I was approached last night with this story.
This woman was charge by the R.C.M.P. because her seat belt wasn’t properly secure over her shoulder.
She told me because of her large breasts, she had the seat belt under her large breasts.
She’s planning to fight this in court.
Does she have a case???
God knows what I’m going to blog about???..lol

She has no case!! plus her boobs don't even look that big!! they are probably average "c" cups. If she's into an accident and does not wearing her seat belt properly well i don't think that her boobs will save her from being ejected from the car!!

I happen to be a woman with breasts much larger than this and I wear my seatbelt properly. She has no argument and should just pay her ticket.
How many times does it need to be explained to you? When a person chooses "Anonymous" when commenting, it does not mean that every comment by "Anonymous" is the same person. No one person is checking your website 24 hours per day.
For example, maybe 48 people check it once daily and those visits are scattered randomly at 30 minute intervals. That would mean that within 30 minutes of you posting something, there could be a comment, at any time of the day. Again, that does NOT mean one person is watching your website 24 hours per day. You're not that exciting to anyone but yourself.
Suomynona,7:02 PM, He just does not get it. He offended dozens and dozens of people and he thinks one person leaves all the comments. 30 minutes are too long. Some leave after 2 minutes. He is just too conceited to understand the reality. His total blog is piss-all nothing.
First, we're going to have to ask the poster from 4:30PM to prove it. Pictures please:)
Second, speaking of bad grammar and spelling its pretty obvious there is one poster who leaves the majority of the negative comments, their grammar is worse than charles.
Third, some negative comments are warranted because Charles, you do reap what you sow. However, Charles is getting better, we almost never see pictures of people who clearly don't want their picture taken, and even Dan only makes periodic appearances. Even the 'bureaucrats' are only mentioned very regularly.
But there certainly wasn't anything wrong with this particular post, showing that the negative comments against charles are unwarranted. It was entertaining, introduced an issue, and for at least a percentage of the population, are darn nice pictures to look at.
But yet people still come back..hmmm....wonder why...must be because they like what Charles states????too funny, get a life people!
Some people do have poblems with the pressure of the seat belt. She does have a good chance at getting some understanding. I know that I don't have the problem now but I once did and I would do the same. There are many more inportant cases to have to take to court. A doctor's note could help for next time.
Sorry so many people think it is a cut and dry opinion and they seem to know it all.
It is not always just the size that causes discomfort.
NB people are very judgemental over small things but bury their heads for more impotant issues.
Hope she gets an open minded judge. Who knows they have an image to keep.
Thanks to people who will try to not judge what they nothing about. That is for both men and woman; if it does not bother them then they think this problem doesnot exist!
The post doesn't mention the reason why the seat belt was used improperly. One can only assume that it was more comfortable but comfort doesn't equal safety or proper usage, so no I don't think she has a case. She will end up paying more than the amount on the ticket by contesting this.
I suppose one could argue that because it's our bodies we should be able to consider the risks between wearing or not wearing a seat belt and make the choice for ourselves. However, I'm sure that argument won't work.
You cant argue anything against whats in the motor vehicle act as if You signed a licence then you gave up the right to the freedom to travel freely!
look at this guys videos on youtube and google and youll come to understand just how we have had our rights and freedoms stolen out from under us!
You better have a good grasp on how the law works before trying this!
