This morning, I had a little chat with a member of the Liberal Party and the same action might happen to me?
This is getting really dirty but freedom of speech must remain alive in Le Nouveau-Brunswick.
I know what the Liberals plans are and truly stay tuned!!!

If you are charged with anything because of your blog it most certainly will have NOTHING to do with a repressive state stifling your freedom of speech (as is the case with that blogger) and EVERYTHING to do with libel.
Your freedom of speech does NOT give you the right to libel someone on your blog. You have continually done so to various individuals including politicians, civil servants and employees of Irving. If you are arrested or charged for libel... good on them.
Of course, had you attended journalism school, you'd know all this already.
I believe the Liberals are going to use the Ashley Smith style on this blogger.
Now? Lets get one thing straight right now?
If someone wish to cause me harm? I will fight back!!!
There's three issues in place.
1- Why did the Liberals invite a member of the Party to a Christmas Party and welcomes him with three bouncers? Very serious issue.
2- The ban of the Legislature is associated with a murder. Very serious stuff!!!! I was confronted by a member of the Liberal Party yesterday and the conversation was stern and direct. Will blog later.
3- The issue of my arrest in Saint John. This is very serious.
Now? The Liberals wish maybe to use this blogger as an example. Who knows?
Journalism school???? To be brainwash by the Irvings.
What are they told? Not to write investigative stories on the Irvings because they will be sued!!!
Lets get one thing straight right now? You try to do me harm? I will fight back the best way I know how?
Blogging and right to their face in person!!!!
I'm so happy that I'm not the type just to blog and a whimp face to face.
Fascism and freedom of speech I will fight for even if I have to land in jail for it!!!!
Hey Charles nice comedy blog. I am laughing my ass off. The Irvings train journalist, hahahahahaha. Last time I checked STU professors were training students.
Big deal if you got an email invitation to a party. You said you got two of them, did you ever stop and think that maybe they sent it to you by mistake or maybe that your name is on a mailling list by mistake. The plain truth is that you were not suppose to be there as it was a private party and you were asked to leave, same thing would have happened to me if I showed up. Not on the list not getting in.
But keep up the hillarious blogs coming they are more entertaining than a live comedy show.
You can't be 'charged' with libel, its a civil matter. You can be sued for it, but since Charles has no money there isn't much to sue for and I assume those who Charles occasionally badmouths don't have the money to sue or want the publicity. Either way, its not something you end up in jail for, otherwise every country in the world would be locking up every blogger or poster who ever said anything bad about them. Plus, its not libel if its true. If somebody acts like a jackass and you call them a jackass then its not libel. That's why people aren't arrested for it but are sued by the other party. The liberal party could sue charles to take away the only thing he has-his blog. Of course its easy enough to start another blog at another site, in some other country if necessary.
As for the other point, profs teach the journalism courses, but that means nothing, theres a reason why they have an "Irving Chair in Journalism". In case you haven't noticed, the university has no money, and knows better than to kick a gift horse in the mouth. The best way of learning is doing, and how many investigative reports on Irving have you seen come from journalism students? Zero.

Good point...I was approached by a high profile Liberal a few days ago and BOY WAS HE EVER MAD!!!
