Wait a second - this statement from a seemingly law and order type:
We will trust that your lawyer's credibility to say "nothing but the truth"
If our system doesn't have the safeguard to ensure / detect when Charles' lawyer lies - what's to stop the prosecution doing the same?
Your opponent would surely argue this is the case - and would have happened in this case - without verifiable supporting evidence of Charles' innocence.
Hell - if you're willing to trust the prosecutors over the defense - you won't mind if we dispense with the legal system altogether.
I think his biggest problem has nothing to do with his ADHD condition. Like usual Charles puts the blame on whatever or whoever he can. "Must be Dan's fault." Blaming others for your personal problems has nothing to do with ADHD.
