DAVID HAY PRESIDENT AND CEO OF NB POWER TO ANNOUNCE NEW POLICY WITH HUGE RATE INCREASE!!!!
He will come out on the street and listen to the citizens concerns before their power are cut off!

Power rate goes up therefore rent also goes.
