You can make your own headlines but this is not your work. This was in Telegraph Journal referring to those criminals who attacked Chinese students and those who belittle the gravity of such criminal actions ,or say media gave too much coverage. It was referring to those racists. You cannot take someone else's work and distort it. That is where you went wrong.

Charles did say that it was from Telegraph Journal. The source was given due credit. It is good that this message is sent to others that racist are empty-headed idiots. Him associating it with N.B. Human Rights Commission was inappropriate because it was not the intention of the Telegraph Journal in its publication.
Just because he said it was from the Telegraph Journal doesn't give him the right to put it online. He is doing it without permission from the owner of the cartoon, story, photograph, whatever.
It's still theft. You need PERMISSION from the person who owns the copyright to use their work online.
If the Irvings really gave a crap, I'm sure they would take Charles to court, but then he would just have something else to rant about. he's just not worth the trouble...
