I think the Provincial Government should pass a law, stating that these types of Dogs, IE: Pit Bulls and Rottweillers are not allowed to either be bred, or owned here in New Brunswick.
At least it is muzzled which shows a responsible owner. I don't care for these dogs because they are known to be more naturally aggressive, however it's the owners who are to blame if they become vicious and out of control not the dog. Animals are animals and do what comes naturally. There are well behave rottweillers and badly behaved ones. The owners usually make them that way,

Dogs that are of that size certainly should be muzzled and on a leash when out in public. On mistake is too much.
The laws should be stricter.
