Charles: It's Tim again. Thank you for drawing this issue to my attention. I discussed it with Carl today and I stressed that this can't continue, despite the warm weather we have been enjoying. Carl, however, does not recognize my authority in this matter. He says I am neither his boss nor his fashion advisor. I am afraid there is not much more I can do. I will, however, continue to support you in your effort to publicly shame him at every turn. You have my complete cooperation.
