Thank god it is about time that something was done about the Drug problem in this city. I am getting so bloody sick and tired of Smelling Marajuana, Hashish and like forms of narcodics on our streets. I for one am glad that there is something in the works to erradicate this stain on our City and it cannot come soon enough I am sick of walking down the streets and breathing that crap into my system. However, I do not recommend Jail or, Prison for these individuals who are hooked on this substance, I do recommend that there be an enforced Drug and rehabilitation of no less than three years at an accredited licenced facility where there is supervised treatment and when they leave there will be follow up for each person. this A. A. and N.A. garbage has become somewhat of a Swinging door for many individuals who are seeking help and they are getting hooked all over again.
I hope that Mr. Harper gets this thing moving quickly.
