NO,the greatest hospital system fell to political appointments,years ago.If it wasn't for the Nurses it would have collapsed. Start by putting the nurses in charge.Slim Blonde ones first. I don't get how some third party person losing information means he has to resign. When I go to my doctor (or a doctor elsewhere) I am not thinking , Great, Murphy better make sure my records are not lost, cause he never sees them. Th eperson or people accountable are those who actually lost the info, not Murphy. We always need a scapegoat. I feel for politicians really, they don't have an easy life in the public eye. they are just people with a job - a job I wouldn't want - not even if Screiber offered me3 envelopes of 75,000 each that i could put in my safety deposit box.
