had support of BOTH conservatives and liberals.
Keep in mind even if it gets through parliament it still has to get through a VERY liberal senate. So this is the best 'feasible' outcome that could be expected. God bless minority governments! May they be enshrined in the constitution someday!
