I decided that I will post all the pictures in this blog so people can save it as a souvenir. I wish that I had high speed but that's the price you have to pay to be on social assistance

Stay tuned....

Charles, I want to ask you a question: are you looking for a job? Do you want to work? Do you need some help in putting together a resume? There are lots of places looking for temporary help over the holidays and into the new year. If you want some help in putting together a resume, I would be willing to help you. I just don't like to hear you say "that's the price of being on social assistance" because you can find a job if you REALLY want to. Otherwise, don't complain about social assistance.

Charles, you don't need to post ALL of the pictures you took. Just go through them and pick a dozen of the best and post those. People will appreciate that more rather than having to sort through ALL of the pictures. Like you, I'm not on high-speed and it takes forever to download a lot of pictures. Thanks. Fred.

Would you hire the biggest blogger in New Brunswick?

Of course not!!!

C'est la vie!!!

Hi Fred 2:57pm,

Forget about helping this guy finding a job. Alot of people have offered on this blog site and he always says that nobody will hire the biggest blogger in New Brunswick. He doesn't try or better yet he doesn't want to try. Charles always finds an excuse to not work and then he blames it on social assistance. This guy just wants to spend our good tax dollars and go around Fredericton and Saint John being a pest taking pictures.

Everything is about him he just loves the limelight and he is a blogging bully.

Let's look at reality and not fantasyland. First though, if Charles doesn't control his photography I agree about the 'bully' remark. There is simply no reason for that kind of irresponsibility.

However, second, and more important, go look at the crappy kinds of jobs you people are talking about. Charles would be lucky to qualify for the lowest sales job in fast food-but probably not even that.

In case you don't know what ADHD is, it seriously limits the chances of employment, for example, most jobs that don't require higher education are relentlessly monotonous. It's highly doubtful Charles could even perform such tasks, so people are essentially saying 'why don't you be miserable'?

Next, keep in mind that all that happens with a low paying job is that it is deducted from welfare payments. In other words, Charles gets to be miserable for the exact same amount of money.

Keep in mind that was hardly a complaint Charles was making. Remember also that Charles had TWO jobs that were taken by the government. So people are essentially asking Charles to line up to get his ass kicked over and over again.

Finally, let's have a look at that resume:

Charles Leblanc
Born:Memramcook

Work History:

Biked across America
Lived in a tent in front of the legislature
Arrested in Saint John
Banned from Legislature
Diagnosed with ADD

Gee, there's qualifications!

The one thing that I'd suggest though is that it is unfortunate that CBC is run out of Toronto because Charles could be put on staff at CBC.

Stop mooching off the website and donate something! You pay for cable and movies dont ya?! You pay a dollar for a rotten irving paper, if all 300 people per day donated just ten cents a day, that's $3 a month big spenders, then Charles would be off welfare. So stop mooching and contribute-no more welfare!

anonymous @ 7:58pm - wow! how misinformed you are. i was diagnosed with ADHD almost 20 years ago and I've missed about 10 days of work in my life due to a broken leg when I was skiing. there are thousands and thousands of us out here who are working so please don't give me that crap about ADHD preventing me from working.

By the way??? I don't have ADD.

I have ADHD!!!

It's a little sad reading what you wrote but it's true but what can a person do?

There's one difference from this ADHD individual to other true Canadians?

Me mother is from Scotland and we all know there's nothing more stubborn then a Scotsman!!!...lol...

ADHD is a benefit to have. We're all full of energy and have the energy to fight till the end of times.... < and I will!! >

Charles will blog until the end of times and this blog site will run until Charles is in his grave and maybe then some.
So why fight it?
To all you people on here who do nothing but complain, lighten up, it's Christmas.
I'm just a private citizen myself, same as you are.
I like the blog, that's why I'm here.
Plain and simple.
I don't mean to rant, sorry.
But if you don't like the blog or you disdain Charles, then I got one question for you, Why are you here???

Lord looks like he aged in the last two months.

hey there are alot of people who misuse the social assistance program, so why pick on charles, you'd be surprised at the amount of people who could work too but don't.

Nobody said with ADHD you can't work, so why take offense for something nobody said? We are talking about Charles, not you whoever you are. Charles could obviously wield and camera and do reporting for CBC, hell he could host the CBC news as well as the people they get. However, no luck. Likewise from his letters from the River Valley Times its clear he could write an article for the Irving papers.

In fact, there's an idea Charles, since we occasionally get those posting on the blog, how about going into the Gleaner and CBC and ask for a reporting job and see what they say. That way you'll shut up the posters here.

Of course there is the point that many posters simply don't want the site to exist and want you to get a job so you'll stop blogging, but try blogging for the jobs you are most qualified for and see what the Irvings and CBC say! It'll make a good blog!
