Honestly something is wrong with society of ours if a blogger can't take pictures in public.

That's not what they're deciding at all Charles. You seem to shape events into being what you want them to be.

They could drop the charges but I heard they won't because there's another guy who took pictures will go on trial this January.

I strongly believe the Irvings are included in this.

Yes, more needs to be covered on this, that other guy is the guy in Fredericton and I heard he's not even a blogger and was across the street. I think he posted here once, is he still around? And it actually IS about whether bloggers can take pictures.

Good Luck in court

As far as I can tell, you did nothing wrong Charles, and I hope the case will be thrown out of court. Another thing I want to bring to your attention Charles, is the fact your using too many pictures on the main page of your website, the page takes way too long to load, mabey you should try using thumbnails, on your main page and if someone wants to read the full story they could get a full size photo there . One more thing, at the first part of September when people first found out CFBC's Talk of the town was cancelled, you heard quite a bit of talk about it, even here on your website, but now that we are into the last week of September, you hardly hear anything about it, I think big companies know they can do what they want (including maritime brodcasting, even though its not that big of a company) and people will grumble and complain for a while, then take the attitude "we can't do anything, so may as well shut-up" this attitude is especially true in Saint John.

The above statement is so true, Saint John, the most apathetic City In The East.

You wait and see, that LNG Pipeline will be going through Rockwood Park :
