They should be forced on Ritalin pretty soon. The sytem goes after the less fortunate therefore runing their lives....

Now, as 2007 winds to a close, Van is commemorating six months without lottery tickets.
Van decided to stop selling lotto tickets at his store in Stellarton after a flurry of studies revealed lottery retailers were winning many times more prizes than was statistically probable.
