Yea right!? the comment above has a little hint of wanting to hold hands with someone doesn't it? lol

Lord? Worst leader we ever had. It is abuse of the word to call him a leader. He is a low life.

Jeez,I mean, its just the facts.Look at the beautiful highways, best in canada, and i been across several times.Look at all those beautiful places, all along southern N.B.Beautiful houses that didn't cost half a million.Happy teachers, nurses, natives, even the poor doing ok.And i was born liberal, but got a needle for it.No more police dogs chasing acadian mothers.etc.Best Province!

Charles I feel for ya` man, if you Honestly Thought, Any One Party is, or was any better than the other.

Being an Idealist, can hurt sometimes, as well as trust being broken.

There aren't too many Able Leblanc's around these day's. I believe Abel would tell Shawm G, what he honestly thought on an issue.

The again, it could be political suicide for Abel, if he's too honest. And I mean that as a sincere compliment to Abel.

The majority of them Charles are all Richard Nixons, " I'm No Crook, and the Hell with the People who elected me.

I think I might have to agree with you Charles. But that Abel LeBlanc is a damn good man. I wouldn't call this the best province either, pretty yes and maybe a nice place to visit, not a good place to live and that's all I can say about it.

Amen, in fact New Brunswick is close to the worst. The population is declining, incomes are lower, power rates have skyrocketed, if you think teachers, natives, health workers are 'happy' then you've been taking too many happy pills. The exact opposite is true. Sure, SOME people are doing better, the Irvings are making a killing. Ask the people of Nackawic how 'happy' they are. Or the people of Edmunstun, Belledune or Bathurst. Ask people who care about the environment how happy they are. Or those who just like a hike through the woods without clear cuts.

Lord did what for insurance?? Nada. Yes, we've got nice highways for people to get away from the province quicker, and thanks to Lord the trucking companies get a free ride thanks to the taxpayer.

But more people think this way about the province, and of course there is one simple reason why...the Irving Press.

Some houses in N.B sell for 20 thousand.Cheapest house in vancouver and area $300,000,and many people only make 35,000 a year in van.Bread 5$ a loaf.
But,the people of nackawic are a lot happier then they will be in a few months!!!
Teachers,nurses make average 50,000 dollars a year.
Facts are facts.Oh and I now pay 200$ less in insurance a year.$386.00
Thanks Mrs.Lord

He is not Mr. Lord. He is Mr. Lard. All pig - head to toe.

Bernard Lord without Question will go down in the New Brunswick History Books, as being one of the best Premiers and Governments the Province Of New Brunswick ever had.

Think back to the first time he ran for the Premiers Position. At that time, the Biggest thing people were hollering about, was the Removal Of Toll's on the new Highway from Fredericton to Moncton and so forth.

He stated to the people of the province, put me in office, and the Tolls will be gone. And when he won Big Time, the Tolls were indeed removed.

So to those of you who knock our current leader and government, remember the past because New Brunswick wouldn't be the great place it is today, if it wasn't for our current Premier and Goverment.

I think it is only right befitting, that a Statue of Mr. Bernard Lord be built and placed on the Legislature, as a thank you gesture from the people of New-Brunswick.

Yes, Lard is a great leader. That is why people could not remember what great thing he did as a premier when a major survey was done.

He is as great as Idi Amin.

Does this answer your question how great Lard is?
