I am praying for her and the kids. Things just have to get better for her. I read the story and found it to be so sad. Good things should be coming her way soon because she is a good person!
We are all praying for this mother with the two little children that have been evicted from their home. This is a very sad story, something must be done to help this family ASAP.I just don't understand family services not helping them in a time of need, isn't that why we have that service here in New Brunswick.Shame on family services and the people that work there.
We all think the services are there for people in need but the reality is that they treat you as a number. If you fall through the cracks you have to go public or have family or friends to help you until it all gets better.
Hope an MLA steps up and you and the children are looked after. Seems to me they look after criminals a whole lot faster. Something is wrong with our system. Best wishes!
I chatted with the woman tonight and Family Services are standing firm on their decision to cut her off! I guess that I'll have to tell the whole whole that Bernard Lord wants kids on the streets now! Stay tune!!!
They don't care it is just a job. They need to take a step out of the box and really looked into the reality of life. While they are eating well, have a nice place to live and a warm bed -- why worry about everyone else it is their own fault. You made the bad decisions so be it!
I don't feel that way but people in power say many things behind closed doors and that is one of them. We are not so lucky to have someone pay our bills or look after us so please open your eyes and help so many families who can't come public.
They seem to have the power to pay themselves and give out bonuses and meal expense accounts, hotel accounts at very expensive cost to the taxpayers. We have a very sick society but it needs to be cleanup from the very top. Just then maybe we will all have a piece of the pie. Greedyness from the people in power who are suppose to use the money wisely for all people; not the case.
The NB Power is just one company that should be investigated; they pay over hundreds of thousands to people put in power for what; to take and steal is all I can see.
No one would have a job at the EI office is it wasn't for unemployed people, sick people and people who are down and can't get help they need. Notice how some of them think they are better they are not. We are all equal when it comes to human rights!
