Tim Smith wrote about this issue weeks ago and still nothing is done about this.
The tourists have the right of way but the vehicles keep coming. There should be a sign saying- DO NOT TURN RIGHT ON RED LIGHT!!!
SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET KILLED IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE QUICKLY!!!!
Now that I seen first hand what's going on? I will continue to blog this issue until the situation is fixe!!!!

Cars turning right are obliged to yeild to those in cross walks.
But they don't, I believe that that is the point.
When the ripped up that area to rebuild it the safety for pedestrian was deplorable. The removed all of the the traffic controls and crosswalk and allowed excavators to operate on a dirt road with truck and car traffic as heavy as ever with drivers distracted. People were exposed to flying rocks from equipment smashing and jackhammering concrete demolition.It was the worse case of public safety violation I've ever seen and all of it in front of city hall. I made calls to the city and they did little to nothing for the weeks that this went on.
