Happy Easter!!!! Bernard Lord had quite a happy Easter greetings for his civil servants. He said come March 30 budget some of them might not have jobs. Great news for Fredericton economy also. He is becoming expert in those kinds of greetings. What has he in store for the Christmas this year.
