That might well be the case. It might be some "unwritten" convention amoung MLA's that they don't sign petitions. I suppose the simplest thing would have been to ask an MLA. On the other hand if an MLA can freely choose you would have thought that an Abel Leblanc (not being a Minister) would have more than willingly signed at the very least. Of course there is the possibility that perhaps the vast majority of MLA's simply agree witht he banning. That is as valid a reason to not sign as any.

Are you suggesting MLA's never do anything wrong anonymous 1:33? If you believe that then there shouldn't be any need for a petition at all.
