I agree. His boss, Bernard Lord, needs money for travels and give jobs to defeated Tories so he is collecting money. There is nothing wrong with helping out his boss to keep his job.
As far as I'm concerned, the best way for the province of New Brunswick to raise monies for various projects,is to Increase the amount of Legal Gambling here in New Brunswick.
For 2006 increase the amount of Vlt machines, everywhere where they were hauled out. Place them in Universities, High Schools, where ever.
Gambling is Gambling, whether it be at a Horse Track, Dog Track, Vlt or a Church Hall Bingo.
Get some Gambling Casinos going, do like they out in Los Vegas. Legalize Everything. Some good paying jobes would be created in a number of Various Sectors.
If it's Legalized, it can be monitored by the Law Enforcement Agencies.
Do away with the No Smoking Ban. And let the casinos go 24/7 365 Days Of The Year.
There are ways for New Brunswick to make Jingle all the way across the Board.

VLTs are already legal and deadly. Many lives have been ruined because of these evil boxes.
