Is the ban from the New Brunswick Legislature like Rosa Parks???

Charles has every right to go to the legislature, just because some crooks abuse their power and ban anyone they don't like may make it legal, but it doesn't make it right. Rosa Parks had no legal right to be on a bus either, laws are made all the time to discriminate and only when they are challenged can they be put right. Charles has way too much restraint, obviously that meeting with Abel Leblanc didn't go so well and even Kelly Lamrock, who said before that he would support Charles getting back into the legislature seems to have forgotten.

Time to stop being a good liberal and start taking the current government to task just like the last one. Being apolitical is Charles way of being a good liberal and ignoring political issues, time to stop that charles.

Please. Rosa Parks had class. Charlie is nowhere near her league. Charlie does what he does mostly to get attention. No comparison at all.

Thats what I like about this place, you learn something new every day. I had no Idea that Rosa had been harassing people like that. I wonder why they left that out of the history books?

The Rosa Parks example just shows how laws can discriminate, but this is far from the case here. It's not 'discrimination' that is the issue in your being blocked, they 'may' have legitimate reasons, the issue there is that by deciding to ban you without evidence or due process they make that judgement illigitimate. While there can be much said that the poor are discriminated against, you weren't banned because you are poor.

It may very well take your being arrested to show how illigitimate the decision was. As was claimed before, it would be interesting to see a lawyer prosecute for 'assault' because you are on the property. But don't put it past the legal system, they've done a lot worse.

Rosa Parks was more like Charles than the popular media would have you think.

Who cares who he tied to compare with; he should be allowed in at the Legislature. Can't say the politicians do that great job of respecting taxpayers and others around them.. Forgive some and not others is wrong.
