Charles, I'm a runner who frequents Chesley drive and Reversing falls bridge. Judging by the increase in traffic, people, including myself, avoid the harbour bridge if possible. Harbour bridge should not be tolled and never should have been. Its a federal/provincial highway and should be maintained by the government without a toll.
There is no other bridge in the province that is tolled, so why are Saint John people so lucky. A person who uses it to and from work costs them $250 per year. Can you imagine a toll on the Westmorland St. bridge or the Mirimachi bridge or the new Moncton bridge.

I haven't accepted it.
Still haven't travelled across it since they raised it.
And I won't.
