New Brunswick Family Services discriminates against the Natives in this province and I have many sad tales to say about this issue in the next few weeks! This is the reason that it's so important that the Natives wins the Supreme Court case in the morning! It's the only way for the Natives to survive? I don't believe the Irvings can buy our top judges???? Can they???

Charles. I hope the aboriginals do win but I also hope there are some restrictions placed unlike the last court rulling in '96 or '97. At that time there was a free for all in the woods, particularly in northern N.B. by native and likely non-natives looking to take advantage of the situation. The court ruling this time in Bernard hopefully addresses those or we're headed for a nasty summer.
Natives just lost and the Irvings won big time!!!! Let the driscrimination against the Native to continue!!!
