To whom it may concern,
.
I have had calls and e-mails from various people requesting information and plans for the station.

I don't feel that I should be answering questions on behalf of J. D. Irving, the City of Fredericton, the provincial or federal governments or anyone else for that matter.

It is for this reason that I have called a public meeting to be held at St. Pauls United Church at 224 York Street in Fredericton on October 23 at 7:30 p.m. for members of the public to speak directly with the parties concerned.

I was unable to get an evening later in the week and apologize for this late notice.

We hope that you or your representative will attend on behalf of your organization to present views and answer questions from those in attendance.

Please reply at your earliest convenience in order for the agenda to be created.

Time will be provided for representatives to speak followed by a question period for the public in attendance.

I look forward to a reply at your earliest convenience.

Yours truly,

Tim Scammell, PTech

Totally sickening; why to we listen to their excuses and reasons. The codes are there in Black and White. Take the building down; bill them or take their money. They get enough grants take one of those.

Why Charles are you letting them get so much coverage?

I live in Saint John on the West Side and we have two ways to get to work Reversing Falls and the Harbour Bridge.

Now we have to pay 50 cents if we use the Harbour Bridge.

Whichever way we go we still have a long line up and burn extra gas to get to work.

We are treated different from all other New Brunswickers. Many briges are in Fredericton and also all of NB. We also pay taxes to build new bridges, repair existing ones. We have been gouged for years but no matter what letters we write or who we speak to Liberal or Conservative they have done nothing to improve this situition. Our own Mayor manage to get some of this money from this bridge to help him with Harbour Passage ( throughout the thirty years of paying for this bridge many have had there hands in these funds.)

Fifty cents sound like nothing but just try to put a toll at one of your bridges. Just to go to work and going back and forth for everyday errands it adds up to be a lot of extra taxes that no one else pays for.
