This is a big concern people need to be able to voice their concerns in our city because we are controlled by the Irving's Ragg paper and TV is contolled by big business. They donot cover Saint John news anymore except when they want to express their own views but rare to know what is happening for real.
There are several complaints to the CRTC regarding the show and Mr. Mantle, he has really stepped over the line and broken several rules. His slanted and political agenda is out in the open and he will be shut down permanently.
It would be a shame to see such a good show go to waste.Rick is the best talk show host that they have ever had.I've lisened to the show for over twenty five years and I've seen hosts come and go,,, but Rick Mantel by far is the best I've heard.He is not afraid to take issues in his hands and discuss them with the people of our city.He tells it like it is.Yes he may be wrong at times but at least he fights for what he believes in.He encourges us as a city to fight back.I would be the first in line to help keep the talk show going.Good Luck Rick,, Lets keep the fight going.
lauza you simply cannot be serious. worst host ever.he is a one horse show and without the pipeline he'd be done. a m radio is dead, and so is TOTT. time to bury the corpse.
I worked in Radio in Calgary and Ottawa and have heard Rick and talk of the town while travelling to Atlantic Canada on business and I can tell you Rick is one of the best talk show host that I have Heard.He should be working in a Major City and I am surprised he his not.I know alot of radio station that would love to have someone with his talent
Then why haven't these radio stations made him such a great, outstanding offer, that he simply cannot refuse, and is still in this garbage dump market, working for one of the Cheapest Broadcasting Organizations in all of Canada.

I think we are all suppose to stay quiet, don't speak up cause that's a crime.

The show has gone all to hell, since Mantle has taken it over.
The word is, the whole darn show will not be coming back in August.
