School begins in the morning and I would love to know how many kids in these buildings located in Saint John South will be forced on Ritalin? Close to 3/4 of the kids on Ritalin are from poor families!!!

Manitoba does not have the same laws as the rest of Canada, a school can refuse to teach a child. The people of Manitoba are waiting for Bill 13, I believe it is, to become law, even then the schools can refuse. I was under the understanding that ever child in this country has a right to an education......I have no idea why the rules do not apply to Manitoba.
