I dont blame harper,he's one of the million's of born & raised english canadian's who have been FORCED to learn to speak french all thank's to the quebec/liberal's. :-(
You are right he does have problem with French language. However, some of his answers were scary especially on homeless and poor. He said when he cuts taxes and creates jobs there will be no homeless left. We wish it was that simple. His answer was insensitive and very vague.
