I can see it now? The Quebec Security staff running outside and force me on the ground like in Saint John. but have no fear?
Tim Smith will also have his camera handy if something happens.
Dan Bussieres have spent Thousands of dollars to have me ban from the Legislature and this is not right.
This Quebecois will not give up and I’ll play his foolish game right till the end.

By Law the only reason that an individual can be banned from the Legislature or, any other Government or, Public building, is if said individual or, Individuals are causing an obstruction or harrassing other members of the public or those employees who work in the building. if that was the case then there would be many tourists who would be wither in jail or banned from government buildings across the Nation.
Soneone should get on this and have this issue straightened out because this is getting rediculous and old news. The Sargent at Arms only has the authority to ban someone is he or, she is trouble not for simply taking pictures and asking questions.
That's just your imagination playing tricks on a couple of your brains Charlie, I think you most definitely should stand right there in front of the Legislature with Tim Smith and do what you have always done in the past and that is to report the goings on in this Province that concern those less- fortunate and the poor among the many other issues you have and once and for all put this Dan character to the test.
Most lawyers that are asked this question when it comes to you and your ban from Dan say, as long as he did not sign anything in his hand writing and or give an official reason other than the the one he told you about if you dare to step on the grounds of the legislature you will be charged with what ever the hell he can come up with, Which doesn't hold water what-so-ever.
Like the comment above says, This is old news and nobody even thinks it is legal.
Maybe it is about time you hold him to task as everybody you talk to basicly tells you the same thing everyday and that is there is REALLY NO VALID REASON FOR YOU BAN FROM DAN!
So in light of this I say go for it and lets get this out in the open and deal with it through the proper channels once and for all.
One never knows just how something like this will unfold and maybe you will come out on top this time, DAN may half to answer for his actions before someone who will hold him to task for a change which can only be a good thing if all he really has is a swelled head for power and position.

People should stand up, but this isn't Dan saying this, it's the legislative committee in charge of security. Eight MLA's decided to ban Charles, NOT Dan. Dan can only gripe and complain and beg and cajole. For years MLA's refused to listen to security officers because they knew that some disruption is part of the price of a free and open society.
Eight MLA's, including the current Premier and Kelly Lamrock made this decision, and only THEY can reverse it, not Dan. As head of security no doubt he'd like to block EVERYBODY and let them in one at a time after a thorough search-that's what security officers do.
There are lots of laws that are stupid and unjust, but breaking them doesn't do much. Just have the protest at the very edge of the grounds and charles stand on the other side, its not like the MLA's are there to see it anyway.
Charles have you heard whether or not Mr. Graham will be making an appearance again this year now that he is Premier? and if so will he be saying anything to help the vlt cause?
